@tescomobile Problem is you piggy back off the O2 network. The O2 network is shite! I'd rather pay a bit more & know I can actually make a phone call!

@jambon2021 @tescomobile I was never tied to a 24 month contract with Tesco Mobile. 🤔Also Smarty are just Three in drag - routinely one of the worst UK networks.

@tescomobile That’s a pretty poor offering then. If, at peak times (although it’s been all day so far), I can expect to be able to get onto the network probably less than 50% time, then it leaves my phone pretty useless and makes me question what I’m paying £50+ per month for

@M1amii @tescomobile @Frankieboy1926 Are you directing that at me? If so I am fully aware if that clause. However I am not the one proclaiming a service that doesn’t profit from increasing prices.

@tescomobile Never mind deflecting from how much the big 4 (tesco included) have increased everyday goods prices since 2013

@I_Returneth @tescomobile The current deal they are offering for £13 (with clubcard) for 60gb is based on a 24 month contract, for no contract you only get 10gb for £10. Whether a network is bad or not depends on where you live. I have no issues with Three in my part of the country.

@AliBi40 @tescomobile Wi-Fi calling? What’s this? I’m about to switch to tesco as it’s cheaper than my current provider. What issue do you have with them? Thank you 🙏🏻

@tescomobile @SackDCummings And just like that I'll never consider Tesco Mobile as a provider; Customer support shouldn't be condescending. You review your deals to be competitive, but you won't go out of your way to tell your customers they're overpaying. No wonder this customer is annoyed.
