@tescomobile Could I get some assistance please? I regularly am unable to get signal in places where friends/family have strong signal. Also apparently I have 4G but been unable to use my phone today at times Need more than club card points as an apology when this is reoccurring

@tescomobile just returned from kendal calling in Cumbria! Have had no signal or data despite two phone masts on site since arriving on Friday! Spoke to a few people who were having same issue! Is there an issue in area?

Disappointed in @tescomobile . Ordered a SIM only on contract, arrived, didn't work so had to live chat, phone and ended up cancelling it and told to order another. It arrived today. It didn't work either. Now had to cancel that one as well. Not happy😡

@tescomobile So like if I want to cancel the upgrade I just done accidentally or whatever happened with it I won’t be able to get a new package until 24 hours from now but I can get this package what was meant to go onto my dads right away? If I followed correctly that’s fine liz thanks again

@tescomobile just received two contract SIM cards and neither seems to have any signal in two different iPhones although O2 coverage checker says it’s good indoors and out here.
