Disappointment Went to up grade phone (16/4/) My account been debit twice( not small amounts). Informed due to a new computer process there was problems, but refunded in 7 working days. NO REFUND , called in store and will have to wait till mobile bill comes out @tescomobile

@tescomobile Hi Rob, I've done all of these. I was told on Saturday my phone would be dispatched Sunday and here today and told today there's been an issue, noones communicated anything to me about a delay and I've had to phone again and wait another 24 hours...

@tescomobile I have just successfully transfer my number over to you but the app telling me there a problem with my account when I try reinstall the app it ask me what number I have to I try that but it doesn't Recognize it

hi @tescomobile my phone hasnt had any signal since early yesterday (i think, it could be longer), ive tried restarting and the coverage checker seems fine.... i havent received a new sim card for my new phone yet either

@tescomobile I have called the insurance every day since Monday. My claim is still being processed 5 days later and no date of completion! Absolutely shocking service. I've also made a formal complaint, 8 weeks for a response!!

@tescomobile Just so you know.....there is an outage, it's showing red. Mast not going to be fixed until the 18th and this is a massive time for Mav's work with #Supercomputer Really bad timing. I hope the #Maverettes will forgive Tesco Mobile for this Callum. - Mav
