Informed due to a new computer process there was problems, but refunded in 7 working days. NO REFUND , called in store and will have to wait till mobile bill comes out @tescomobile

I have spoken to my bank and they have confirmed it isn't from the bank. Could you please help as too why I can't get a contract. Thanks
