    Disappointment Went to up grade phone (16/4/) My account been debit twice( not small amounts). Informed due to a new computer process there was problems, but refunded in 7 working days. NO REFUND , called in store and will have to wait till mobile bill comes out @tescomobile

    @tescomobile wife got a phone 6th dec still no voicemail, text or 4g. Continually fobbed off by a shocking customer care department each time lying and saying it will be sorted in 24hrs. Dont go near Tesco mobile! @tescomobile

    @tescomobile @TrussellTrust What is the point of advertising a product if you never have it in stock?? The iPhone 14 Pro (Black Space 256, 512GB) came out 3 months ago and still you don't have in stock. Cmon Tesco!!

    @talkSPORT @tescomobile If they'd have punished the scum six properly (relegation or points deduction) it might have put the idea to bed but they **** themselves and bent over just delaying it

    @tescomobile I’m afraid you’ve not been very useful though Emily - my issue still stands - customers are being penalised for issues between yourself and your courier DPD. Very poor customer service 😩

    @GrannyGloom @tescomobile Hope you get a quick and satisfactory resolution. On a few occasions I’ve found sending a recorded letter notifying a client that a small claim action will be filed in local court in 7 days gets their attention — Goods/service supplied not fit for purpose and not as described.

    @tescomobile Why are customers penalised for issues between phone supplier and their courier? When @DPDgroup_news claim to have delivered but you’ve been in all day 2nd day in row waiting. Not likely to be resolved until after new year now. Someone’s not getting their gift 😩

    @tescomobile can you get 02 to fix there mast as it’s been playing up since August in SA7 area @Ofcom they literally lots of people who are are complaining about it on Facebook group. Calls cut out, data not always working and didn’t leave a miss call to my dad phone today.
