    Disappointment Went to up grade phone (16/4/) My account been debit twice( not small amounts). Informed due to a new computer process there was problems, but refunded in 7 working days. NO REFUND , called in store and will have to wait till mobile bill comes out @tescomobile

    @tescomobile Chose Tesco Mobile to reduce expenses & a better deal. Biggest mistake ever! 2 low cost, short term contracts, 1 budget handset on a family a/c, paying by DD - credit footprint from Excellent to Fair!!! Formal complaint made 23/01 STILL no reply. Not acceptable 😡😡

    @Cheeseo76847269 @SamsungUK @tescomobile I have an s21FE (fan edition), a cut down version of last year's flagship s21. It's good. But if you want 5g it's tons dearer. I got 4g.
