Disappointment Went to up grade phone (16/4/) My account been debit twice( not small amounts). Informed due to a new computer process there was problems, but refunded in 7 working days. NO REFUND , called in store and will have to wait till mobile bill comes out @tescomobile

@tescomobile No problem thanks for the clarification. However, if you check yesterday’s comp the same thing was said to entrants. But the winner didn’t use the #. I assume that yesterday’s comp will be run again as was an invalid entry. Thanks

I've so far spent an hour on the phone to @tescomobile trying to set up a business account - last time the call dropped before they got me through to the right person. How hard can it be to take a new customer's money? God knows what they will be like if I join!
