Disappointment Went to up grade phone (16/4/) My account been debit twice( not small amounts). Informed due to a new computer process there was problems, but refunded in 7 working days. NO REFUND , called in store and will have to wait till mobile bill comes out @tescomobile

@tescomobile Bad company, and always have been. Surprised the different prices (massively inflated) for people without a club card is actually legal. Tesco’s always up to some con job.

@tescomobile Well that was the problem. He has one in my name and one in his own name. He now just has it on my acc and cancelled his sim card only one. I can email the letter through i guess

@tescomobile morning. I sent a letter last week in relation to my husband paying for 2 phone accs for the last 18 months. When he thought he had just upgraded his phone. The other one was never cancelled.. all we are asking is for that money to be taken off our acc??
