My @tescomobile hasn’t had a Signal for the last 4 days. My 87 yr old mum is dying in hospital & non of my family can can phone me. What are @tescomobile doing to rectify the problem?

@tescomobile Would be helpful if the app would load. Keeps just showing a blank screen and the loading wheel. App is up to date so it's not an updating issue.

Totally let down by @tescomobile Shocking service. Notified of my father’s death, we were promised uninterrupted phone usage whilst mum moved to her own account. Her phone has not worked for a week. Trying to organise a funeral whilst the number we gave out doesn’t work. 😡

@tescomobile 26 March my Grandmothers mobile showed a fault with her SIM. 4 store visits and 3 calls to customer care later and it is still not fixed. All we need is the old number transferred to the new phone. Having been assured it would be done by 2pm today - it is not...
