@tescomobile can you please tell me why I haven’t had signal for nearly 24 hours now? I’ve used the coverage checker and it says my signal is good?

@tescomobile I'm UK resident in Tobago. Have a zero cap on bill. I can't make calls here so I'm trying to get £10 limit on bill. I know my user name. When I try to either put in what I think is my password or reset it I get Glitch message call 4455 but can't make calls. Help!

@tescomobile @Tesco Thank you for your after thought but a bit late now as the price has now gone up an extra £10 per month. It shouldn’t be this hard to get help to give you business!

@tescomobile In the big scale of things, it's not a great deal, but just wish major companies would do what they say they would. Never mind - soon be spring.

@tescomobile I think it’s a real shame that you don’t take fraud seriously as a company. 7 weeks and still waiting for an ‘urgent’ call back from you. Very glad you aren’t my network.

@tescomobile Brand new order, already paid £15 up front for it and was told 'next day' on Friday last week. So, why bother telling me that and now it's another length of time. Will it be further down the line now, getting very annoyed at this. Patience is wearing thin.

Hi @tescomobile that's now been 3 days waiting for my SIM and nothing. I've already filled in an online survey to say how disappointed I am with your service. Please get this sorted. Regards...
