@tescomobile can you please tell me why I haven’t had signal for nearly 24 hours now? I’ve used the coverage checker and it says my signal is good?

@tescomobile Actually, just to clarify on this: I can see on my device how to do a manual network selection, but would texts & calls on another network incur additional charges? (Can't see a way to switch to 2G or 3G only - my options appear limited to 4G as baseline with 5G 'on' or 'auto'.)

@tescomobile after delivering our new phone to the wrong address, pretending to investigate, police proving it was returned to you, you still refuse to replace the phone and bill us for one we never received, Great customer service!!

@tescomobile Yeah after looking into it, I don’t think you can force 3G on iPhone 12 - they might support it in the background but you can’t limit them to it exclusively. Pretty sure they don’t even support 2G any more.

@tescomobile Hi what is the telephone number for your department that deals with scams? I have unauthorised premium texts on my bill & no one at your customer care seems to be able to help except to block the number. I wish it to be investigated.

@tescomobile Almost a week with no reliable mobile signal at home (NP20 area). O2 are apparently doing upgrade works nearby. Was supposed to be finished by Sun 5/12, then today (Tues 7/12) and now it's going to be Fri 10/12. I assume I'll get a refund?

@tescomobile I was following Rob’s suggestion to ‘try a manual network selection’ - on my phone ‘manual network selection’ just lists a bunch of other providers. I don’t see a 2G/3G option. (It’s a reasonably new device if that matters.) Options under ‘voice & data’ are 5G on, 5G auto, or 4G.
