  @Jaquix1X @tescomobile Hi Jaqui xxx I got there in the end, thanks. I was quite happy with my old PAYG, because I never use my blimmin phone. Got a 'bundle' now that I have to remember to top up or lose the bundle. Had to pay a charge to top up too. So I'm paying even tho I made no calls last month!

  @tescomobile your delivery service is a joke. Apparently I have missed my delivery but having been in all day why didn't the door go? My phone has been broken for weeks and you haven't replaced it. Angry is not the word

  @tescomobile Hi, please could you help? I have (had) a 4G pay as you go account with £9.99 credit remaining when a week or so back it was suddenly disconnected. I am disabled and unable to visit in-store to get help, and although I use the phone infrequently, I need it for safety

  @tescomobile When are you going to give your customers Visual Voicemail (if ever)? You use O2’s network and they provide this service, so why don’t you?
