    @tescomobile wow 12 years running wining awards and no calling over wifi… just moved to Tesco and it didn’t even cross my mind to check this basic feature. So disappointing and making the network switch a downgrade. Please do better Tesco.

    @tescomobile @Tesco You should be ashamed of yourselves for providing such an inadequate service. I have had a phone contract since 14/7/22, in which the phone (iphone13) has never worked ! I look forward to a reply from your customer services department as a matter of urgency.

    @tescomobile hi, I’ve had pending transactions on my safety buffer for 2 days these did not go through and I wasn’t actually charged but it’s not updating on my account and I don’t want to pay for something that failed due to technical errors
