My @tescomobile hasn’t had a Signal for the last 4 days. My 87 yr old mum is dying in hospital & non of my family can can phone me. What are @tescomobile doing to rectify the problem?

@JolyonMaugham @ThreeUK @tescomobile To be fair, it’s quite a bit easier/cheaper for 3 as the owner of the network v’s Tesco as a wholesaler/MVNO. They would have been better off doing nothing to be fair, the pressure should be on Voda, O2 & EE. Someone at Tesco didn’t think this through as now they look cheap

@tescomobile Really need resolution to this issue. Phone went back via DPD Monday 4th (as arranged by Additional Support Team) but still not had confirmation of receipt and cancellation of contract.

@tescomobile Daughter got a new Iphone from (Tesco) Santa at Christmas however the front facing camera is not working. We’ve tried a factory reset, but no joy- are we able to take this to a shop as it was bought online? Thanks

@JolyonMaugham @ThreeUK @tescomobile “Every Little Helps” - they took the ‘little’ too seriously in this phrase and whilst, yes even a small amount of data will help, it’s really a drop in the ocean for Tesco. 1000 requests = 20,000gb. Also 20gb isn’t enough for average of 4 hours daily online learning!

@tescomobile Thanks Callum, if I took out an iPhone contract, can I cancel the 1 month usage contract and just keep paying the monthly phone contract until the end of the term?
