    Lost phone, new 1 arrives in 24hrs (not via Tesco). No SIM so another 5 work days for the SIM, offline for a week in 2021 defo do not use @tescomobile customer service is awfull

    @tescomobile Incredibly poor service from @tescomobile 2 week old phone stops working and they have used every excuse under the sun not to replace the faulty handset, im stuck with a phone that doesnt work.Complete shambles!!

    @tescomobile Have tried, it keeps sending the verification code to the phone thats not working, so not sure what more i can do

    @tescomobile why do you offer a 24 month usage contract with a 36month handset contract if you can’t change your usage after 24months? Oh you can change it if you want it to go up but not down? So really you don’t offer a 24month usage contract in actual fact it’s 36months!

    @tescomobile I was reluctant to get another Tesco phone on 0² as I've been without a signal at home on my current one for 3 years. However I was persuaded, and after half a day of trying to set up the brand new phone (and new Sim) I still don't have a signal. I am so frustrated!
