Hi @tescomobile my SIM card is broken/damaged have tried all the obvious fixes. How can i order a new one with my current number retained? I can't call any of the Tesco numbers as I have no service, coming up as no network detected thanks

@tescomobile Trouble shooting is of no help. I find it disappointing that you actively sell something on a 3year device contract which then only has 24mth warranty. I’ll see if I can get any help from Apple direct.

Made the mistake of moving family mobiles to @tescomobile - utterly dire coverage and quality of service. It’s soooo bad I’m facing quite an early termination fee but the service is just so dire I cannot keep the mobiles with them. I could not recommend them.

@tescomobile I've now taken my sim out of my phone and put my wife's sim in, and have no issues. I have also put my sim in my wife's phone, which also works... I give up. It's not the device, not the sim, but the sim and device combo...
