Anne Davis (@IHTP67) reported@tescomobile 1/2, So Rob and team the saga continues. They phoned twice yesterday, thank you. This morning again 10am as l suspected a new SIM required. My father went back to the store. Helpful assistant swapped SIM, called customer care. They had it as pay as you go. This was incorrect.

Anne Davis (@IHTP67) reported@tescomobile 2/2 that not much can be done the escalation (backroom) team not available Saturday. He had the PAC number from @VodafoneUK whilst at the store Wednesday. He's been to the store twice now, phoned support multiple times and still no working phone. Help......
