  @tescomobile tried twice to order a phone. Each time the order has not processed, taken payment and refunded it, despite doing & passing a hard credit check. Tried to call today and have been cut off twice. Not the best example of customer service. Calls not picked up in store.

  @tescomobile Hello unless I make a call via WhatsApp my phone is unusable due to breaking up/poor network. I have been with Tesco many years and always lived in the HU8 area. Is there a network problem? Thanks

  @ronanofficial @tescomobile Tesco Mobile’s ‘super helpful network’ is clearly helping me live off-grid 🙏📵 6 SIMs, store visits, chats… still no signal since Feb 28. Shame my disabled sister’s carers don’t accept smoke signals—any chance of actual help?

  @AbsolutelyVexed @tescomobile Ai gets it wrong. Doesn't help that it refers to the company blogs, and how to guides, which gives the impression you can do these things, when in fact with a lot, you can't. O2 business was who I was with before, but they sucked for various reasons.

  @tescomobile Im try to get wifi calling to work, I can't find any help on your website. I have a Samsung A32 and I have enabled VoLTE which I understand is what I enable but nothing. Do I need to do something else.
