    @tescomobile Liz it is clear no-one is looking in to this as it’s frankly inconceivable that an organisation of the size of Tesco could take this long to fix a problem as simple as porting a number! The inconvenience this is causing me and my business is beyond words at this point !

    @tescomobile @Suzywoo16 Nobody expects poor customer service but unfortunately Tesco Mobile are probably one of the worst. Been waiting since 29October and nothing resolved. Despite promises. Always got to check back in 24 hrs🤪🤪🤪🥸🤪

    @robsimpson2712 @tescomobile @Suzywoo16 They don't have any customer service ! Never known anything like it. I've been laugher at down phone, spoke to like a child, just overall rude staff they have! And 12 months in nothing resolved

    @tescomobile Many thanks , just for everyone, after waiting a week to get issue resolved im now told i have to wait a further 3 working days to “try “ resolve their **** up, in the mean time the customer can whistle not interested in them . Will remember this lack of service . Many thanks!

    This is "typical" of the service from #TescoMobile unfortunately... most of the time it verges on terrible. As I said I'm still waiting for these password resets? The original answering was quick, but the audio said the waiting time was extensive. So even this was incorrect.

    @tescomobile yet again another broken promise from Tesco mobile phone number still not reinstated . Shambles still waiting a week after you changed my number without my consent

    @tescomobile I don't honestly think it is... I think you have a problem with your own phones and staff training. Many times, they have had the phone on mute, and then found how to come back, and unmute the phone. I could be wrong... but it has mostly seem a fault on your own end!?
