  @tescomobile Ordered new sim as mine was faulty. Supposed to be delivered today (by a non-guaranteed Royal Mail delivery service) It hasn’t turned up but you have deactivated my old sim so I can’t use my phone at all. There’s no post til Monday now. Surely this can’t be right?

  @tescomobile Had shocking service in Folkestone store from Humza whilst attempting to upgrade my phone contract after being a loyal Tesco mobile customer for over 5 years. He did not care about my problems and simply wanted to push responsibility to the online team

  @tescomobile bought 4 x SIM only deals. You’ve provided 8 numbers and charged me for 8. Hours waiting on your live chat which is unattended. Went to Tesco mobile shop, guy says only the live chat can fix the problem. Dreadful. Already regretting this decision.

  @tescomobile AGAIN! About the time of update, there is another problem with my phone. Last update I couldn't charge my phone whilst turned on, this update my headphones won't work on most videos except adverts. WHY?

  @tescomobile tried to help a family friend who's in their 70s top up today, was told card payment wasnt working so brought the voucher. Your service kept directing us to download an app. He doesn't have a smart phone, so tell me how are OAPS meant to top up?
