@simon_euro @tescomobile Do you keep the phone on all the time? Static electricity can disturb electronic devices. Surprising how many times my mystery problems have gone away after re-starting devices. Try switching off completely. If the battery is removable, remove, replace (also the SIM) & re-start.

@Ohholycow @toastytoastbuns @tescomobile If they tell you to wait over 5 working days for a call just bypas them and phone customer services insist on speaking to a manager it's the only way to solve it, hope you get sorted soon hunni

  • RichBakerArt Rich Baker (@RichBakerArt) reported

@tescomobile This is literally the only time I've had an issue. All my other bills have been set up with zero hassle.

  • admforbes Alex Forbes (@admforbes) reported

@tescomobile I have had no data since getting a new SIM 2 weeks ago. Your call centre tell me a different thing everytime; today it's a system wide problem with no fix date. Is this true?

  • 0Pinger Pinger (@0Pinger) reported

@tescomobile your payasyougo phone app is constantly closing on trying to open it. Tried reinstalling, didn't help

  • MagicPaulLondon Paul Andrews (@MagicPaulLondon) reported

@tescomobile Please reconsider your use of DPD as courier. Once again they have badly let us down with delivery and untruths to conceal it.

  • RonaMac84 Angel (@RonaMac84) reported

@tescomobile I’ve been waiting for a callback about a new contract since 25th October - called CS 7 times and escalated issue 3 - is no one calling back customers anymore. If you don’t want to call customers back fine but can you provide a deadlock letter so I can go to Ofcom

  • simon_euro Simon 🇺🇦 #StandWithUkraine #FBPE (@simon_euro) reported

@sirtonybond @tescomobile I worked for EE when they were Orange. We wouldn’t do anything until everything had been turned off and on again. Had new sims and phones TNA unfortunately. This problem is related to the Caller Line Identification Presentation, it’s a network problem.

@O2 @tescomobile @giffgaff you do realise no one on another network/landline can ring anyone on your 3 networks (basically o2) just each other o2 to o2
