@Samsung @SamsungMobile WTF is going on with pre order process. @tescomobile are having issues placing order for S20 Ultra. Been a user for a long time and willing to make a substantial inv. in your product and now cant make the order as you are out of stock 🤯😠 #appleanoption

@tescomobile I'm not a Tesco mobile customer myself but my parents and my Uncle are. I get around 20mbps on SMARTY which runs on 3 network pretty much everywhere there's 4G.

@tescomobile The @O2 4G network can't cope with demand in some areas. My Mum was getting 1mbps in a good O2 4G area. Switched it to 3G+ and it's 15mbps now. Telling people to turn their phone off and on and wiping the sim isn't good technical support.

@tescomobile Done both using covid to not answer phones is a **** excuse and test replies taking me into app that then tells you to text ! Sick going around in circles

@tescomobile My point here is I have had my debit blocked due to this, it could have been worse, and I wanted to escalate it to Tesco toincrease awareness... Possibly help to reduce the risk to other customers experiencing this hassle....
