@tescomobile Text messages on my iPhone are flagging as unsent but are still being received? iMessage is not affected. I have tried resetting phone settings and it’s not resolved. Is it a network issue ? Thanks

Really dissapointing from @tescomobile and DPD upgraded supposed to be NEXT DAY DELIVERY well now ita not arriving till WEDNESDAY. 10+ years customer spent lots with you. Last time I upgrade online!

@tescomobile Three weeks later, now the phone has developed a major fault where it will turn off when flipped or not plugged into a socket. A quick Google shows that this is a common issue that is connected with the display of the phone.

@tescomobile Received a new SIM. No data available. Just spoken to lovely CS agent who says there’s an ‘unknown issue’ with data for customers who have made recent changes to their account. Please advise when this will be fixed & compensation details.
