@tescomobile So why are you pushing for people in this area to take your miserable service. I was with Tesco mobile at my old address and it worked well, but not here.

@tescomobile have an elderly customer who has put my landline into their mobile phone, their escalated "customer care"suggestion to resolve the continuing nuisance is to call @DC_Police and get them to provide help to a @tescomobile customer Unhelpfully hiding behind GDPR

@tescomobile Tesco mobile took almost £1000 in payment from a broken & out of use phone - an account they knew was dormant. Offered a token mini-refund with two week limit. Terrible service. Never again.

@tescomobile this super helpful network suggest I call @DC_Police to resolve a minor matter for one of their customers. Instead of being super helpful I should report the old lady to plod for causing a nuisance. No right-thinking person thinks that is helpful.

@tescomobile If O2 doesn't work despite trying different phones, then neither will Tesco! No need for the cooling off period! Work mobiles are other networks so will probably be best just moving to one of them.
