    Really dissapointing from @tescomobile and DPD upgraded supposed to be NEXT DAY DELIVERY well now ita not arriving till WEDNESDAY. 10+ years customer spent lots with you. Last time I upgrade online!

    @tescomobile I didn't believe it when people said how bad you were because I hadn't had any issues, other than the signal in my house, but now, I know why people have complained. 2 x sims deactivated by you in error and now no phone calls or texts. 15 minutes for manager to ring

    @tescomobile just got your SIM 14 days back.Didn't get the time to call you & inform you how disappointed I am over the internet service that I am getting. I left @Vodafone for you & now I am regretting.Such slow & lagged internet service.I cannot even do my work properly! Help!

    I would never use @tescomobile (mvno on the @O2 Network) again. Switched to @LebaraMobileUK (mvno on the Vodafone network) WiFi calling and just a superior service 👍

    @tescomobile How about your customer services stop repeatedly hanging up on customers, in regard to your faulty app ripping off customers, when attempting to buy data bundles, being refused but then being charged for them anyway. Treating customers as the enemy is not a good idea!
