Really dissapointing from @tescomobile and DPD upgraded supposed to be NEXT DAY DELIVERY well now ita not arriving till WEDNESDAY. 10+ years customer spent lots with you. Last time I upgrade online!

@tescomobile I haven't had signal for phonecalls /messaging since 28th May.I've contacted support everyday with no resolve.i'm homebound and vulnerable and it's paramount I need access to urgent calls, I'm also missing medical appointment calls.I do not find it acceptable service

@tescomobile absolutely unacceptable service. After 3 weeks, 8 calls, 2 emails and 4 failed promises of a call back, you still have £200 of my money and I still have no phone. Why not look after your customers rather than hide behind DPD?

@tescomobile Hi, real trouble logging in. My partners phone is showing "Inactive", i've just upgraded her phone which will take effect on 14/6. But she has no service now? I am the account holder. Please advice.
