Really dissapointing from @tescomobile and DPD upgraded supposed to be NEXT DAY DELIVERY well now ita not arriving till WEDNESDAY. 10+ years customer spent lots with you. Last time I upgrade online!

@tescomobile Text messages on my iPhone are flagging as unsent but are still being received? iMessage is not affected. I have tried resetting phone settings and it’s not resolved. Is it a network issue ? Thanks

@tescomobile Having problems topping up my mobile this morning I got a message saying there is a problem with the system. I've called customer care twice and it should be customer don't care. I was even asked to try to top up later. No money on phone Really disappointed.

@tescomobile disappointed two fold, she was not told to turn the phone on and off after 24 hours. And your telephone support should have told me to do it which would have saved my Mum 6 6 mile round trip.

@tescomobile Hi guys ...I've just recently had a Samsung a22 5g from you and it seems to be having wifi issues ...one minute at home it connects to my bt wifi then the next it's the circle of death ...bt say its a phone issue ...any advice ? Maybe a setting ?
