I used the top up number that would let me go through to do so. When with customer service I could move the phone to messages, they froze my phone, who are these people.

Carl Malkin ๐ (@CarlMalkin6) reported@tescomobile I don't have issues with your app, you do. It worked until the software update on the payment side of the app. I suggest you ask them to roll back the update to make the app work again. IT people cause these problems do they continue to get paid.

Just odd my friends on giffgaff and o2 never have issues and tesco uses the o2 network and I have to use their phone or switch an a pay as you go sim on different network for data

She bought an add on as customer services were beyond poor. The data add is not working. She would tweet butโฆ NO DATA. Can you please help?

Since your 3G got turned off my new 4G phone regularly drops the signal and cuts off important calls or blocks text messages.
