    Consistent, knowledgeable and patient help over the years from James in the park road tesco phone shop. Nothing he can’t fix! I’d highly recommend and would only buy a phone or contract here #thebest @Tesco @tescomobile

    @paulamkershaw @O2 @tescomobile Yeh seems to be network wide. As not even localised to my area seeing 5 of us having same issue... Sometimes some come through twice or 3 times as well.

    @tescomobile PAC code done almost 2 weeks ago, 5 times on the helpline and still no data. “Ongoing issue with a number of transfers.” Told Wed it would be sorted by Friday, another lie.Contract started 18/5 and problems 14/6 which is apparently over my 30 days 🤔

    @tescomobile 6 days as a new customer without any mobile data is an absolute joke! And to keep getting different stories when I phone the helpline isn’t helping matters! #everylittlehelps #littlewouldbebetterthannothing

    @tescomobile IS THERE AN ISSUE WITH YOUR NETWORK COVERAGE - 2 WEEKS AWAITING TWO PHONES IN THE FAMILY TO WORK!! All different stories coming from the 6 calls we’ve made and 4 emails!! HUSBAND AT HIS WITS END!!

    @MichaelAyres92 @tescomobile I’ve had exactly the same problem for 2 weeks. The only way I’ve got data back is to restart the phone. I rang customer help and it’s an issue with porting new numbers over to Tesco. However, as of this morning things appear to be sorted - I live in hope!

    @tescomobile Very unimpressed with your 'service'. My mobile (Samsung Flip Z) developed a crack along the fold over the phone around 3 weeks ago. Contacted Tesco insurance and was told, 'The damage is only cosmetic so is not covered by the insurance' (P1)
