@tescomobile Is there a problem with your PAYG tip-up via phone/card service: I have been trying to top up for a sheltering vulnerable person for 2 days now! Always reporting a ‘problem with the service’!

  • MartynS61 Martyn (@MartynS61) reported from Bournemouth, England

@tescomobile in Bournemouth town centre and signal so poor unable to get internet! Can’t get cricket scores! Have had to pinch someone’s WiFi to send this message! Why is signal so bad!

@tescomobile Oh that's disappointing, I changed to Tesco as I was told locally its a good signal, it is ok but can be hit and miss, I'm afraid I might need to consider changing again. Thank for responding at least I know now

  • caroljones24 ✨ Carol Jones ✨ (@caroljones24) reported

@tescomobile signal dropped out all morning for LL30 area, is there a problem locally?

  • Mazjane84 Maria Moss (@Mazjane84) reported

I’ve switched to @tescomobile and my SIM card is arriving tomorrow. Was such an easy process. Well done @O2 for completely failing on customer service.

  • LouiseLearJones The Ringmistress (@LouiseLearJones) reported

@tescomobile Additionally, it ought to be possible for each member of the family with a phone on that plan to get help when they need it. The account, and my details, would be just as safe if a passcode protected it.. These can be randomly generated on request. I'm frustrated, not dim.

  • Beyond_Bob Bob (@Beyond_Bob) reported

@tescomobile Never at any time, before or after signing up to a contract, was it made clear that a change would require paying off the phone first, even after the end of the 24 month contract. That is just not acceptable, will leave Tesco as soon as possible.

  • LouiseLearJones The Ringmistress (@LouiseLearJones) reported

@tescomobile I understand that. If they need to speak to customer support, however, that falls rather flat, though, doesn't it?

  • LouiseLearJones The Ringmistress (@LouiseLearJones) reported

@tescomobile Having paid Tesco Mobile £20, all my husband wanted was to be able to make calls. I'm sorry if I'm missing some really obvious point here, but that was the issue, and the question, and I can't believe I'm still having the same conversation.

  • Simongriffin13 Simon griffin (@Simongriffin13) reported

@tescomobile hi the signal in my area m38 little hulton Has been shocking for about 2 week's I am struggling to make and recive phone calls from my house is there any reason

  • Beyond_Bob Bob (@Beyond_Bob) reported

@tescomobile Hello, my usage contract started 02/03/2019 and ran for 24 months, today is 03/03/2021 so, why can I not change the contract or cancel it online, given that more than 24 months has past and, why was I not sent an email to warn my contract is coming to an end?

  • ThatsASecretLOL Mark Baker (@ThatsASecretLOL) reported

@tescomobile You use the O2 network so why have you not started allowing your customers to utilise WIFI calling? This is not a new technology and its very disappointing that you do not offer this yet. Please consider this as the mobile signal I have at home is rubbish 2/3
