@tescomobile hi I just checked my bill on Tesco mobile and still showing pending payment of 222.14 pounds on account.Please can you cancel this because already spoke yesterday with a customer service representative he told me he let know manager about this issue. Thank you.

@tescomobile well still no further response from concerns team so that’s 3 phones cançelled and further 2 next month then final 2 in March. Sick to death of the broken promises and bullsh*t Don’t ring back (or say they have an left messages, but no message on any my phones)

@tescomobile I wonder if there is any eta for resolution to the issue facing some new customers. SMS and Mobile Data not working. Joined with my partner on 04/01 and not been able to send SMS or use mobile data. Reported the issue to the network. Awaiting updates.

@tescomobile I received a bill for £222.14 for an iPhone 13 I paid for in full last year.. I was told I would be refunded £11.50 for my monthly sim but never received it.. why are you billing me now? I have been told by others you are wiping this off their bill, please clear mine

@tescomobile apart from Wi-Fi I can’t get a stable connection on my new phone I got yesterday from you iPhone 14 pro max any help I’ve tried resetting re inserting SIM card to no avail driving me insane calls are dropping also.
