@tescomobile in Bournemouth town centre and signal so poor unable to get internet! Can’t get cricket scores! Have had to pinch someone’s WiFi to send this message! Why is signal so bad!

@tescomobile & @O2 I understand the weather has been full on this week but I've had no signal since Wednesday. According to the website "...a nearby phone mast isn’t working... engineers are likely to be on the case already..." could you confirm that they are?! Or is it my phone?

@tescomobile Is there a problem with your PAYG tip-up via phone/card service: I have been trying to top up for a sheltering vulnerable person for 2 days now! Always reporting a ‘problem with the service’!

@tescomobile Three Tesco Mobile users in this household. Two of us got the alert, one didn't. The one that didn't get it is a nearly new Samsung 5g phone running Android 13. Alerts on the phone are all switched on, and the phone was in a good signal area.
