According to the website "...a nearby phone mast isnβt working... engineers are likely to be on the case already..." could you confirm that they are?! Or is it my phone?

Nicola Lynch (@nplynch01) reported@WhichUK Can you DM me re @tescomobile? I believe you recommend them as a provider. I believe that they misled me into entering a credit agreement with them for a business I worked with and they are refusing to work with me to resolve the issue?
