@tescomobile @tescomobile ok it’s been 5 full days of no signal in my home - when working from home this is an issue! But equally I’ve had no updates other than to be told they’re aware! Also paying for a service I’m not receiving is getting a bit of a joke! Can you look into this?

@tescomobile I know you can’t. I’m just shouting into the void constantly with this. Terrible customer service all round. No accountability from anyone at Tesco. Can’t even leave during cooling off period as my number is in limbo.

@tescomobile Hi I have also just checked my bill on Tesco mobile and still showing pending payment of 222.14 pounds on account.Please can you cancel this because I also already spoke yesterday with a customer service representative . The issue I’ve been told it’s a know issue.

@tescomobile so after 3 weeks of chasing my PAC code it seems I can no longer even access my account in spite of entering correct security details. Your customer service is appalling. I assume I just have to give up on the phone number I’ve had for 15y?

@tescomobile Hi Was on the Tesco website there trying to find out if you use 02 or who for coverage. It wouldn't let me type in my postcode to check. Web error. Plz fix. Who do you use as I've had no signal using Three network for 2 years. I need a phone that let's me get a signal at home.

@tescomobile well it’s been almost 4 months and this piss pot company are still messing me around they’ve taken almost a thousand pounds out of my account for no reason even though I haven’t got a contact with them. Never ever take a contract out with is **** shower 💩
