According to the website "...a nearby phone mast isn’t working... engineers are likely to be on the case already..." could you confirm that they are?! Or is it my phone?

Steve Lewis (@SteveinReading) reported@tescomobile I do block no.s but they use different ones every time. I've tried the Truecaller app but it's no different to blocking in the phone. My landline has a TrueCall unit which stops every unwanted call. Mobiles need similar. Changing my no wouldn't help as they must use random ones.
