    @tescomobile & @O2 I understand the weather has been full on this week but I've had no signal since Wednesday. According to the website "...a nearby phone mast isn’t working... engineers are likely to be on the case already..." could you confirm that they are?! Or is it my phone?

    My wife's connected on O2 no problem, so feel like I should be ok with my @tescomobile too... I've tried taking out and replacing the SIM, searched for the network, still nothing?

    @tescomobile Probably not one for you as it's mast related but my mother in law has been unable to make or receive calls when at home ever since 3G was turned off. O2 coverage checker indicates a problem with nearby mast, is this ever going to be fixed?

    @tescomobile But not a problem, i just transfered my number to Smarty and will be requesting a refund of my balance. You lost the balance and the costumer for being greedy :-)

    @tescomobile ... ONCE AGAIN I AM HAVING SERIOUS PROBLEMS TOPPING UP MY MOBILE PHONE WHICH IS ESSENTIAL TO MY LIFE ... I CANT USE YOUR MOBILE APP AS WONT RECOGNISE ME... I TOPPED UP ON THE 9TH WITH EE CARD SERVICES... THEY HAVE TAKEN £19.60 FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT BUT YOU TELL ME

    FFS @tescomobile lovely day no rain no cloud no snow no hail nothing and can hardly get online again seriously how can you make claims like provided by 02 with 99% coverage when it doesn't work in the middle of a town

    @tescomobile I’m offered an upgrade to change a contract at not additional cost. No matter how many times I try to take advantage of this offer, it won’t work. About to quit your network. The offer must be fake! #tescomobile #tesco

    @iona11011 @tescomobile Their problem, not yours. Your contract is with the retailer, not the courier. Under S29 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the goods remain at the traders risk until they come into your possession.

    @DrGladimir @tescomobile O2 business, giffgaff business and sky mobile all do call forwarding. All are on the same transmitters for coverage as Tesco mobile. I'm with giffgaff as a personal customer and have been very happy with them. I'm on an 18 month contract to stay with them but can change which of their packages I have at the end of each month though you can tell them what you want to change to anytime, billed monthly £25 unlimited data. I find asking AI helps you understand the terms and conditions you're bothered about before ordering a lot more helpful than dealing with the companies' websites and call centres.
