@tescomobile Is there a problem with your PAYG tip-up via phone/card service: I have been trying to top up for a sheltering vulnerable person for 2 days now! Always reporting a ‘problem with the service’!

@tescomobile Hi Rob thanks for getting back to me, I have to say though your response is very disappointing. How long does it take your tech guys to rectify problems? This has been going on since the beginning of February!!

@tescomobile so first contacted you on 30th March, was assured you were aware of the problem with no contact information being shown when receiving a call, yet here we are 9th April and it’s still on going & absolutely no contact from yourselves!

@tescomobile How am I supposed to charge my phone? This is a very weird policy. If the connection was a standard USB port it wouldn't be a problem. However, it isn't, so it is

Don’t understand what the helpful network actually is. What is helpful about the Tesco mobile network. Surely nothing to do with trolleys. #tescomobile

@tescomobile Well I did actually ask the question yesterday afternoon and it seems from reading other comments that I wasn't the only one with the same issues so clearly a problem!!! Hardly fair to run a competition that isn't possible to enter if you have only one social media platform

@tescomobile I cannot connect as I am getting “no signal”. Post code SP3, previously OK. Your web pages are designed to make it impossible to contact you. How do I get in touch with you, don’t tell me to use your app I want a telephone number for my landline.
