@tescomobile & @O2 I understand the weather has been full on this week but I've had no signal since Wednesday. According to the website "...a nearby phone mast isn’t working... engineers are likely to be on the case already..." could you confirm that they are?! Or is it my phone?

@tescomobile How do I speak to a person about a repair / replacement under warranty please. Front camera on mums phone not working. Store say to phone insurance people, insurance say its under warranty and should ring Customer Service. Can't get through and online chat not good

FYI @tescomobile have a better phone, better data and price freeze for over £15 per month cheaper than you. I've been a Vodafone customer for nearly 20 years and I'm afraid you're going to lose me now. Very poor form to increase bills to loyal customers by nearly 9% mid-contract

@tescomobile My mobile data was turned off but it must have been automatically turned on after I just did the last update. I have never used more than 1 gig of data ever & now I am over my 2gb allowance & I'm not very happy about it as it was not my fault. Can you help sort this please.

Cancelling in cooling off period for a £13 sim results in a £232 final bill! 5 calls to customer services and every agent passes you on to somebody else claiming the system is down; it wasn’t down to raise an extortionate incorrect bill though

@tescomobile Interestingly I repeated the phone process today and it sailed through. You must have had a systems issue yesterday, it would be nice to be treated with some respect in that I was right and your systems were the problem

@CharlieSpanner @tescomobile Tesco mobile is the ONLY phone provider who does not have these in yet in all colours I can go and order these of anyone else!! What is the stock issue since everyone else can provide them but you can't? I've been checking the website EVERY DAY
