  Word of advice. Never transfer your phone contract over to @tescomobile Now wonder it’s a cheap contract. Service is horrendous. What a way to treat new customers.

  Absolutely dire customer service from @tescomobile. Service was down for 6 days. Claimed compensation for the outage. Got an AI reply same day auto closing the case. Filled in their silly form from the next reply. Reply came back wanting more information!

  @tescomobile bought 4 x SIM only deals. You’ve provided 8 numbers and charged me for 8. Hours waiting on your live chat which is unattended. Went to Tesco mobile shop, guy says only the live chat can fix the problem. Dreadful. Already regretting this decision.

  @tescomobile @MartinSLewis Been emailing back and forth with Sahira to concerns@tesco as finally opened complaint and have been speaking to Sahira. I have email proof I have responded yet had email this morning to say as I had not responded she is closing complaint
