    @tescomobile Sorry had no signal at all so didn’t get your message. Now I’m back in Bristol. But Vodafone worked all weekend, Tesco Mobile was hopeless.

    @tescomobile been in your store 3 times to sort and contacted call centre and chat for the past 4 days, still nothing just told it’s being looked into. This is a truly awful service and nobody seems to know what’s going on. It’s never been this difficult with other providers!

    @tescomobile Restarted phone, still no joy. I'm not on Facebook. Have tried your customer service (absolutely shocking, lied to me multiple times). I'm not happy and will seek compensation. How do we resolve this. This is an issue with YOUR updates, and frankly, I'm getting enoyed.

    @tescomobile 17 plus yrs with 02 at workplace, 8yrs personal, no problems: 9 months with Tesco and nothing but a pain from the start!🤬

    @tescomobile I have a pay monthly sim and want to temporarily forward my calls to another number, however it seems that I am unable to do that as when I try to do it in my phone settings it’s doesn’t work. Do you not allow diverting to a different number on your network?

    @tescomobile @O2 why is the mobile network so bad in crawley? Barely get any decent signal to check emails or online content.
