    @tescomobile Sorry had no signal at all so didn’t get your message. Now I’m back in Bristol. But Vodafone worked all weekend, Tesco Mobile was hopeless.

    @Dr_XYZ Only just joined them so I can’t say if they’re good or not yet. I can tell you that @tescomobile is utter rubbish. Expensive and poor coverage.

    @tescomobile how can this company keep going fault after fault We pay for no service 2G if we are lucky two days without home service come on Tesco can’t even get any support

    @tescomobile Hats off to #tescomobile for sorting out this problem quickly. I criticise when things go wrong, so only right they get credit when they put things right. Proper decent service. 👌🏼

    @tescomobile serious question, when topping up with yourselves will I need to deal with a two factor authentication hurdle or can I just sign in and top up? [been years since I was with Tesco mobile] GiffGaff are doing my head in with theirs.

    @tescomobile 2/2 And four SIX months since my wife passed away you are forcing me to use an old model because YOU WON’T repair the current contract device which is BROKEN & you are CHARGING me for. How would YOU feel? I want to finish the contract & go to @lycamobile instead.

    @tescomobile We will not be accepting this offer and have asked to escalate the complaint but have been told after 1 phonecard we have exhausted your complaints procedure and will be proceeding with the Ombudsman. Ironically the 1 phonecal was with one of the advisors we are complaining about

    @tescomobile I have been waiting for a call from your Concerns Management Team since Sunday. I was told they would contact me between 3pm and 4pm yesterday but they haven't. I haven't heard anything today either. Poor service and I am not impressed 😡

    Been with @tescomobile for YEARS!!- go to upgrade my contract with a club card deal,realise they have my old address, cant upgrade for 72hrs, missed out on the deal&the cust service has been shocking -surely there is some autonomy to reward loyal customers?!?

    @tescomobile warning to others, my Tesco device has been blacklisted (for no apparent reason) for the second time in 2 months. Almost three weeks on and it’s still not resolved, escalated to various teams who each tell me they’ll get back to me then never do. Disgraceful.
