    @tescomobile Im try to get wifi calling to work, I can't find any help on your website. I have a Samsung A32 and I have enabled VoLTE which I understand is what I enable but nothing. Do I need to do something else.

    @tescomobile Predicted.. you need to revisit that and be truthful about POOR coverage then. You’re selling coverage when you don’t actually have it. Literal scam

    @tescomobile re account 808724.I am extremely disappointed in Tescomobile response to the local mast outage which keeps happening for long periods preventing my household working from home. The recent outage started 24th April and persists to this day, so 4 days so far. The last outage from 28th March (maybe earlier) to 2nd April was also unacceptable. In fairness the last outage was refunded (a month) but the reaction from Tesco this time has been limp. Firstly Tesco should exert ultimate pressure on O2 to permanently fix this mast, in the 21st century having 4 day+ outages is not admissible. Secondly the agent reply to me to ‘let Tesco know’ when service is resumed is risible. Tesco should be all over this at least refunding my month payment if not more. I have another contract with Giff Gaff who use O2 and on hearing the service was down immediately refunded me….this is customer service and excellent customer recovery. Everytime I need the internet or need to phone I have to get in my car and drive 2 miles to keep contact with the outside world (we have no landline).Of course I can’t receive calls as well. This is expensive and extremely inconvenient as well as restricting my income.. I would like to hear Tesco response to this ongoing issue and I think you will agree this is not acceptable. I am out of contract…..convince me I should remain with Tescomobile.

    @tescomobile @1pennysweet My dad’s having the same trouble apparently the phone mast is down and it’s only affecting him as he has an old SIM card but they are refusing to send him a new one

    @tescomobile The mast must be down in Polegate. No 5G or even 4G for days. Can you advise exactly when my service will return please?

    @tescomobile hello 👋 my 4g isn’t working for some reason , I have turned it on and off , turned my phone on and off but still not working , my partner who is also with Tesco his data is ok ? Any ideas please ?
