@tescomobile I signed up to your unlimited plan. 1st SIM didn't arrive & 2nd SIM shows maxed out data DESPITE ME NEVER HAVING USED IT. 8 calls to customer service with no joy but they did admit other customers have had similar issues. You expect me to pay for this? Total rip off.

I cant be without a phone AGAIN!!! Surely as a customer for over 5+years @tescomobile would want to retain customers? Ive paid them thousands and get a ****** customer service deal as a response and put on the phone for over 2hours speaking to various departments

@tescomobile Hi Sean sorry for the late reply I was seeing Elton John live last night in Liverpool. I think their was no power going to phone to charge the phone. I think the usb phone charger in the car is not working properly. I have tired other phone chargers at home it was working fine

@tescomobile @O2 Have just checked ant there’s no issue in this area , but everyday when travelling around for work the 4g is very poor , I’m on Tesco and my boss is o2 , we both have same issue

@seymourjames3 @tescomobile Thanks, Jim. Utterly useless shower of charlatans. Happy to take the money but no regard for customers. I've documented everything. If not resolved soon I'll be bypassing Tesco altogether and taking my issue to the relevant ombudsman. So many folk having similar issues. So poor.

Why are mobile phone companies allowed to put time limits on PAYG top-ups. I topped up my son’s phone on @tescomobile on Thursday with £5 for emergency calls as he had a school trip. But it’s only valid until 16/7/22. I’ve bought that credit, so why can’t he keep it? 1/..

Had two phones in two months from @tescomobile and neither of which work. I use my phone for work at times, but tescos only options theyve given me is to either 1) pay off my contract or 2) send it in for repair My first s21 @SamsungMobile screen broke, now this one has issues
