    @MarcFountain4 @tescomobile I don’t actually have the phone with me at the minute but tomorrow I will show you the ‘damage’. An 81 year old with dementia and arthritis who needed to use a coin to get the back off is being discriminated against because of a scratch.

    @tescomobile It's happening at home as that's where I work. I havent tried it anywhere else. No I'm outside of the 14 days. I've never known a signal so poor even though your coverage tracker says I should have good signal inside and outside.

    @Gems2712 @tescomobile You can buy a cheap, burner phone from a store. Still not cheap though. My American service allowed me to add data and phone when I was in Europe for $10 a day

    @HamImages @VodafoneUK I cancelled mine earlier this year, swapped to @tescomobile better customer service, two handsets, cheaper than Vodafone, best move ever!!
