@JdPlaylist @tescomobile I know which was the first thing I asked - it's the deal offered not the network!

@tescomobile Shockingly bad network coverage. I wouldn't ever go back with Tesco

@Peachyfruitcake @tescomobile Both Tesco and sky use the same network (its o2 as well)

@tescomobile Actually, recently mine has gone down by £60 for 2 handsets with more data, but thanks anyway

  • alex_read13 Alex Read (@alex_read13) reported

@samziz @OutlawRealms @tescomobile No one reads contracts. I have a contract with Virgin, which won't allow them to change the price or terminate the contract without my consent. I get calls all the time, trying to get me into any other contract with them. Not happening.

@tescomobile How about Sorry for not giving back to your loyal customers, I'm off elsewhere better phones and cheaper and better signal

  • RoidyRandy Randy (@RoidyRandy) reported

@tescomobile I’ve been with Tesco Mobike for the past 5-7 years, never had an issue and their SIM only contracts are hard to beat anywhere else.

  • wildlifelover0 Wildlife mad (@wildlifelover0) reported

@tescomobile Tesco weren't sorry after five months of complaints about poor phone service. They certainly didn't care when I said i was leaving, which i did that day. Claiming O2 for poor signal, but I'm now with O2 and I have no issues explained that Tesco.

  • FoamSwordOfDam1 FoamSwordOfDamocles_II (@FoamSwordOfDam1) reported

@cruzcooper647 @JacobSully6 @tescomobile 10gb +1gb unlimited texts /calls on giffgaff for £10. Sadly like Tesco they use the O2 network which can have dismal reception, even non existent near the coast.

  • porcinesludge hello human (@porcinesludge) reported

@AEWMike @tescomobile @EE If they change your contract they are breaching your contract and you can cancel. I was with them and they upped my picture message cost, so I told them I wanted out, also because they breached I got to keep the phone. Then I went sim only and bought a phone outright.
