for god's sake don't sign up with @tescomobile If the signal map tells you it's fine in your area DON'T TRUST IT, get someone that already has tesco mobile to try their phone at your home; you might be surprised! After I signed up I've barely been able to call anyone from home.

Anyone having issues with @tescomobile voicemail? I've been migrated to their new system & now the phone only rings about 10 seconds before going to voicemail. Used to be able to change how many sec's before voicemail but not on new system. Why change system if it's not as good?

@tescomobile hi I can’t get my activation code for my mobile and had signed up to get the club card double PAYG sim deal on at the moment. Also paid £10 in store but balance saying £0? Can someone help. Thanks

@tescomobile Liz it is clear no-one is looking in to this as it’s frankly inconceivable that an organisation of the size of Tesco could take this long to fix a problem as simple as porting a number! The inconvenience this is causing me and my business is beyond words at this point !

@tescomobile I don't honestly think it is... I think you have a problem with your own phones and staff training. Many times, they have had the phone on mute, and then found how to come back, and unmute the phone. I could be wrong... but it has mostly seem a fault on your own end!?

@tescomobile in November ordered a pay monthly contract for my daughters Christmas present paid £180.00 up front for the device and the first monthly payment. Direct debit setup. Christmas Day can’t get anywhere with the sim contact customer services contacts cancelled??!!
