    A little tight that #TescoClubcard point are no longer going to be worth double on @tescomobile. I doubt I’m the only person who really relies on this little extra help each month. It’s these things that keep customers with you, @Tesco. All you’re doing really is pushing us away.

    Hello @tescomobile any ideas why my phone won't work in Australia even though it worked in Singapore? I tried to log in to my account online but it (tries to) sends a text with a code which doesn't arrive because the phone isn't recognising the local network so I can't login 🙄

    @tescomobile still having trouble understanding how in 3 minutes (11:30-11:33) I amassed 13 x 10mb internet usage charges at £1 a shot when the phone was plugged in the wall at home charging and I was twenty miles away. Help desk far from helpful.

    The battery on my phone had been absolutely terrible since I only upgraded to a sim only from phone contract @tescomobile

    My daughter has a @tescomobile PAYG sim. New top up lasted one day now she can't even make phone calls or text in an emergency. Could she have burned through 10GB? If you run out of data does that block calls too?

    @tescomobile No I didn’t ask for the number to be moved to a new network. I just wanted to contract to be ended. I was charged for 2 additional months after I requested the contract to be cancelled even though the sim was not in use
