Jim Hurst (@xLevel) reportedJust spent an hour on a chat with @tescomobile support explaining the bug they have with their billing system. 🇬🇧🏴 🇺🇸Patriot (@Blister4951) reported@SBarrettBar @tescomobile By Text (Fastest): Send a free text saying PAC to 65075. Your current network will reply within a minute or two. They may ask for extra details like your date of birth for security. The text will also state if you owe any early termination fees

Dave Kendall (@DaveKendallPho1) reported@tescomobile Checked my home location. Good indoors and outdoors. If 2 bars of signal are good, that’s not saying much.

Dave Gander (@DaveGander) reported@tescomobile thank you for your email threatening to interrupt my service. I will remind you I have sought to pay but you declined my legal tender even suggesting it is a security matter. Thanks for defamation in front of other customers. I might deal with this post BH.

Mary F. 🇬🇧🏴🏴🇨🇮 🏴✝️⚖ (@sustainablist1) reportedSorry @tescomobile you have just lost my business. 36hrs to resolve an problem. Still unresolved. You have made many issues that other companies have. Transferring your call centres abroad. Is one. Changing all your telephone access numbers is 2 . I'm not a big customer.

Lesley (@Headonamission) reported@Hepworthclare @EE I tried to get a new phone at @tescomobile yesterday- they no longer do data transfer for you. Will be taking my contract somewhere that does! Fed up of paying more, for less support.
