    @tescomobile I already did that. It said that it's slow in my area and you're working to make it better or something. I just don't understand how it was fine until a week ago. V hard to watch videos etc

    @tescomobile Went to the store, sim taken out, quick clean & put back in again, service restored. Walk home, less than a mile, no service again despite repeating the take out and clean process. #nowwhat ,

    @tescomobile Hi Maria, it was ”processed” on 8/9 and I spoke to another customer services rep yesterday who said it can take 3-5 working days!!! So disappointed to say the least 😣

    @tescomobile Signal on my phone disappeared again this morning and I cannot work without it. Bizarrely my sons phone is fine but I cannot use his. I cannot get updates on the issue as I can’t receive texts and calls. Turning off and on again hasn’t worked so far either. #ridiculous
