LOL! @tescomobile advisor believes it's ok to charge for a full month's service for just 8 DAYS usage because a new phone joins the cycle of an existing phone... let's see what @Ofcom have to say about that then!!! #ChargingForServicesNotProvided #Illegal #ripoffbritain

@tescomobile are your online and text PAC request services broken, or are you now refusing to give a PAC online/by text?

So idiot oldest teen got her phone stolen last night, happily customer services @tescomobile were fantastic and have assured me the phone/sim are blocked and now unusable but obviously I still have 18 months on her contract to pay… #IdiotTeen

@tescomobile There is no point in sending you a private message. The last problem was only sorted out by the ombudsman and I’ve a letter that states they will give me £30 in compensation due to not being able to use the phone. It’s now been fixed after6 months of complaining but no money.

@tescomobile my phone is amazing, the signal continuously let's it down, so disappointed. Is there anyway go boost it?

Finally have sorted a replacement #phone for idiot teen. This time it’s insured (she’s paying), it’s a pain that @tescomobile won’t allow a non Tesco number to be set as ‘main’ number for the account though… if the main number gets stolen then you can’t log into your account!

@tescomobile Sorry? I paid for a MONTH not 8 days! It's a MONTHLY tariff, and you have to, by law, provide it for a MONTH not 8 days!! A monthly payment covers a MONTH!! Anything less HAS to be pro rata, end of! Why are you not aware of the law, it overrules your T+Cs and complaint procedure!

@tescomobile OK, but when it comes to grocery deliveries, you won't help disabled people, not good enough.

@tescomobile I don't understand why it can't be emailed! Or why I wasn't even emailed a order confirmation. I wasn't even allowed to be passed on to a manager when I had to stand instore on the customer services phone for 1/2 an hour! Why was I told on the phone that they could print it?!
