@tescomobile Text messages on my iPhone are flagging as unsent but are still being received? iMessage is not affected. I have tried resetting phone settings and it’s not resolved. Is it a network issue ? Thanks

@tescomobile Whats the point in the perspex, or the arrowed box? Whoever designed your "covid safe" environment doesn't quite understand it. Again, the psychology of talking down to customers creates an atmosphere no one likes. Staff pointing down to a chair as if your a naughty child?

@tescomobile Okay so there’s a mast been down & it’s residual fall out from that but we were told that last week ! I’m personally finding it extremely frustrating & inconvenient that we can’t have a simple conversation due to this issue !

@tescomobile Hi, I just tried to use an old Tesco SIM card because it is the number I have registered for a password reset. Unfortunately it will not connect to the network and when I try to call it, it says the number has not been recognised. Is there anything I can do?

@itvMLshow I believe that @tescomobile misled me into entering a credit agreement with them for a business I worked with and they are refusing to work with me to resolve the issue, can you offer any assistance or advice? I've spoken to them 5 times in the last week.
