    @tescomobile This is still not resolved!! Its made things worst I need to carry 2 phones around now and you wznt to chargd me to top up a payg sim, which I only have because I cannot make calls on my contract sim which i already paying monthly for.Can i have your complaints procedure please.

    @tescomobile I complained to the (only) member of staff there. A section for Tesco Mobile within a Tesco store. I told him I was making a complaint about this issue & when I asked who he was employed by, he said it’s @tescomobile

    @tescomobile terrible phone service, both internet and voice while in the SK14 area where I spend a lot of time. Contacted O2 on 12/01/2023 who admit there is a problem but still no resolution. Any chance you could escalate this? I’m paying for a service I can’t use. Thanks

    @tescomobile we have phoned and haven't been able to speak to a manager once and asked for this to he escalated twice. My gran had an accident yesterday when she was vulnerable and on her own resulting in a bad facial injury and she was unable to call any family as she had no se

    @tescomobile GARBAGE GARBAGE GARBAGE. Never had such appalling service from anyone ever. Empty promises, no action, no-one is in the slightest bit bothered about the inconvenience they are causing. STAY AWAY!!!
