    @tescomobile Text messages on my iPhone are flagging as unsent but are still being received? iMessage is not affected. I have tried resetting phone settings and it’s not resolved. Is it a network issue ? Thanks

    @MgraNLea @tescomobile Thanks. I'll definitely be doing this. I just spent an hour and 45 mins in store trying to resolve this. Still no resolution. I've got a temp number now and my son is being sent a new SIM. I am absolutely gobsmacked at how awful the service is with Tesco

    @tescomobile you could do better to customers who recharged to unknown(not existing) number due to an typo. Customer service wasn't helpful at all even though I had all the proof, just giving the blunt answers to the queries. Hope you come up with the better experience.

    for god's sake don't sign up with @tescomobile If the signal map tells you it's fine in your area DON'T TRUST IT, get someone that already has tesco mobile to try their phone at your home; you might be surprised! After I signed up I've barely been able to call anyone from home.

    @tescomobile in November ordered a pay monthly contract for my daughters Christmas present paid £180.00 up front for the device and the first monthly payment. Direct debit setup. Christmas Day can’t get anywhere with the sim contact customer services contracts cancelled??!!

    @tescomobile absolute shambles of a company. Changed my number without consent,over a week later still not changed back . Numerous calls in shop and customer care shambles , be aware

    @APhillips1962 @tescomobile The service shouldn't be allowed to run! I've had similar issues and spent over 4 hours in one week on phone each advisor telling or doing something differently. And us the customers have to sit and wait for their errors to be rectified! Worst network company!

    @tescomobile Northern Ireland, no signal for 2 days now, no text no data, no calls for my son.. I seem to be OK - for now, we live in the same household. Getting frustrated now, paying for a service he can't use!

    @tescomobile @Tesco Very ashamed to see zero action even though you had numerous options and time to come up with some action to support Ukraine. Nothing worse than uber rich corp who likely has plenty of tax avoidance past, present and in its future yet you didn't rise to the occassion!
