@tescomobile Text messages on my iPhone are flagging as unsent but are still being received? iMessage is not affected. I have tried resetting phone settings and it’s not resolved. Is it a network issue ? Thanks

@tescomobile So I’ve tried in a different phone and no different.. I’ve also spoken with friends and colleagues on tesco 02 and it seems the network is just bad.. looks like I’ll be going back to EE .. I had almost full 5G coverage and never a problem. To be using a phone now on 3G is poor.

@tescomobile I did and they did and despite me giving them my landline number as well, I received no phone call. That was weeks ago. I've just checked on the O2 website this morning and there appears to be an issue where I cannot receive phone calls because one of the masts is down. Not good

@tescomobile seriously not impressed got an email stating my new phone that cant be in stores. Has been dispatched. Dpd don't recognise Ref? spoke to honestly the most arrogant person I have ever met in customer services stating we know its a problem #Rude #Badservice
