Need 72 hours before I can get handset. but I need new handset cos this one is broken. Nope we will give you PAC code and you can get 1 elsewhere. So much for 10 years loyalty!

Two club card accounts in one name has prevented us from utilising the voucher. No matter which format in store assistant used. How can I apply voucher now ?
