Need 72 hours before I can get handset. but I need new handset cos this one is broken. Nope we will give you PAC code and you can get 1 elsewhere. So much for 10 years loyalty!

It's now 4 days without any service. Can't even ring them as I don't have a network to ring them off! Using public WiFi in town. So stressed!!!

To top off the crap signal my data hardly ever works as well. I want a reimbursement otherwise I'm going to cancel my direct debit until this is sorted as the service is inadequate!
