@PaulAnnett @O2 @tescomobile Most MNVOs run subpar to the main network since it’s related to allocation. O2 don’t want Tesco customers usage affecting their own customers so you’ll often find that MNVOs have lower bandwidth etc.

@PaulAnnett @O2 @tescomobile Oh coverage should be the same. But coverage is just where the signal is, not how good it is. You then have to think about congestion, bandwidth, bandwidth allocation, etc.

@tescomobile Went to the store, sim taken out, quick clean & put back in again, service restored. Walk home, less than a mile, no service again despite repeating the take out and clean process. #nowwhat ,

@tescomobile Really dissatisfied with your customer service when I've phoned several times over the past few days. Need to return a phone that isn't working but is still within its 12month warranty, and your advisers are being unhelpful and rude. Will visit my local shop instead.
