British law says transferring mobile numbers should be easy, and done straight away. It took two months for Tesco to release my son’s number. No phone for a teenage, life was hell at the time.

Jim Hurst (@xLevel) reportedJust spent an hour on a chat with @tescomobile support explaining the bug they have with their billing system. Got the money back, but agent seamed unable to actually raise the issue internally. Currently can only call my 80yr old mother at 55p minute. @tescomobile fix the bug!!
