  @PaulAnnett @O2 @tescomobile Most MNVOs run subpar to the main network since it’s related to allocation. O2 don’t want Tesco customers usage affecting their own customers so you’ll often find that MNVOs have lower bandwidth etc.

  @JodiAkyy87 @MattieHayde @tescomobile And my son in law in london on 4G having same issue, but my son there on different network having no issues. Its o2. Has to be.

  @PaulAnnett @O2 @tescomobile Oh coverage should be the same. But coverage is just where the signal is, not how good it is. You then have to think about congestion, bandwidth, bandwidth allocation, etc.

  @JodiAkyy87 @MattieHayde @tescomobile I'm in Scotland using wifi and my family in England can't see my pics in messenger or WhatsApp. . Hubby having same issue on 4G at work.

  Thank you @tescomobile for crediting my next month's phone bill for £3 after I'd made a complete mess of uploading my Clubcard voucher onto this months bill. Excellent Customer service handled with minimum of fuss.

  @tescomobile - did you check that everywhere had good 4G capability before you turned off your 3G..?.. Since your 3G got turned off my new 4G phone regularly drops the signal and cuts off important calls or blocks text messages.

  @tescomobile I don't have issues with your app, you do. It worked until the software update on the payment side of the app. I suggest you ask them to roll back the update to make the app work again. IT people cause these problems do they continue to get paid.

  @CarlMalkin6 @tescomobile I think we all should give up on Tesco Mobile and move to a much more reliable company !!+ I'm fed up with them and the issues I've had are causing my blood pressure to rise and doesn't help my anxiety levels!!+ whose willing to go elsewhere?!!+ IT IS BEYOND A JOKE !! 🤨🤔🙄😠😡

  @tescomobile I have just called you to cancel my mum‘s contract, she has late stage dementia, has just suffered a huge stroke meaning she is no longer able to communicate. Your operator told me to log onto the app, which my mum does not have, and she then hung up on me. WTH??

  @GitGrumpygit @tescomobile Thank you. I am nearly 70 and a PAYG customer. Am/was with Tesco for 20 years! Can you recommend another provider that won't steal my credit? I'm in Cambridgeshire and the cover is good.
