@tescomobile Hi I have an 86 year old who is currently shielding,has been waiting 14 days for a working code to unlock his phone, no one in your "customer service" dpmt can help, he is without communication with hospital/doctor. This is absolutely shameful "service"

@tescomobile My number was supposed to be ported by 18:00 hrs today but you still have not ported the number. You have also disabled the original sim midday today hence no one could reach me for the last six hours. Thanks for the excellent customer service.

@tescomobile Hello! I received a bill for £222.14 out of the blue yesterday for a handset I paid for in full. Rang Tesco customer services and spoke to a very helpful lady who said there was nothing further to pay and the billing department would remove this charge (1/2)

@tescomobile When I call out it still has the temporary number I got with the sim, my old phone has been disconnected now. I did the transfer with a PAC code from o2 to transfer to your network.

@tescomobile Hi I have also just checked my bill on Tesco mobile and still showing pending payment of 222.14 pounds on account.Please can you cancel this because I also already spoke yesterday with a customer service representative . The issue I’ve been told it’s a know issue.

@tescomobile so after 3 weeks of chasing my PAC code it seems I can no longer even access my account in spite of entering correct security details. Your customer service is appalling. I assume I just have to give up on the phone number I’ve had for 15y?
