    @tescomobile Hey, so I've checked again and it says there are no problems now, but my phone is still saying there's no sim card. So could be a fault with the sim card. Am I able to get a replacement sim card sent to me? Im on contract.

    @tescomobile 3gb, 6gb and 25gb. Poor selection of data for your contract phones. 6gb not enough and 25gb far too much .You used to be good for price and choice, not no more.

    @tescomobile hi, I have had some great help from saydul at the AST dept, he has helped me get back Online and sorted my phone contact. I dont know what i would have done with out his help. Hope gets this message. Cheers🙏

    @tescomobile Well this never happened and both SIM cards new and old have been cancelled since Tuesday and I am without a phone service

    @tescomobile @jwoodall88 Same problem here I left my house and now I’m just stuck on 3G with no internet but it works for a bit after I turn the signal on and off multiple times

    @tescomobile Your service is very poor. Not only has it taken nearly 2 weeks to collect a return and countless calls from myself (your team got the address wrong and also failed to log it on one occasion) but now you have just tried to deliver an item I did not even order.

    @tescomobile I cannot screenshot a button not working. It won’t allow me to “log in” to upgrade. Your website hasn’t worked properly now for MONTHS.

    @tescomobile I submitted an email complaint on Monday. Tuesday I received what looked like a reply with an incident number (4073062) but no actual reply. I emailed by return on Wednesday asking what was happening, but have heard nothing more since?
