Yes, I’ve spoken to customer service, but they were of no use to find out how this happened and how I can get my money back.

Katy F (@KateBlahRah) reported@tescomobile I would like someone 2 investigate how this happened. That a premium rate text service can just start charging a person & TESCO bill their customer. When that customer (me) has had no contact, no texts & did not subscribe to the service. Does Tesco billing have a security issue?

dero (@rophnode) reported@tescomobile Thanks for that. It now seems that I will have continued disruption to my service until Friday 17th December. No-one can phone or text me, I can't make any phonecalls and have no connection to the internet unless I'm connected to WiFi. Merry Christmas 👎
