  @tescomobile Hi I have an 86 year old who is currently shielding,has been waiting 14 days for a working code to unlock his phone, no one in your "customer service" dpmt can help, he is without communication with hospital/doctor. This is absolutely shameful "service"

  @tescomobile bought 4 x SIM only deals. You’ve provided 8 numbers and charged me for 8. Hours waiting on your live chat which is unattended. Went to Tesco mobile shop, guy says only the live chat can fix the problem. Dreadful. Already regretting this decision.

  @tescomobile No I made an offer of payment you refused it. You sent me away. I’m not in a position to use an excuse line payment as explained in person and electronically. I offered cash you refused. No longer my problem.

  @BarbaraSutton15 @tescomobile they sold me one for £6. All is well. But I am thinking of switching to another new phone. Same terms and conditions. Also when/if I do I will get a upgraded model and it will contain a new battery. Good luck with your complaint.

  Just spent an hour on a chat with @tescomobile support explaining the bug they have with their billing system. Got the money back, but agent seamed unable to actually raise the issue internally. Currently can only call my 80yr old mother at 55p minute. @tescomobile fix the bug!!
