    @tescomobile Hi I have an 86 year old who is currently shielding,has been waiting 14 days for a working code to unlock his phone, no one in your "customer service" dpmt can help, he is without communication with hospital/doctor. This is absolutely shameful "service"

    Uh saw this coming @tescomobile called to keep my number yesterday's but not changing service providers. The old number has lost service and hasn't transferred number to new phone !

    @tescomobile is an absolute joke!! Ordered 2 phones in October and uts been non stop problems still cannot use both phones and the complaints department keep avoiding me!!!

    @tescomobile upgraded my phone and received it on the 29th Dec. Did the sim swap the same evening and I’m still left with not being able to call , receive calls or keep my old number. Have spoke to several help lines but to be honest not much help! My mums terminal, I need help !

    @tescomobile 21 days after TESCO changed my number without my consent they finally reply to my complaint.The result of which is I HAVE TO GO BUY ANOTHER SIM not tesco pay for.There fault yet the customer has spend more money time and fuel to try rectify their mistake#unreal

    @tescomobile @tescomobile no phone number since 18th December, everyone says so easy to do yet no one sorted issue out. Off to town now get some more bullsh*t repellant for the ready, that’s if anyone got ***** to reply
