@DerylLynn @SBarrettBar @tescomobile Agreed (O2) but I believe it’s essentially a lower priority part of their network. Will try a SIM on EE or another first before switching

Screw @tescomobile I Topped up my Pay as you go Phone a week ago, it says I have no Funds for some reason so my bundle didn't carry on, I tried topping up and everytime a error, then when I ring it automatically goes to a DUMB AI saying "Sorry can't help you with this"

@fgrscomhub @tescomobile @wlhowarth 1 On 29 July you told me someone would get back to me and that my complaint would be escalated. It is now 6 August and, six working days later, nobody has contacted me as promised - this was through X

@tescomobile (To be clear, it is not the fault of the poor customer service agent, who is simply trying to do a job with terrible material. This is the fault of the company.)

@tescomobile @fgrscomhub @wlhowarth Again over 1 month later STILL awaiting any communication from Tesco. After at least 5 attempts of chasing I was told complaint has now been opened after a month of trying. Then told I would get help within 5 working days … 6 working days later nothing .

@tescomobile @o2 Your mobile signal is getting worse. Terrible 😞 in Brentwood-appently broken mast for MONTHS, now really noticing it elsewhere. I am losing money as I have to take payments via my mobile connection. Are you going to fix it or do I move on?

@tescomobile I have DM’ed you. Please can someone reply to me? I want to make a complaint.

The vast body of consumer rights legislation still doesn't cover the single most difficult scenario a consumer can face: when a company, @tescomobile, puts one through hours of customer service in a stubborn refusal to accept payment and then says by failing to create an account one has blacklisted from their service (which apparently retains personal data of those who don't have accounts, whose processing is presumably lawful on the grounds of sadism—missed that GDPR ground).

@Nelia23893053 @tescomobile It all goes to the Treasury - Regulators are the Civil Service The whole thing is a con.
