Supposed to be delivered today (by a non-guaranteed Royal Mail delivery service) It hasn’t turned up but you have deactivated my old sim so I can’t use my phone at all. I used the top up number that would let me go through to do so. When with customer service I could move the phone to messages, they froze my phone, who are these people.
