Thought it would be easy to change the payment details to myself but oh no! All three phones have to move to PAYG for 24 hours and then I can take out a new contract. Come on, call this service?

What is the point of an 'unlimited data' contract, when you can't provide it ? 🤔 How do I get reimbursed for this terrible service?

Allan Rooke (@rooke_allan) reported@tescomobile really bad customer service, lied to about taking out new contract and keep lying to me and reading off a script, I warned them I would go on social media but they ignored that too. Complaints procedure is inept don't even acknowledge complaint NOT HAPPY !!!!!!

It's distressing enough without worrying about losing service.
