@tescomobile Hi I have an 86 year old who is currently shielding,has been waiting 14 days for a working code to unlock his phone, no one in your "customer service" dpmt can help, he is without communication with hospital/doctor. This is absolutely shameful "service"

@tescomobile am I right in thinking that, as a pay monthly customer, I am unable to extend the length of time my phone rings before going to voicemail beyond 10 seconds ? Why is this when PAYG customers can ? It renders voicemail useless to many people.

Phone rings only 10 seconds then answer phone? loyal customer for years. Reason good customer service. No Longer the case unfortunatly ! Overseas agents with poor accents. Complicated menu system. Wish I could leave #tescomobile without penalty

@tescomobile Clubcard deals are on more expensive contracts though. Could do without the extra money going out every month when on a tiny income. Might be time to find another network then, see if others are still doing cheap sim contracts without price hikes

@tescomobile my husband is being charged c.£90 a month in excess of his plan. He’s never gone over data, call etc. usage. He’s been into store today and they agree he’s been overcharged but can’t fix it for him! Help please

Warning: do NOT switch to Tesco Mobile for an elderly relative who’s number is registered with their Dr/Hospital as when they mess up they won’t put it right for a month so 86yr old recently blind mother will miss an emergency appointment #tescomobile #clairepickthall

Work phones have been swopped to @tescomobile it’s got to be the worst network around, can’t load basic apps and even on full 5G in central london everything takes ages, should have stayed with @EE #**** Speedtest shows around 1.52mgb.
