@tescomobile disappointed me again. Never called me after several requests. I was told I would be called before 20:00 guess what it's 20:47 and no call. Typical. Time to visit another provider

@tescomobile issue with false data readings unresolved despite Tesco CC request to investigate the problem. It's been about 8 days without an answer & longer since the issue raised. I think it's time to leave TM.

1/2 Dear @tescomobile as a loyal customer of 10 years, I expected better customer service than I received yesterday. Called to see if you could price match an upgrade I had been quoted from another network. To be basically be told go with the other network.

@tescomobile #TescoMobileTreats mine wasn't the worst present it was just that my partner brought me some nice fluffy slippers but the shop hadn't took the electronic tag off the slippers so I couldn't wear them until after Xmas as they were stuck together don't worry he did have the receipt
