    @tescomobile disappointed me again. Never called me after several requests. I was told I would be called before 20:00 guess what it's 20:47 and no call. Typical. Time to visit another provider

    1/2 Dear @tescomobile as a loyal customer of 10 years, I expected better customer service than I received yesterday. Called to see if you could price match an upgrade I had been quoted from another network. To be basically be told go with the other network.

    @tescomobile @TrussellTrust Except if you tell them it's vital you keep your existing number. Then they just sign you up and take your money knowing full well they can't deliver.....and cost you vital contact with customers and loss of income in the process, but don't give a damn.

    @tescomobile just changed over to Tesco Mobile and imported my old Vodafone number with a pack code however, when looking at I message, send and receive number options, only the new Tesco number there. Can u help pls?

    @tescomobile I would really appreciate it if someone who knew what was causing the issue and exactly what they are trying to do about it would call me. This request keeps being ignored. It's exceedingly poor customer care.

    @tescomobile You have a known issue with new customers who have ported numbers to your account, no known fix date and no plan to keep customers updated. Each agent tells something different.

    @tescomobile you are a shambles! An absolute nightmare trying to sort my bill,all I want is to speak to a manager to make a complaint, and I’ve been refused as you are TOO BUSY? I have been calling for 2 weeks and still not sorted! Shame on you! Customer service is horrendous 🤬

    Awful #customerservice from @tescomobile for 2 months. Constantly advised issue sorted in 24hrs and it isn’t.
