    1/2 Dear @tescomobile as a loyal customer of 10 years, I expected better customer service than I received yesterday. Called to see if you could price match an upgrade I had been quoted from another network. To be basically be told go with the other network.

    @tescomobile issue with false data readings unresolved despite Tesco CC request to investigate the problem. It's been about 8 days without an answer & longer since the issue raised. I think it's time to leave TM.

    @tescomobile disappointed me again. Never called me after several requests. I was told I would be called before 20:00 guess what it's 20:47 and no call. Typical. Time to visit another provider

    Hi @tescomobile 😺 we’re having huge issues with the mobile we use for our charity @CAT77Doncaster it’s too early to upgrade, but the phone is no longer fit for purpose (it’s been v well looked after, no damage)!? Help?! We need a mobile to be able to “work” #help #mobileissues

    I've so far spent an hour on the phone to @tescomobile trying to set up a business account - last time the call dropped before they got me through to the right person. How hard can it be to take a new customer's money? God knows what they will be like if I join!
