1/2 Dear @tescomobile as a loyal customer of 10 years, I expected better customer service than I received yesterday. Called to see if you could price match an upgrade I had been quoted from another network. To be basically be told go with the other network.

@tescomobile disappointed me again. Never called me after several requests. I was told I would be called before 20:00 guess what it's 20:47 and no call. Typical. Time to visit another provider

@tescomobile The problem I was having last week keeps happening. No mobile service so I eject SIM and replace, it works for a while, then stops again. Is this a faulty SIM? How do I get this sorted? Thank you.

@tescomobile Yes. The Fos said that Tesco have not been given 8 weeks to respond. This is a lie. This has been an ongoing issue now from my first bill when a third number was added to my account. Pretty sure #fraud or #identitytheft. Now Tesco is sending me defaults, final bills etc
