Called to see if you could price match an upgrade I had been quoted from another network. To be basically be told go with the other network.

KJ (@riverofstardust) reported@tescomobile you've told my mum tonight she can't use her upgraded phone for 3 weeks due to sim change (to smaller sim) but no one told her this when she upgraded? And she was asked 3 times how she got the sim which you sent with the phone!! This is awful customer service

Legal Style Blog (@legalstyleblog) reportedRemarkably, @tescomobile have also found a brilliant loophole in contract law where they decided my response to my complaint of not being able to open an account was to, without asking if I wanted to (I don't), tell me I'd been signed to a plan. After yesterday I rather specifically never wanted to complete my order, but the idea of two parties coming to a meeting of the minds is apparently optional for Tesco Mobile.

Your operator told me to log onto the app, which my mum does not have, and she then hung up on me. WTH??

If I put £10 on by voucher, as you have removed the online top up service. and don't make a phone call or send a text, my credit reduces daily....Why is this? HELP!

Orson (@Orsonkartt) reported@tescomobile I’m still receiving very flaky service , went to my local Tesco phone shop. They reckon it’s to do with the weather and Recomended taking on another service like ee so that while Tesco is down, which it is often , I can still get data. Good idea ? Or no?
