1/2 Dear @tescomobile as a loyal customer of 10 years, I expected better customer service than I received yesterday. Called to see if you could price match an upgrade I had been quoted from another network. To be basically be told go with the other network.

@tescomobile upgraded my phone and received it on the 29th Dec. Did the sim swap the same evening and I’m still left with not being able to call , receive calls or keep my old number. Have spoke to several help lines but to be honest not much help! My mums terminal, I need help !

@tescomobile 21 days after TESCO changed my number without my consent they finally reply to my complaint.The result of which is I HAVE TO GO BUY ANOTHER SIM not tesco pay for.There fault yet the customer has spend more money time and fuel to try rectify their mistake#unreal

@JillPoguelover Don’t think they’re gonna get much. I have 2fa on nearly all my accounts, got the order number from the order confirmation email etc, and have been onto TescoMobile. Should shut it down pretty quick.
