    1/2 Dear @tescomobile as a loyal customer of 10 years, I expected better customer service than I received yesterday. Called to see if you could price match an upgrade I had been quoted from another network. To be basically be told go with the other network.

    @tescomobile disappointed me again. Never called me after several requests. I was told I would be called before 20:00 guess what it's 20:47 and no call. Typical. Time to visit another provider

    Hi @tescomobile Been out of the country for 2 years and got back yesterday but no service on Tesco SIM. This is a big problem because its the number for my passenger locator form, bank & other important things. It worked abroad but just stopped working. Hope you can help please.

    @tescomobile Thanks for the reply. Manual network selections says "couldnt find networks". Its probably been nearly a year since I made a call or sent a text but I did receive a call about 10 days ago on the number so it was fine then. Should I DM you the number?

    @tescomobile I was due a refund from yourself of £200 on the first of dec. still not received. I’ve emailed and phone and web chat. It’s been on going for over a month. Please help me.

    @tescomobile So I’m paying for a service I’m not getting? Not good enough. This event has been bad enough for folks up here - I would have thought that a large concern like @tescomobile would at least do the decent thing and adjust this month’s charges accordingly.

    @tescomobile That wasn't what I asked. By the time this is fixed I will have been unable to use my phone for over a week. No texts, phonecalls, mobile data. Do I get a refund for the period when there was no service? If not, why not?

    @tescomobile Hi, I’m trying to get my PAC code, but has I have mine and my daughters number on the account it’s decided it won’t give me any when I text the number. I want both PAC codes. Could you help please

    Almost a week since I submitted a pac code @tescomobile and still no change of number. 3 calls to “customer care” later and I’m starting to think you don’t care one jot about your customers! Poor show!

    @tescomobile Signal now back to normal - without pulling the back of the phone and playing with the SIM card. Just goes to show, doesn't it?
