@tescomobile disappointed me again. Never called me after several requests. I was told I would be called before 20:00 guess what it's 20:47 and no call. Typical. Time to visit another provider

1/2 Dear @tescomobile as a loyal customer of 10 years, I expected better customer service than I received yesterday. Called to see if you could price match an upgrade I had been quoted from another network. To be basically be told go with the other network.

@tescomobile having an awful time. Bought my son a refurbed phone for Christmas and within a few hours it keeps shutting down. Went instore and they won’t help. Chat directed me to self service. Self service directs me to contact Apple. You sold me a broken phone and won’t help!

@tescomobile upgraded my phone and received it on the 29th Dec. Did the sim swap the same evening and I’m still left with not being able to call , receive calls or keep my old number. Have spoke to several help lines but to be honest not much help! My mums terminal, I need help !

@tescomobile Thank you for you reply, all of that is in place, the issue is the sim apparently. A new sim needs to be sent but there is no process to allow the sim to be sent abroad where he is using the phone . Hugely disappointing as my father will need to travel on his own without a phone
