Called to see if you could price match an upgrade I had been quoted from another network. To be basically be told go with the other network.

I've mentioned it before, others have mentioned it before but you don't invest in it or improve it. Coverage is awful but many other networks in UK also poor. Just try and make it better. Simon Parry (@sparry951) reported@tescomobile Probably not one for you as it's mast related but my mother in law has been unable to make or receive calls when at home ever since 3G was turned off. O2 coverage checker indicates a problem with nearby mast, is this ever going to be fixed?

I’ve done 12 messages/emails/calls and an in store visit. Each time being told it will be sorted out. Still have n my account. Pathetic service.
