1/2 Dear @tescomobile as a loyal customer of 10 years, I expected better customer service than I received yesterday. Called to see if you could price match an upgrade I had been quoted from another network. To be basically be told go with the other network.

What a nightmare @tescomobile placed an order last Tuesday, was lost by DPD. Horray finally got to the bottom of it yesterday, replacement sent. Arrived today but no SIM card! Tried to call, systems down. Online chat, replacement SIM now being sent... all in all a real pain!

@VodafoneIreland After 2 weeks of no home broadband, one engineer that didnt turn up and two @tescomobile at their data limit due to hot spotting (WFH) STILL no sign of anyone to fix it. HELP PLEASE 😭😭😭

@tescomobile your customer service is horrendous!! What we need to do is to be able too pay of the safety buffer in order to be able to use the phone again!! Why has it taken 3 hours to get no where! 15 years of loyalty has amounted too nothing! We Can't wait too leave!

Hey @tescomobile, I was enquiring about how to move provider, told them I was going to move next week but your guy has just cancelled my subscription - right before the chat closed. Now I have no mobile service and can't contact anyone. REALLY bad service!

Is that acceptable @tescomobile @Tesco ? I was told the fraud team would come back in 5-7 days. Been way over that. Then fobbed off by a manager who refused to speak or help out the advisor on the phone to me. You lot are an absolute shambles
