    @tescomobile issue with false data readings unresolved despite Tesco CC request to investigate the problem. It's been about 8 days without an answer & longer since the issue raised. I think it's time to leave TM.

    @tescomobile disappointed me again. Never called me after several requests. I was told I would be called before 20:00 guess what it's 20:47 and no call. Typical. Time to visit another provider

    1/2 Dear @tescomobile as a loyal customer of 10 years, I expected better customer service than I received yesterday. Called to see if you could price match an upgrade I had been quoted from another network. To be basically be told go with the other network.

    @tescomobile When are you going to give your customers Visual Voicemail (if ever)? You use O2โ€™s network and they provide this service, so why donโ€™t you?

    @tescomobile 1/2 please can someone help. Iโ€™ve had no mobile service since Friday 27th. I was told it was due to a a fault mass in my area. Then was told it could be my sim. I received a new sim and this has still not solved the problem. Iโ€™ve did a mobile network reset

    @tescomobile I can make a call but canโ€™t receive any. Is this related to the network outage today? Iโ€™ve checked the @O2 status checker & that just says thereโ€™s an issue with making calls to EE. No mention of not being able to receive calls from a landline!

    As I have had my old no 15 years I cannot access the NHS HMRC UC eBay it goes on. The only customer service is in South Africa. @tescomobile have caused huge damage by moving PAYG to essentials. Also the app no longer works as it says my number is not a PAYG,
