    @tescomobile disappointed me again. Never called me after several requests. I was told I would be called before 20:00 guess what it's 20:47 and no call. Typical. Time to visit another provider

    1/2 Dear @tescomobile as a loyal customer of 10 years, I expected better customer service than I received yesterday. Called to see if you could price match an upgrade I had been quoted from another network. To be basically be told go with the other network.

    @tescomobile issue with false data readings unresolved despite Tesco CC request to investigate the problem. It's been about 8 days without an answer & longer since the issue raised. I think it's time to leave TM.

    @tescomobile (2/2) The only phone call I've been able to receive is the one from the previous customer service person. I have received no text messages. My phone is an Oppo A94 5G.

    Anyone on #tescomobile used it abroad recently? Useless guides on their site just say ‘turn off data and use Wi-Fi’ which doesn’t help me understand how much it’ll cost.

    @tescomobile 5 days after porting my number to TM still no signal. TM helpline says systems down. Instant Messaging stopped helping mid conversation. Please resolve!

    @tescomobile my SIM is showing “no service” on my phone. Currently abroad and can’t come into a branch. Is there any way to resolve this issue remotely? Very urgent issue.

    @tescomobile Completely unacceptable!! Tesco cut your old SIM off 1 day after sending a new SIM, even though they send it standard post! It's now 4 days without any service. Can't even ring them as I don't have a network to ring them off! Using public WiFi in town. So stressed!!!

    @tescomobile The call back was meant to come Wednesday around 11am which never came. I very disappointed im not getting a good service since I have been a customer for yrs. now the deal I wanted has ended.
