    @tescomobile disappointed me again. Never called me after several requests. I was told I would be called before 20:00 guess what it's 20:47 and no call. Typical. Time to visit another provider

    1/2 Dear @tescomobile as a loyal customer of 10 years, I expected better customer service than I received yesterday. Called to see if you could price match an upgrade I had been quoted from another network. To be basically be told go with the other network.

    @tescomobile No, I'm thankfully moving to another provider after trying three different online support people today and waiting 10 minutes per reply throughout our interaction, while using someone else's hotspot on holiday.

    @tescomobile Thank you, I think it’s the latter. I’m asked to pass an “Arkose” test but it fails to load anything no matter how long I wait. Never had this sort of problem before. I’ll go a different route methinks but thanks again for trying.

    @tescomobile @tescomobile I will also be requesting details of where to send the invoice for time I have lost from work dealing with the incompetence and details of where to send the court papers - if she has missed her operation. Thank you, Tesco, for **** all.

    @tescomobile Thanks Rob, that’s pretty poor customer service though, if you cannot help or find out what’s happening, who can? no one is taking any accountability and still no resolution, 24 hours after the portability was due to take place…

    @tescomobile No not good enough, I was offered a partial refund for last month and if this is going to continue throughout April then you need to reimburse as I'm not getting the service I've paid for. I have pretty much zero reception at home and in the surrounding area

    So @virginmedia is down & there’s no point using my phone cause my @tescomobile mobile data has never worked 🙃 what’s the point in paying for data if it never worksss
