Called to see if you could price match an upgrade I had been quoted from another network. To be basically be told go with the other network.

You've basically sold me a defective product as the battery should reasonably be expected to still function after less than two years. I'm quite sure you'd be unhappy if you bought a new phone and the battery died so soon.
