    @tescomobile issue with false data readings unresolved despite Tesco CC request to investigate the problem. It's been about 8 days without an answer & longer since the issue raised. I think it's time to leave TM.

    1/2 Dear @tescomobile as a loyal customer of 10 years, I expected better customer service than I received yesterday. Called to see if you could price match an upgrade I had been quoted from another network. To be basically be told go with the other network.

    @DPDgroup_news @tescomobile Expected delivery today, but DPD tried to deliver to the wrong address. I've been home all day. Their live message service said they'd get driver to come back to correct address today ... still waiting! Terrible service.

    @alcatelmobileuk @tescomobile I contacted Alex at your customer services with information provided by the coder of the Big Font app in the Google playstore regarding fix but he said he could not guarantee anything. Meanwhile the font on my phone is tiny due to the bug in the update.

    @tescomobile @Tesco @tescocustomers1 On 21 January. I called many times before then and each time was told fraud would call back between 2-5 days and they never did. I’ve spent hours trying to find anyone to help.

    @tescomobile Can't sign in to tesco mobile because I do not have a number when it sends 'enter this code' to a number that is not registered in fact I can't do anything.

    @tescomobile It doesn't say you have engineers working on a problem, only that this area is very busy. Knowing a little about how cell networks function, my best conclusion is that you don't have sufficient bandwidth in this area for the number of users.

    @tescomobile my 60+ Parents keep getting scan phone calls and text messages. Have you sold their details as I never get any of these on @O2 ?
