    1/2 Dear @tescomobile as a loyal customer of 10 years, I expected better customer service than I received yesterday. Called to see if you could price match an upgrade I had been quoted from another network. To be basically be told go with the other network.

    @tescomobile issue with false data readings unresolved despite Tesco CC request to investigate the problem. It's been about 8 days without an answer & longer since the issue raised. I think it's time to leave TM.

    @EE I haven’t n i keep sending pac to 65075 i have been on a sim only deal but thing’s have happened out of my control. I just wish EE would send me the pac code cos my contract is up on 8/10/26 i already paid this months bill I didn’t have any issue leaving @tescomobile 2 yrs ago!

    @tescomobile Not yet but I don't always trust the information coz all I get is no issue then customer advisor says oh we are doing upgrade work in that area

    As I have had my old no 15 years I cannot access the NHS HMRC UC eBay it goes on. The only customer service is in South Africa. @tescomobile have caused huge damage by moving PAYG to essentials. Also the app no longer works as it says my number is not a PAYG,

    @tescomobile your delivery service is a joke. Apparently I have missed my delivery but having been in all day why didn't the door go? My phone has been broken for weeks and you haven't replaced it. Angry is not the word
