1/2 Dear @tescomobile as a loyal customer of 10 years, I expected better customer service than I received yesterday. Called to see if you could price match an upgrade I had been quoted from another network. To be basically be told go with the other network.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I had an awful time with Vodafone. Moved to @tescomobile & never looked back. Any issues, you can always just go into the store to resolve. Sorry to hear your experience, but I am not one bit surprised.

@tescomobile I can assure you it is a genuine error, especially after about 10 attempts and the sales team also tried and were unable to process!! No there was no ID as once the message appeared the order disappeared. I note from twitter I'm not the first to have this issue

@tescomobile It was PAYG. must have been a system issue over the weekend. It would have been handy if someone had posted something on the site. I tried repeatedly to change it but no joy. The good news is I have changed it just now.

@tescomobile I haven't requested a call, I'm telling you, you're demanding money when your system knows I didn't get the phone, there's never been any activity on the account, I've been through this, your company accepts this is as fact. You are demanding money under false pretences.

My daughter is in Paris and her @tescomobile iPhone can’t get any kind of data at all. No 3, 4 or 5G signal. She’s turned it off and on again 3 times, turned data off and on, roaming off and on. Nothing. So she can only use her phone on Wi-Fi. Any ideas please?

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK On a pot I’ve note @tescomobile were incredible when I had to sort my late aunts estate. Everything was cancelled then and there and nothing was too much trouble. I have since moved to their network because of the service I received in store by actual humans…

@tescomobile Hi I was told Turn the phone off take sim out wipe sim card Replace sim Turn phone on Turn phone to airplane mode for 2 min Turn off airplane Nothing happened The lady who I spoke to couldn't help & when I asked for a supervisor she put me on hold for 3 mins-never spoke to anyone
