1/2 Dear @tescomobile as a loyal customer of 10 years, I expected better customer service than I received yesterday. Called to see if you could price match an upgrade I had been quoted from another network. To be basically be told go with the other network.

@tescomobile I would understand this if I was on a much more reduced plan then it would be more of use to us but we get enough mins and texts and Unlimited Data!! therefore it is absolutely useless to us we don't gain anything at all. Other networks can easily fix this why can't tesco??

@tescomobile More than 30mins wait in online chat and also more than 20mins over phone waiting.. advisor extremely rude and unhelpful.. Cheating with customers every time.. EVERY LITTLE HELP to cheat customer...

@tescomobile OK Liz, thank you for accepting the feedback and passing on the comments. Hardly frustration, it actually disgusting when offers are not actually offers & that is the issue here. A triple credit offer should actually be triple credit on normal tariff, not trebling the prices too!
