1/2 Dear @tescomobile as a loyal customer of 10 years, I expected better customer service than I received yesterday. Called to see if you could price match an upgrade I had been quoted from another network. To be basically be told go with the other network.

2/2 I thought as part of your induction your told about customer loyalty. Well not only will you be losing me but all my family on top. Very poor customer service from @tescomobile @Tesco #movingtoanothernetwork

@tescomobile please explain , I had 3 phones on contract. 2 phones ended. So I didn't re-establish the contract. Therefore 1 phone remains. Please tell me why oh why you've not taken the direct debit for the remaining phone??? Just another hassle for the customer. You've even 1/
