1/2 Dear @tescomobile as a loyal customer of 10 years, I expected better customer service than I received yesterday. Called to see if you could price match an upgrade I had been quoted from another network. To be basically be told go with the other network.

@tescomobile I need some support as I currently have no network coverage. It’s lasted all day, I have taken SIM card out & cleaned it and still no network coverage at all. No one else in the house in Tesco mobile are having the same issues.

@tescomobile Never use @02 cancelled a phone contact, which they say I didn't. The number got used in Morroco now they want £1700 from me! Absolute joke!!

@KetamineMr @klasing @tescomobile They've taken £50 in 2 months from me when it should only be £7.50 a month. It's only an emergency phone for my son. He doesn't even use it for calls and is well within the data usage each month.

@tescomobile Worst network I’ve been on. No call waiting or conference call support. @SkyUK Mobile is so much better and cheaper too. Tesco should say sorry to me for wasting my time and locking me in for a year before I could leave their substandard network. Not fit for purpose. 🐼
