    1/2 Dear @tescomobile as a loyal customer of 10 years, I expected better customer service than I received yesterday. Called to see if you could price match an upgrade I had been quoted from another network. To be basically be told go with the other network.

    @tescomobile issue with false data readings unresolved despite Tesco CC request to investigate the problem. It's been about 8 days without an answer & longer since the issue raised. I think it's time to leave TM.

    Thank you @tescomobile customer services for ringing back (twice!) when you said you would. My phone had decided you were a spammer and wouldnโ€™t allow the call until I put the number into my contacts, which took me a few minutes. You timed it perfectly. ๐Ÿ‘

    @tescomobile We tried calling 4488 but it kept redirecting to an automated message about using the app and then ending the call. So im not really sure how I was meant to help him

    @tescomobile going on a cruise in a few months time and canโ€™t afford the @pandocruises internet. How do I know if my phone can take an eSIM? (Sorry if itโ€™s an easy answer-technophobe here) family want to keep in contact to help my anxiety

    @tescomobile - did you check that everywhere had good 4G capability before you turned off your 3G..?.. Since your 3G got turned off my new 4G phone regularly drops the signal and cuts off important calls or blocks text messages.

    @tescomobile this is not my complaint. I can only top up multiples of ยฃ5, instead of rounding up my balance to a multiple of 5 (ยฃ15,which is the cost of the bundle i want), so my balance is virtually useless. Shameful trick by tesco.

    @tescomobile Hi, I need help with billing for this monthโ€™s payment as I couldnโ€™t pay out on time and only just have enough funds in my bank account today. The tesco mobile app says the bill is paid but in my bank it bounced/did not come out yet.

    @tescomobile hello, my phone is saying emergency calls only and not registered on network, ive restarted, done a network reset etc. I cant receive a text to verify my tesco mobile app and this number im calling from teams doesnt work 03450330000 please help

    @tescomobile I've been waiting unanswered in Tesco Mobile customer services queue for 52 minutes to just top up my mobile ! I am now looking at other mobile network providers as this level of service is unacceptable.
