Called to see if you could price match an upgrade I had been quoted from another network. To be basically be told go with the other network.

Twice I’ve called to speak to someone (I can’t get the response I need through chat), and after about 6 minutes the hold music is interrupted by a beep, then I can hear background noise but no one speaks.
