1/2 Dear @tescomobile as a loyal customer of 10 years, I expected better customer service than I received yesterday. Called to see if you could price match an upgrade I had been quoted from another network. To be basically be told go with the other network.

@tescomobile his death. The other company, like you, also refused any refund. My whole extended family & friends have left that company & we all vow to never use it again.. #Tesco & @tescomobile will be getting the same treatment.

@tescomobile Mum says she called when Dad died but couldn't get through.She made a reasonable attempt to cancel his contract on a product which he'd never used.

@tescomobile Trying to upgrade my phone but no web chat available and there’s an error message when I try and login to the upgrade shop every time. Any other way of doing it without waiting hours on the phone line?
