  @tescomobile issue with false data readings unresolved despite Tesco CC request to investigate the problem. It's been about 8 days without an answer & longer since the issue raised. I think it's time to leave TM.

  1/2 Dear @tescomobile as a loyal customer of 10 years, I expected better customer service than I received yesterday. Called to see if you could price match an upgrade I had been quoted from another network. To be basically be told go with the other network.

  @SBarrettBar @Baronbigbucks @tescomobile I suspect you've already tried but for what it's worth its PAC followed by your birth date eg PAC DDMMYY to 65075. Sometimes authentication fails which needs tech support if the web portal doesn't allow PAC requests.

  @tescomobile bought 4 x SIM only deals. You’ve provided 8 numbers and charged me for 8. Hours waiting on your live chat which is unattended. Went to Tesco mobile shop, guy says only the live chat can fix the problem. Dreadful. Already regretting this decision.
