1/2 Dear @tescomobile as a loyal customer of 10 years, I expected better customer service than I received yesterday. Called to see if you could price match an upgrade I had been quoted from another network. To be basically be told go with the other network.

@tescomobile issue with false data readings unresolved despite Tesco CC request to investigate the problem. It's been about 8 days without an answer & longer since the issue raised. I think it's time to leave TM.

Hi @tescomobile are you able to help my 80 year old neighbour who has no credit rating (no mortgage or credit cards etc) get a cheap mobile please? @VodafoneGroup advice to him was to take out a Sky tv plan to get a credit score!

@tescomobile your staff are the most unhelpful & obstructive I have come across. Having issues with dead mobile. New mobile received. Can't get through security for some reason. If 10 yr old sim doesn't work in the new mobile, been told the charity I work for can't keep number.
