1/2 Dear @tescomobile as a loyal customer of 10 years, I expected better customer service than I received yesterday. Called to see if you could price match an upgrade I had been quoted from another network. To be basically be told go with the other network.

@tescomobile issue with false data readings unresolved despite Tesco CC request to investigate the problem. It's been about 8 days without an answer & longer since the issue raised. I think it's time to leave TM.

@tescomobile This is why I don’t commit to a contract, I pay the price for whatever plan I want and I can back out at any time. My prices have remained ✨unchanged✨ and I get better signal than quite a few people

If I didn’t have 10 months left on my @EE sim only contract, I would switch to @tescomobile TODAY. These price increases are horrible. #corporatecapitalism

@tescomobile Tesco. I know it’s not the mobile section but it’s the same company, you take my point. When I replied to them about this they tried to blame me and accepted no blame for trying to contact their own long dead internet service!

@alcatelmobileuk @tescomobile Security is not a worry if the phone is unuseable due to the font being tiny. Please could you at least make your contacts at Google aware of this issue so they can consider implementing a fix for Android 10 go edition. Thank you.

@tescomobile I find this tweet pretty odd... slating the "big mobile networks" but you use O2 as an MVNO. Sounds like you need a big network to operate? 👀
