1/2 Dear @tescomobile as a loyal customer of 10 years, I expected better customer service than I received yesterday. Called to see if you could price match an upgrade I had been quoted from another network. To be basically be told go with the other network.

@tescomobile issue with false data readings unresolved despite Tesco CC request to investigate the problem. It's been about 8 days without an answer & longer since the issue raised. I think it's time to leave TM.

@tescomobile trying to sort a phone del' customer service from you & DPD is shocking. DPD lied about del 12/2 then when rearranged for 14/2 which I had email conf' they decided to send back to you. Now cancelling order and shopping elsewhere.

@tescomobile still haven't fixed the issue of logging into your site. If the OTP goes to your phone but the phone SIM isn't working, how do we login? I raised this about 4 years ago..

@tescomobile my daughters safety buffer has been used up my text messages to the premium number 0008482222. Although it does not appear on the phone and there is no way of blocking it. Please can you help.

So @tescomobile I spend another night writing emails to the Ombudsman, and your CEO, as you won’t return my calls or allow me to make a complaint. I have spent hours and days trying to sort this out, all the time my credit rating getting lower.
