  @tescomobile If a family member is on a contract phone and the phone is not working (wont charge ) can just pop the tesco sim in a sim free phone or would it have to be tesco mobile phone.

  @tescomobile hello, after nothing but stress and trouble we want to leave tesco mobile, how do we remove the bank details stored on the pay as you go account please? Mi pay are not helpful either. Thanks.

  @tescomobile I have never topped up online, but site asked for d.debit details, when i put the details & clicked they vanished. On the pay as you go login it says no card saved, on the main website follwing links that way the card is saved and shows up.

  @tescomobile i waited all day for a call back from a manager. clearly cant seem to get through to anyone. 😒 £350 down and an awful cust service. should have stuck to apple.dissapointed!
