@MobileNewsMag Shockingly bad service from @tescomobile Nearly four hours on hold FB contact page, nothing. On hold to call centre for over an hour, nothing. Strange difficult times for many no doubt but such delays are plainly ridiculous.

@Tesco It was a voucher that should have been sorted in February. What annoys me is I never even wanted it, I was all for the Huwaei smart watch that was on offer online but couldn't get because I signed up in store @tescomobile 😪

How humiliating standing at the counter trying to spend a voucher that hasn't been activated. I felt very stupid and angry, there was a big queue looking at me as if I was a criminal and was trying to scam 😩 @tescomobile @Tesco @tesconews

@Alan_E_Hewlett @tescomobile Go with Three. £35 a month PAYG (or £90 for 90 days) with absolutely Unlimited texts, minutes and data and I do mean Unlimited. They also have no issue with tethering. I average about 500gb+ a month especially on torrents. Three don't bat an eyelid.

@tescomobile Tesco are taking the pistachio themselves offering PAYG credit that expires after 30 days. Three, on the other hand, offer PAYG credit that doesn't expire. Much better for the customer. MUCH better.

@tescomobile No problems reported, I've reset network settings, cleaned SIM card etc. Still can only get 3g network. Would a SIM card swap work?

(@fowlerat) reported
@tescomobile As I said - disgraceful. Most carriers including the network you use (O2) waive the charge. You just keep the money.

Mark @ Nintendo Gloucestershire
(@NGS_Mark) reported
@tescomobile Yeah, that would be useful - if the phone could send out texts. Because the PAC code didn't work when switch networks, we had to use the STAC code. Your CS said they would reactivate the number and make it a PAYG, then I could text. Took 5 days to get signal, but still can't text

Sally 💙
(@sallyjbolton) reported
@tescomobile I can see what the network is showing. There was no 'poor signal', just total LACK of signal. I'm done with 'queries', they don't get answered with actively putting things right, shabby behaviour from a once trusted provider.
