    Disgusted with the service from @tescomobile I think it's time that I took my business elsewhere. Numerous calls and texts and still not recieved my £25 gift voucher. Absolute joke of a service. Months of waiting!!!

    How humiliating standing at the counter trying to spend a voucher that hasng activated, I felt very stupid and angry, there was a big queue looking at me as if I was a criminal and was trying to scam them @tescomobile @Tesco @tesconews

    @tescomobile Yes, unfortunately you don't keep to the timescales and this is the problem. Many thanks for the conclusion, the journey was turturess though!!! My account has been credited it seems, so let's hope you can improve from now on

    @Tesco It was a voucher that should have been sorted in February. What annoys me is I never even wanted it, I was all for the Huwaei smart watch that was on offer online but couldn't get because I signed up in store @tescomobile 😪

    @tescomobile ongoing issue for 3 months, could probably get hold of the Queen quicker than someone in management!. Now left with no service on my phone.... ridiculous!!! Customer care my arse!. Sorry doesn't cut it no more!

    @tescomobile #WorstCustomerService I've ever received when it comes to a phone contract. Both times I've needed help have been a nightmare. Rang six times today and my simple issue isn't resolved. Please allow me to pay my bill and adjust my price plan. Thank you

    @tescomobile disappointed two fold, she was not told to turn the phone on and off after 24 hours. And your telephone support should have told me to do it which would have saved my Mum 6 6 mile round trip.

    @Tesco @tescomobile Secondly… tesco mobile says they give me unlimited internet but everywhere I go I only get 3G or EDGE… am i living in 1995 or something? It’s just terrible even people the desert uploading videos get better connection than me 🤦🏽

    @tescomobile I've just arrived in Canada and my phone won't work because I've exceeded my cap set at £40 but I only made one call of a minute's duration when I arrived. I can't login to my account either to see what's happened. I need to be able to use my phone. Please help.

    @tescomobile I’m not impressed with your customer service dept. My mother took her phone to one of your outlets as it wasn’t working there was a problem with the SIM card so i#t was swapped for a new one. They said it would take 48hours to update. After the 48 I called your CS.

    @tescomobile hi. I have a contract with you. Have tried contacting customer care several times today. Just need to pay my bill and adjust my price plan. Six phone calls and a live chat later and none of it has been sorted. Worst customer service I've received in years
