    @MobileNewsMag Shockingly bad service from @tescomobile Nearly four hours on hold FB contact page, nothing. On hold to call centre for over an hour, nothing. Strange difficult times for many no doubt but such delays are plainly ridiculous.

    @tescomobile Are you going to ‘demand’ that any actual mobile network in the U.K. that carries your traffic doesn’t do this? Are you going to refuse to work with a network that does?

    @tescomobile trying to ring your customer service number re my 90 yr old mums mob phone which I urgently need to top up. Her landline not working. Faulty. Answer service keeps cutting me off mid button press. I need help please.

    @tescomobile The engineers are aware of it weeks ago! Still no WiFi signal, or text/calls for over 2 months! Taken it to the @financialombuds now!! #unacceptable

    @AbsolutelyVexed @tescomobile Ai gets it wrong. Doesn't help that it refers to the company blogs, and how to guides, which gives the impression you can do these things, when in fact with a lot, you can't. O2 business was who I was with before, but they sucked for various reasons.

    @JohnStable24816 @tescomobile Worst ever provider to deal with when you leave them. British law says transferring mobile numbers should be easy, and done straight away. It took two months for Tesco to release my son’s number. No phone for a teenage, life was hell at the time.

    @tescomobile bought 4 x SIM only deals. You’ve provided 8 numbers and charged me for 8. Hours waiting on your live chat which is unattended. Went to Tesco mobile shop, guy says only the live chat can fix the problem. Dreadful. Already regretting this decision.

    @tescomobile disgusted with your costumer service this week after my mum reported my nephew being groomed online on a phone number she pays for 3 days later it is still active and you can’t tell us when it will be disconnected. Keep your kids and grandkids away from @tescomobile
