Paul Brandon (@paul_brandon) reported from Middlewich, England@tescomobile Are you going to ‘demand’ that any actual mobile network in the U.K. that carries your traffic doesn’t do this? Are you going to refuse to work with a network that does?
-
Tony Weston (@knowingeye) reported from Alsager, England@MobileNewsMag Shockingly bad service from @tescomobile Nearly four hours on hold FB contact page, nothing. On hold to call centre for over an hour, nothing. Strange difficult times for many no doubt but such delays are plainly ridiculous.
-
Leigh Nelson (@LeighNelson3) reported from Wilmslow, England@tescomobile trying to ring your customer service number re my 90 yr old mums mob phone which I urgently need to top up. Her landline not working. Faulty. Answer service keeps cutting me off mid button press. I need help please.

Legal Style Blog (@legalstyleblog) reported@AlexGodofsky @tescomobile I really am open to things having errors; that's life. But the fact that they seem to treat an order being completed without the user going through with it as stochastic is… bad
-
Mike Dixon (@PnoTuna) reported@MatB_STFC69 @tescomobile Maybe it's an issue with them?
-
Cameron🇬🇧🇬🇧 (@cameowilts) reported@tescomobile hey! My bill looks wrong…. It’s saying I have not got to pay this month…… help!
-
TomG (@TomG07581187) reported@tescomobile hello, just spoken to customer services as to why a PAC code submitted last Thursday hadn't been actioned. I'm told that codes sent to 65075 aren't actioned because of an issue with your system. Is this true?
-
Damian (@LetchworthOwl) reported@tescomobile Do you have any plans to improve coverage links in France?....every time I struggle to get a signal and when I do it continues to drop out between 2/3 different networks
-
Mark (@ArtilleryMan728) reportedWhy is it I reside 12 miles North from the centre of Cardiff and have 2 sim cards in my phone on different networks but only receive a 5G and 4G signal? I travel thousands of miles to the tiny Greek island of Skiathos and receive 5G and 5G. Can someone explain why that is. I am guessing there are still insufficient 5G masts outside of Cardiff. @EE @tescomobile
-
Legal Style Blog (@legalstyleblog) reported@tescomobile And I can't log in to cancel because the order is linked to the phone number on the account I specifically didn't create (hence the time I spent with your customer service).
-
Carlo Gibbs (@carlogibbs) reportedAbsolutely staggering from @vodafone I explained I’m a 20+ year customer and highlighted both @tescomobile and @EE mobile are £7-10 a month cheaper, same phone, same plan etc. The response was to say sorry, that’s the price, no deal, you can leave. So now I’m leaving.

Dave Gander (@DaveGander) reported@tescomobile No chance of any message - it’s a holiday today. Very simple bank error has locked payments. Your instore staff refused payment. The law does not preclude me offering cash payments. Your systems stopped me. Your problem but I’m not happy. Taking legal advice. Enjoy the BH.

Fizen (@fizenapp) reported@RobertJudd4 @tescomobile Border cells drift is common near coasts, a local eSIM with a fixed network avoids the surprise charges entirely. Glad Tesco credited you.
