Disgusted with the service from @tescomobile I think it's time that I took my business elsewhere. Numerous calls and texts and still not recieved my £25 gift voucher. Absolute joke of a service. Months of waiting!!!

@tescomobile 87 year old gran ordered contract phone online. Delivered to wrong address and never received the phone. No one from Tesco interested in helping her. She is worried sick that someone is racking up huge bills. Please provide a number for someone that can actually help

@tescomobile Is there any network setting that would have prevented Nationwide from texting me with a code to login to my bank account ? Because I am unable to receive a code and log in to my account by that method.

@tescomobile Yes, o2 are doing maintenance, but that's just where I live. All the way to work, at work and most places I go outside of my home I still have awful signal

@tescomobile My wife has changed from Tesco to another provider before she realised her phone was locked. She has sent an unlock request but as she cannot access the Tesco mobile network she can't receive the text with the unlock details. Any help appreciated.

@tescomobile I made a payment on the for my bill and now you’re saying you don’t have it and want me to pay it again? Thank god for the lady on your customer service team who is doing her very best to resolve this. I shouldn’t have to chase my own money around a company. Awful.

@tescomobile See you’re still talking about the bundle being APPLIED rather than when I purchased the bundle. Also, good support to blame the customer rather than accepting your system Amy have been at fault. If this isn’t solved to my satisfaction I will a. take it further, b. stop using 1/x
