@tescomobile my elderly mother needs an itemised bill from more than 12 months ago, help agent said it wasn’t possible. There must be a way short of a DSAR to get hold of her call data. Can you please suggest how she can get a copy (digital preferred but any format would do)?

@tescomobile I can't make any calls or receive any calls on my mobile. Im a contract user. Another phone was used to check and it beeped the first time then number not recognised the second time.. Are you having issues with signals or connections??

@tescomobile Went to use my emergency spare phone and TESCO have invalidated my SIM number. Had to walk miles in driving rain! Why have you done this? I kept it topped up. 0771512 075544. In rural North Devon I NEED a spare phone.

@tescomobile I have a 6 month old TCL 10 Pro with a sim plan, but the phone has been having software issues for a while. I contacted TCL who advised I send the phone back to them but this would have left me without a phone so I declined for now. Is there anything you can do?

@tescomobile Like I said, he was polite so no issues on that front. Point is, don’t send out texts confirming the additional data stating it’s valid until 02/01 if you mean it expires on 11.59 on 01/01. A day is 24 hours, so either say the 1st or specify a time 🙄

@tescomobile I would not contract with these guys, they have the worse customer service ever, I bought a phone for my daughter before Christmas which we didn't open which proved to be broken when we opened it on Christmas day. I just got told it was all my problem to fix. Great!
