If Tesco mobiles' licence to RUN a mobile network was dependant on their CAPABILITY to run such a business, they'd be forced to close it down, so I guess that Tesco mobile being able to continue despite that they haven't got a clue how to do it, it keeps other networks..

@tescomobile Not worked on mums. Dad's went OK. But as I say auto message with mum's says bank refused payment so presumed error with cvv. But showing 4 payments pending. Dad's is tesco mums 02 should that be a problem

Interesting strategy @tescomobile I'll give you that: charge £1200 for a phone order that was cancelled and then try to transfer to the Samaritans when we get upset. Apparently the "resolution team" will be in touch within 24 hours but I bet they won't
