@tescomobile I asked for the pay as you go number to transfer to the contract one I brought him a Xmas, text service said it was done, but couldn’t make calls, the operator said it had been done so would do it now and still can’t make calls, now passed it on to another department who said

@tescomobile if no one can tell me what the actual problem is then I have little option other than opening this new contract elsewhere and taking my existing 3 contracts with me. The lack of ability/willingness to help is staggering - it’s like they’re doing me a favour!

@tescomobile @TrussellTrust Except if you tell them it's vital you keep your existing number. Then they just sign you up and take your money knowing full well they can't deliver.....and cost you vital contact with customers and loss of income in the process, but don't give a damn.
