Rhys 🦢🦢 (@RhysSCFC_) reportedBest thing I ever done was bin @tescomobile off. The whole network is a sham, using O2 masts. Have had issues for years and nothing seems to improve just get worse. Changed to @EE today and literally had 5G everywhere I go where normally I couldn’t read an email before.
-
Marie Hobson (@MarieHobson) reported@fgrscomhub @tescomobile @wlhowarth If you’re considering Tesco Mobile… think twice. I’ve had no network on my pay-monthly phone for 4 weeks with zero resolution. Support’s been frustrating and I’m still no further forward. 😤

Simon Hawley (@Simon_Hawley) reported@tescomobile Is there an network issue in the S62 area? There has been no or little service in the area for the past week now? Thanks
-
Kay (@kayddee) reported@tescomobile Would rather stick pins in my eyes than have to deal with your passive aggressive customer support again tbh.
-
Hot Dog Trainer (@ondineb) reported from Ferndale, Wales@tescomobile Now they are refusing to log a complaint so that I can reach out to @ofcom
-
Rebecca Tudor (@RebeccaLaura) reported@tescomobile hey it seems like the network is not recognizing numbers in my phone when they call and is splitting off the first 3 digits of the phone number and saying it is a foreign caller when it isn't. Why is this happening?
-
Simon Parry (@sparry951) reported@tescomobile Probably not one for you as it's mast related but my mother in law has been unable to make or receive calls when at home ever since 3G was turned off. O2 coverage checker indicates a problem with nearby mast, is this ever going to be fixed?
