@tescomobile Hi jade spoke to an advisor this morning.. the mast is ok the sim is clean. We ordered a 5g card for my daughter they have switched mine and her sim cards off and we will have to wait till they arrive before we get any service. Really disappointed.. I didn't want 5g card.

@tescomobile Hi, I need some help understanding your PAYG tariffs for vulnerable mother-in-law. Struggling to find the specific answer re top ups on your website. How long does credit last on PAYG if you don't use the phone very often? Credit has expired, only topped up in Dec
