@tescomobile problems again. Both my wife and I have tesco mobile phone accounts. Can't ring out. It gives the message NOT REGISTERED ON NETWORK for every number we try to ring.

@tescomobile It’s gone back to E (edge) You’ve done all you can. It’s now either the software update from @AppleSupport or despite claims on the @O2 website the mast is still no good. O2 aren’t responding, and Apple won’t acknowledge that others have signal problems after the update.

@tescomobile It’s not faulty as I have signal in more rural areas, it’s just seems that the signals not strong enough for the traffic.

@tescomobile Have reset network settings, turned off automatic and put it on O2, lowered voice calls etc to lowest setting. Got 3g and a few bars again. We’ll see if it lasts.

@tescomobile Another week comes to an end and still not connected to my keep number. Still no one in the UK able to speak with me. Just the same old from @tesco everyday. No further forward. No call back. Worst utilities experience I've ever know. Worst customer relations too.

@tescomobile Liz. @tescomobile are very much aware, as do your engineers. The multimillion pound company @Tesco have been telling me this since November 2022. #embarrassing Happy to take my money each month. But give me poor excuses like this each month
