@tescomobile I get VERY patchy mobile data that lasts a minute or two at best it seems. I dont have landline. If the network is at capacity but folk are not getting decent data then maybe you need more capacity? Or fewer customers?

@tescomobile Yes, I will be. Also the ICO and dependant on the findings, I will be taking this to court. Absolute terrible customer service, training issues, bad practice, unethical business practices and using the pandemic when it suits you.

just spent an hour trying to get a new phone before the next day delivery deadline from @tescomobile but their website is entirely broken :D Doesn't list products on the product page, won't let me add anything to the basket. This is a website from a huge company lol.

@tescomobile tried ringing customer service to unblock a phone and everytime we ring the were cut off? Can you please unblock a phone if we give you the information

@tescomobile As I’ve explained the past six times, I cannot do this as I get paid four weekly. I do have a payment method, I pay whenever I have the funds in my bank account with my card. It’s not for you to help yourself to whenever you feel like it.

2/2 They will try again tomorrow, but it will have the same result as I'm working. I been in touch with @tescomobile who say it's out of their hands. So much for customer service 😠😠😠
