    I HATE @tescomobile … with a passion. Ongoing complaint since November and they still can’t get it right. Still waiting for a manager call back since 9am this morning.

    @tescomobile its nearly month now with super bad/no service at all in B261TF area. Im told each single time that its beeing fixed but obviously its not...im starting to think about ending contract as the service is not provided as it should be...

    @tescomobile @tescomobile ok it’s been 5 full days of no signal in my home - when working from home this is an issue! But equally I’ve had no updates other than to be told they’re aware! Also paying for a service I’m not receiving is getting a bit of a joke! Can you look into this?

    @tescomobile I wonder if there is any eta for resolution to the issue facing some new customers. SMS and Mobile Data not working. Joined with my partner on 04/01 and not been able to send SMS or use mobile data. Reported the issue to the network. Awaiting updates.

    @tescomobile This is still not resolved!! Its made things worst I need to carry 2 phones around now and you wznt to chargd me to top up a payg sim, which I only have because I cannot make calls on my contract sim which i already paying monthly for.Can i have your complaints procedure please.

    I've been with @tescomobile for 10 years, & now that my contract is ending and I want my phone unlocked, they're having all kinds of 'technical issues'. This isn't going to make me stay; if anything, now that I've seen your 'strategy', I'm looking forward to leaving.

    @iamamyhunter @tescomobile I have the same problem in my area and its now for nearly one month... each single time they saying engineer is trying to fix the problem...i wouldn't be able to do nothing if i wouldn't have home broadband with different provider

    @tescomobile I don’t even know where to begin. I’ve made over 35 phone calls since November last year and here we are. I would never take a contract out with Tesco again.

    @tescomobile well still no further response from concerns team so that’s 3 phones cançelled and further 2 next month then final 2 in March. Sick to death of the broken promises and bullsh*t Don’t ring back (or say they have an left messages, but no message on any my phones)
