@tescomobile Went to the store, sim taken out, quick clean & put back in again, service restored. Walk home, less than a mile, no service again despite repeating the take out and clean process. #nowwhat ,

@tescomobile Thanks for your reply Callum. I have done the above already. I have just tried my sim in a spare unlocked iPhone we have and it is also not getting a signal.

@tescomobile It just says our network is busier than normal but last week when checked it said a mast was down but it’s never improved.

@tescomobile Really dissatisfied with your customer service when I've phoned several times over the past few days. Need to return a phone that isn't working but is still within its 12month warranty, and your advisers are being unhelpful and rude. Will visit my local shop instead.
