@tescomobile Would not recommend Tesco mobile. Unable resolve basic issues and absolutely everyone you speak to has a different story. Husband now has no access to business phone number. Thanks Tesco!

12 months of no signal/data, 8 weeks of emails, calls and the worst customer service I have ever received (laughed at, no callback, no care for customers) @tescomobile agreed to stop my tariff 🎉 👋 bye👋 Now am part of @EE and already signal and data is 100 times better!

@Lindsay_Brunt @tescomobile Have had that many promised call backs that never happen rang 4455 last night told it wasn’t on record to ring me lol can’t make it up this week alone two messages from care team to concerns team I sent three emails no response

@tescomobile Well it’s 10 minutes until they close and no call so it’s not going to happen! I’ve raised it again to @Ofcom again now! Whole 8 weeks has been frustrating and service is awful. Can’t wait to leave the network!

@tescomobile I asked for the pay as you go number to transfer to the contract one I brought him a Xmas, text service said it was done, but couldn’t make calls, the operator said it had been done so would do it now and still can’t make calls, now passed it on to another department who said

@tescomobile i have been trying to cancel my monthly sim since November. I’ve tried and tried! I’ve cancelled the direct debit and now I’m being told I owe it! But I’ve not used the phone in months! I’m well out of contract! How do I cancel it!!
