@tescomobile How long does a new SIM take to arrive via post for an existing customer please? Because I've ordered a new one for my 86 year old Mother. It hasn't arrived yet but you have already turned off her current one so now she is without her phone!! 🤨

@tescomobile hi, just swapped over to Tesco mobile. Everytime I login to the Tesco mobile app I have to enter my number to receive an activation code. I can move between the home, bills, and more menus, get logged out by the tariff menu.

@aburp @tescomobile @EE Google the word "essentially". Plus, if you offer a price over a 24 month contract and it's only applicable for 1 of those months, that is a poor contract and they should change the way they advertise their product

@tescomobile I ha e been with Tesco and @EE and frankly having to pay 90 pence more a month for fantastic coverage and service is better than saving a few pennies and getting the Tesco package of O2 dialed back connection.

@tescomobile What you fail to mention is that TescoMobile is a loss leader for your supermarket business. Maybe say sorry for making £100's Billions from shopping for essentials?

@porcinesludge @dazzypops @tescomobile Public WiFi is more often than not slow and unsecure, also, a lot of places limit the amount of data you can use before they cut you off. Plus sometimes you have to go through the hassle of signing up for a company's wifi service. Mobile data usually bypasses these issues.
