@tescomobile Happy to DM, but a manager just told me I must go into the store to get my complaint resolved, which is not what your policy says at all. We can DM, by all means, as long as you're going to get your policy right, otherwise I'll save my time and complain directly to the omdsman.

  • ChrisGreen16_08 Chris Green (@ChrisGreen16_08) reported

@tescomobile when will the new Samsung folds and flips be available? I really don't want to switch network

  • zarajohnston_ Zara Johnston (@zarajohnston_) reported

@tescomobile Hi, I have had signal issues for the last week with either having only 1 bar or no service? I checked the status checker which says my postcode is working well however my service is absolutely terrible.

@tescomobile have tried twice now to purchase one of your SIM cards, my payment was declined - now your customer service says it’s my banks fault and @HSBC_UK says it’s Tesco’s fault. Sad that you don’t seem to want my custom!

  • dowlaistwp pg🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🇪🇺🇮🇳🇺🇦 (@dowlaistwp) reported from Nottinghamshire, England

  • CHR1S_SM1TH ℂ𝕙𝕣𝕚𝕤 𝕊𝕞𝕚𝕥𝕙 (@CHR1S_SM1TH) reported

Numerous times a day, every single day @tescomobile signal drops out. No matter where I am! Always get the standard replies "try 3G over 4G/5G" "Turn on/off Airplane mode" Nothing fixes it until the signal decides it's ready to return itself! It's becoming an absolute joke!

  • chrisjoyce87 Chris Joyce (@chrisjoyce87) reported
