My dad is currently in hospital and we aren't allowed to see him so have to video call instead but his data run out. My nan phoned his network provider @tescomobile and they gave him more data for free 🙏 so so nice 💛 #EveryLittleHelps

Appalling customer service from @tescomobile waiting 25 days and counting instead of 24 hours to transfer my old mobile number! No resolution no ownership no timeline ….. nothing. Would not recommend Tesco mobile to anyone. All I want for Christmas is my old number back!!

@philburns @tescomobile This is data. It didn't work in Talbot Green or Cardiff. I suspect it's an issue on the account, as with my own phone. I cannot believe how badly Tesco has treated me. The lack of service and support has been shocking.

Anyone having issues with @tescomobile voicemail? I've been migrated to their new system & now the phone only rings about 10 seconds before going to voicemail. Used to be able to change how many sec's before voicemail but not on new system. Why change system if it's not as good?

@HParf @philburns @tescomobile I'm getting SIM error 69. Can't make or receive texts. Can't get mobile data. A new SIM won't help apparently and I'm stuck in limbo because my number is now with Tesco but I can't get a PAC until they resolve it. Complete shambles.

@cymraesydwi @tescomobile No, it’s bloody awful! I’ve been with Tesco for years - capped bills, family perks etc all fab. Never had any such issues though. Try a different checker? They probably sent you one that shows the network as planned rather than how it’s performing right now?

@tescomobile you could do better to customers who recharged to unknown(not existing) number due to an typo. Customer service wasn't helpful at all even though I had all the proof, just giving the blunt answers to the queries. Hope you come up with the better experience.
