    @tescomobile Hi yes it is...we didn't want to turn that service off but a factory reset fixed the problem so now texts and chat are coming through from the right phone no. Thanks for your help.

    @tescomobile Are there faults on the network? Attempts at outbound calls are met with an "unrecognised number" announcement. Incoming calls from landlines are accepted.

    @tescomobile No I wouldn’t stay with you now your staff member was rude and your managers are unavailable i would advise anyone to steer clear and go to another company

    @tescomobile I think chat messages (not text messages) still appear from the temporary number though. The restart didn't fix this....

    @tescomobile hey tesco mobile I can't get phone signal in my area atm I've checked the O2 signal on there website as know you use them to supply your network & the mast near me is down did you know about this? Nick

    @tescomobile after hanging on listening to boring music for 20 mins your customer service is awful I would steer clear of this company I will definitely take my new contract elsewhere I only wanted to upgrade
