    @GeorgeMonbiot I took out a sim only contract for my mum with @tescomobile . She never made use of it due to her diminished mental capacity. When I rang I was told no problem to cancel, but I’d have to pay the balance of the contract up front.

    @tescomobile If I try and login on the website it doesn't recognise my username or password. The person I spoke to on the online chat thinks my account has got corrupted because when she issued me with a new password I was still getting the same message.

    @tescomobile Just to be clear, this was a queue of 3 people (them and me) for mobile phone help, not the till check-out. The couple wanted to buy a new mobile phone and take out a year's contract with you. They left empty handed. I helped them later. You lost 3 customers that day.

    @tescomobile I’ve been with your network since the end of July and it’s been like it pretty much since I joined. It happens everywhere when I’ve not got full 4G signal. If I’ve got 3G I might as well switch my phone off 🙄

    @tescomobile particularly bad today. Again. I pay £12.50 a month and can only get to use Internet maybe 1 hour a day if lucky. As soon as I can escape this contract, I'm changing to another provider. Its pathetic.

    @tescomobile I got my daughter a tesco mobile colleague deal, we used a pac code to keep her previous number from Vodafone however its been 2 days now and neither number is working. I contacted Vodafone and they said the number has transferred from their end, can you help?

    Hi @tescomobile what time zone do you give your callback times for as I’ve been waiting since 1000 UK time. This issue has been ongoing for a month. Webchat have not helped
