Pauline (@P_lo39) reported@tescomobile I can assure you it is a genuine error, especially after about 10 attempts and the sales team also tried and were unable to process!! No there was no ID as once the message appeared the order disappeared. I note from twitter I'm not the first to have this issue

Stephen Farrow πͺπΊ (@stephenfarrow) reportedThat repulsive @tescomobile ad where they suggest using your mobile to google the Spanish for "full English" this summer - before they end free roaming across the EU, which is the part they don't mention - makes me very pleased I'm no longer a Tesco Mobile customer.
-
Peckin' Pete (@pjmcintyre) reported@tescomobile @WhichUK It's become farcical & time consuming, to perform a simple change by altering my safety buffer. I followed procedure, to the nth degree, giving prior notice to the next bill date, and yet 'still!' it remains in its unwanted state. I have exhausted myself. Terrible! Peter

Kevin Jones #FBPE (@Kevin_Bridgend) reported@tescomobile When will Tesco start supporting ESims? I have a Smartwartch that I cannot use. I was told when I changed contracts that they did support Esims but I think the salesperson did not understand LTE on a smartwatch.

Dawnie πππ (@Dawny_D1) reported@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK So very to read all this How distressing & unnecessary! No one should be put in this position after a bereavement! When my dear Mum passed away she had a little phone with @tescomobile & I can't praise their customer service enough sorted within 15 mins & a lovely email received.
