    @Jaquix1X @tescomobile Hi Jaqui xxx I got there in the end, thanks. I was quite happy with my old PAYG, because I never use my blimmin phone. Got a 'bundle' now that I have to remember to top up or lose the bundle. Had to pay a charge to top up too. So I'm paying even tho I made no calls last month!

    @tescomobile "Dear @Tesco, I bought a mobile on installment in Nov but it wasn't delivered due to an issue. Despite multiple calls, my refund wasn't processed & £1236 was deducted from my account, damaging my credit score. You refunded via X after I complained,

    @tescomobile How on God's green earth am I supposed to reset my password to log in to pay my bill when it requires a 2SV via SMS when YOU'VE CUT OFF MY SERVICES. Complete joke of a service anyway.

    @tescomobile I upgraded the 4 sim only contracts I have with you, & decided to add a 5th contract with a new S26 over 3 years. Ordered, paid, & nothing arrived. Cust 📞 service told me it was deemed suspicious & cancelled. I tried in store , but it wouldn’t go through…1/2

    @tescomobile shocking service from this provider following a recent family bereavement. It’s nearly a week since the issue was raised with them and still no resolution (despite calling them 5 times). If you want good customer care then I would look elsewhere
