Carl Malkin 💙 (@CarlMalkin6) reported@tescomobile I don't have issues with your app, you do. It worked until the software update on the payment side of the app. I suggest you ask them to roll back the update to make the app work again. IT people cause these problems do they continue to get paid.

Paul Varney (@silveryk) reported@tescomobile Honestly waste of everyone's time. Your network is poor. I've mentioned it before, others have mentioned it before but you don't invest in it or improve it. Coverage is awful but many other networks in UK also poor. Just try and make it better. I know you cant personally!

colinsmith50 (@colinsmith50) reported@BucktonMel91596 @tescomobile I can’t speak for other companies (& frankly couldn’t care less about them). What I do care about is ME having no service & @tescomobile ‘s beyond useless service …

Julie Martin (@julesvb82) reported@tescomobile tried twice to order a phone. Each time the order has not processed, taken payment and refunded it, despite doing & passing a hard credit check. Tried to call today and have been cut off twice. Not the best example of customer service. Calls not picked up in store.

Ginny (@GinintheCity) reported@tescomobile No. I've spent over an hour already, and all your team managed to do in that entire time was confirm the postcode I gave THEM at the very start. They didn't respond to any of the signal data I sent. Why waste more time?
