    After 3 yrs with @tescomobile I left due to my BT package inc mobile with landline. Last yr returned to @tescomobile and can’t believe that coverage and signal strength is now less than it was 3 yrs ago. Surely it should be the same or better?

    @tescomobile The engineers are aware of it weeks ago! Still no WiFi signal, or text/calls for over 2 months! Taken it to the @financialombuds now!! #unacceptable

    @fgrscomhub @tescomobile @wlhowarth Have tried numerous times to put in complaint - not one has been raised or opened. Just ignored ! So no logging of complaints. Also requested SAR over 30 days ago and again no response to 2 requests
