    @tescomobile I’ve just been on the phone to Tesco mobile and they are aware that there is a problem with incoming and outgoing calls. Why not put a tweet out to let people know? Useless!

    @tescomobile have been unable to make incoming and outgoing calls -- everything else seems ok on my pixel phone. My wife is here and her phone works on Tesco. I used her sim card and my phone was then working. After getting through to Tesco I am told there is a problem

    @tescomobile I can't stop my DD's to you for breach of contract; but you can take 3 bills together and not tell me. Seems fair. 👎 0/10 for customer service who kept getting dizzy (we were going round in circles apparently!)

    @tescomobile You need to stop with automated responses. My last message was in response to this message. This link states there's no problem in my area - this should have been updated to show the concern after 5 hours has passed, don't you think??
