@O2 @tescomobile networks currently non-operational and has been all day. What is going on? @Ofcom. All I get is a 3G signal which doesn't work.😡

@tescomobile Hi Callum the SMS service appears to be working, however maybe tescomobile should consider an email update to customers if SMS is also down. At least I wouldn't be kept totally in the dark.

@tescomobile have not been able to make outgoing calls for 5 days now. Customer service says give it another 3 to 5 days. Anybody else having a similar problem or have any idea what is causing the problem.

@tescomobile it was great to get a new iPhone at the right price and also a great price on the tariff. HOWEVER very disappointing not to receive great reception. I was better off with o2. I thought you used the same network but been told otherwise.

Tony (@adrosen65) reported
@tescomobile No not a SIM problem - appears that all O2 and tescomobile internet services are not working in my area. I have escalated this through customer services. What I cannot understand is why there was no notification to me that the service was not operational. This is poor!

@tescomobile No service (anywhere) for over a week now. Trying to leave your network (after 7 years) yet getting no where with Customer Services. You continue to charge me for a service you're not providing!

Anyone thinking of going with Tesco Mobile, don't bother. What a load of ****. We have had so much trouble with my sons upgrade. They messed everything up and now have the audacity to charge him £617 for a phone that's on contract and close his account!! @tescomobile

@tescomobile Nope, it didn't do that. It said it was closed. Not acceptable. The reporting line should be separate from customer care. Reporting a stolen device is NOT a customer service issue, it is security and URGENT.

@tescomobile Unfortunately 14 days isn’t long enough to test the area for decent signals. It’s not until you start to travel further afield or pop into town that you suddenly realise you keep losing the signal. Really takes the shine off my new phone.
