  @tescomobile we are in Spain for 3 months, my wife's esim has gone wrong but you cannot email it and have to post it so she's now having to go 3 months without being able to use her phone We live in a word where ECO is rammed down you throat yet you post a digital QR code 🤬

  @tescomobile we were told a few weeks ago that a mast was down in our area affecting signal. Please can you check if I provide a postcode? We rely on your network for both phones and our internet and they’re both performing very poorly recently.

  @tescomobile bought 4 x SIM only deals. You’ve provided 8 numbers and charged me for 8. Hours waiting on your live chat which is unattended. Went to Tesco mobile shop, guy says only the live chat can fix the problem. Dreadful. Already regretting this decision.

  @tescomobile Hi, i did and she was so unhelpful. Apparently a manager was going to call me back in 30 mins but I'm still waiting. She just said there was an issue with monzo cards, i asked if she could waive the charge or put it on my bill but she just said no!!!
