    @Soph1eJ @tescomobile I've solved the problem for them. Turn on wifi and install the latest update, then it works as normal

    @tescomobile - why am I getting letters from a debt collector, my phone was paid in full and my 30 rolling contract was cancelled with all payments paid as confirmed by your customer service (I have written confirmation) sort it out.

    Really poor @tescomobile number was due to transfer 5 days ago. Still hasn’t happened despite several assurances from customer care. 5 days of missed calls and messages.
