Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
person12 (@122Database) reported@porcinesludge @dazzypops @tescomobile Public WiFi is more often than not slow and unsecure, also, a lot of places limit the amount of data you can use before they cut you off. Plus sometimes you have to go through the hassle of signing up for a company's wifi service. Mobile data usually bypasses these issues.

Shorty (@ShortAyumi) reported@tescomobile Or you know, when you tell your provider that you need to transfer your number to your new contract and instead of doing that, they open up a new account for you and NOT cancel your old one... I'm talking to you @ThreeUK
-
Don (@Dpoet58) reported@tescomobile I wouldn't touch Tesco, I bought a phone paid full price and it was locked to Tesco O2. Never again. GiffGaff is the only way to go.
-
Kerri Birkby (@KezzaLB85) reported@tescomobile If anything my bill goes down every yr, I got my mother a new phone it didn't go up! lol I used to pay nearly 50 quid just for my mobile... Now I pay just over 40 quid for 4!

ardl (@ardl) reported@tescomobile Yikes, increasing tariffs mid contract sucks. It’s been that with with @O2 forever 😐 The whole “invest in making things better” PR line doesn’t sit with me anymore.
-
Checkoutgirl. (@Checkoutgirl7) reported@tescomobile You're saying exactly what I was told during the complaint. It wasn't outlined and many other customers have said the same about their contracts. I am a staff member and get discounts, however I won't be coming back in the future. Thankyou for the apology.
-
Vim Jong Un (@Vimbisayi) reported@Margare72877928 @tescomobile Calm down Karen, it's not their job to advertise other companies, besides it's meant to be about pointing out those who don't stick to their claimed contract rates like you don't stick to the point.
-
Matt Ferguson (@FungasUK) reported@tescomobile Funnily enough, *just* about to leave Tesco Mobile for substandard network provision, son’s iPhone : 18m of 3G-only, 4G only after I’d moaned at the 11th hour. Recompense? £5. Get stuffed. O2 here I come!

Femboy Literature: Deluxe™ (@FemLiterature) reported@tescomobile Hi there, I'm in the market for a car and I was hoping I could buy one Tescomobile. Could you help?
