@neily_boy72 @_Jumphrey @tescomobile The firms network is 02 & work all over, O2 is great of you want to make a call, rarely without a 2/3G signal. But as a 4/5G data network it’s poor, generally have to tether to my personal phone, or find a hotspot to use my IT. From my experience, Josh isn’t far wrong.

Anyone ever considering using @tescomobile dont!! Absolutely useless. Cancelled my airtime contract as the signal was not as advertised and had 3x phones, original and 2nd had faulty cameras, the 3rd came to me with no box, no protection and lots of chips on the paint. Useless

@tescomobile I can see what the network is showing. There was no 'poor signal', just total LACK of signal. I'm done with 'queries', they don't get answered with actively putting things right, shabby behaviour from a once trusted provider.

Tesco Mobile your customer service for my parents has been absolutely disgusting, loyal customers and that’s how you thank them. @tescomobile @Tesco @tesconews

Alan Fowler (@fowlerat) reported
@tescomobile As I said - disgraceful. Most carriers including the network you use (O2) waive the charge. You just keep the money.

@rationalist44 @tescomobile It's just O2 with a different hat on. Just like Tesco they piggy back on the O2 network.
