    @tescomobile no signal in large parts of Winchester for 2 weeks. Apparently s mast has been removed. Will this be resolved soon ? Will you refund my November bill? If it can’t be resolved then I, along with many others, will reluctantly have to find a new provider.

    @tescomobile The settings have suddenly gone missing when my old sim (previous network) comes out and the tesco mobile sim goes in, also had Google messages report it's not supported by the network

    @tescomobile Need some help transferring my old Vodafone number to my new Tesco contact. Ive been through the procedure of texting the pac code and number, all seemed to go through ok, tesco said it would be 24hrs for transfer date, but still waiting. This was 3days ago now??

    @tescomobile Hi thanks for getting back so quickly, Rob, I've done as you suggest and the page reports no problem in the Shanklin area. It also suggested switching off/on again, which I've done. Same thing, looked like it was searching for a signal and then SOS Call Only cam up on the screen
