@tescomobile My boyfriend is a customer of yours and has dropped his phone and the screen doesn't work anymore. Is there any way you can still access his phone and transfer data to another device?

Word of advice. Never transfer your phone contract over to @tescomobile Now wonder it’s a cheap contract. Service is horrendous. What a way to treat new customers.

Can't tell you how fuming I am with @Tesco and @tescomobile bought a mollie from them with 6 months clibcard on it. I've never been able to activate it and now they are taking money from me. Whenever I call them they say they'll call back and never do What am I supposed to do now

@iCrowby @tescomobile On mine now. The battery life is allegedly excellent. I have a work S10, but I want to turn it off sometime. My old S6 never had good battery life from new and on cell edge where I live it flattens in half a day. Enter the G50.

@iCrowby @tescomobile Normally the sims are those 3 in 1 jobs where you can push out the plastic to make the sim 3 different sizes, standard >micro > nano. Is there not a bit of plastic still left on the sim otherwise it's a poor show to sell a sim that doesn't fit the phone

@tescomobile Yeah Calls work ok, texts seem to just fail to both send and receive to other networks but work between their phones which are both on Tesco
