  @fgrscomhub @tescomobile @wlhowarth Have tried numerous times to put in complaint - not one has been raised or opened. Just ignored ! So no logging of complaints. Also requested SAR over 30 days ago and again no response to 2 requests

  @tescomobile bought 4 x SIM only deals. You’ve provided 8 numbers and charged me for 8. Hours waiting on your live chat which is unattended. Went to Tesco mobile shop, guy says only the live chat can fix the problem. Dreadful. Already regretting this decision.

  @tescomobile Hello, I’m in Canada, Connected to Rogers Network on my phone, hopefully getting data for 1p per MB. My Question is, does it have to be Rogers? Can i connect to other Networks and get the same rate?? Thanks

  @tescomobile Still the same issue nearly a week later. Engineers are working on it. The fact I am expecting calls from hospital is the issue. Hopefully the problem is resolved soon. Only been with Tesco mobile a month and already having issues

  @tescomobile absolutely rubbish customer care got phone 3 weeks go won't charge and the customer service guy was useless and was mumbling to some one else while I was on the phone said they call me in an hour now they are closed .sort this

  @tescomobile No. I've spent over an hour already, and all your team managed to do in that entire time was confirm the postcode I gave THEM at the very start. They didn't respond to any of the signal data I sent. Why waste more time?

  @tescomobile Hi, I'm a new customer with a PAC code... If u use the PAC code on Monday how long does it normally take to transfer... Thanks. (My number is presently with Vodafone)
