@tescomobile Hi Callum, I understand the reason I can contact the Ombudsman, but I’d really just prefer a phone that works. There is no timescale available as to when this will be fixed, so it’s not clear at all that anyone is working hard to resolve it, that’s the issue.

@tescomobile absolute disgrace of company and customer service from online chat team! Lost my number which I’ve had over 20 years! All because they couldn’t port it properly with a pac code provided by o2. Cheek to ask for phone back after I’ve had nothing but nightmare 2 weeks!!

@tescomobile I can appreciate it isn't your fault Royal Mail are behind, but I really don't think my phone should have been disconnected until you had confirmation the new sim had arrived. Its disappointing I've been left with no service. Thanks for getting back to me though.

@tescomobile any reason why your customer support doesn’t support customers? My dads a customer and has had problems receiving phone calls for months. He’s been told a mast nearby doesn’t work, he’s been sent 3 sims and got made to buy a new phone. Can you not supply a service?
