@tescomobile My boyfriend is a customer of yours and has dropped his phone and the screen doesn't work anymore. Is there any way you can still access his phone and transfer data to another device?

@EE how come @tescomobile and @O2 allow European roaming yet the biggest and best(apparently) network charges?? I go to Europe 3-4 times a year and chopping and changing the benefits a month before and after is ridiculous!!

@tescomobile No I know you can’t, but I think it’s a bit ridiculous that we’re still getting charged when we haven’t got any signal?? It’s not going to be fixed until next week 😳😳 That’s a whole week without signal, so it would be nice to be compensated.

@tescomobile hi, I need to contact your accounts or credit control about an historical entry from Tesco Mobile on my credit report. Your customer service team could find no record of me. What’s the best number or address to try?

@tescomobile one of the worst companies to deal with. Tried to order a phone but i couldn’t complete my order so went elsewhere. Received the phone anyway. Returned it straight away, got proof of delivery and can see they received it on 18th July but they won’t refund me

@e_kehoe @tescomobile Thanks Emma. Still not sorted. If not sorted today I will go back into store and discuss cancelling the contract. 5 days and not able to make or receive calls, all whilst paying for the service! Hope you are sorted now?

@tescomobile hi, any plans to have WiFi calling? I'm with you now but in a bad signal area. I'm happy with service otherwise.

Awful @O2 4G coverage in Yeovil town centre. Again. Funnily enough my parents have no issue, in the same supermarket and cafe, at the same time. They are with @tescomobile - who, funnily enough, use the @o2 network as their carrier. 🤔 how come I’m losing out then?
