  @tescomobile I have just called you to cancel my mum‘s contract, she has late stage dementia, has just suffered a huge stroke meaning she is no longer able to communicate. Your operator told me to log onto the app, which my mum does not have, and she then hung up on me. WTH??

  @tescomobile Unhappy customer here. Put old sim into new phone thinking it would would just sit there like the inanimate object it is. It's actually guzzled more than £10 overnight. This happened before and I'm not happy

  @tescomobile worst sales service ever. Tried to take out a contract after my order failed. Only had to pay the 19.99 1st payment apparently they can't take payments from Monzo I asked if it could be taken off or added to my first bill but she said no!!! Attitude was horrible too

  @tescomobile bought 4 x SIM only deals. You’ve provided 8 numbers and charged me for 8. Hours waiting on your live chat which is unattended. Went to Tesco mobile shop, guy says only the live chat can fix the problem. Dreadful. Already regretting this decision.
