@tescomobile I call customer care (oxymoron no care at all) provide my details on menu-I am connected-the noise in the background is horrendous the line cracks up-I’m barely able to understand them-there are no UK call centres-after over 10 years we are likely to part company

@AlexGodofsky @tescomobile I really am open to things having errors; that's life. But the fact that they seem to treat an order being completed without the user going through with it as stochastic is… bad

@SBarrettBar @tescomobile Per their policy, texting PAC to 65075 from your Tesco Mobile phone should get you the code within minutes Request via online account (“Leaving Tesco Mobile?”) Customer Care on 4455 from a Tesco Mobile phone or 0345 301 4455 If none of that works, hello OFCOM

@tescomobile OH that old chestnut! @tescomobile used that as an ongoing excuse to delay and frustrate those who complain. Ombudsman will rule in my favour. "CEO team" 10 days to sort it ticking down!

@BarbaraSutton15 @tescomobile I dumped, when they told it was my phone the problem, I got a Smarty sim... same phone no problems, 100% better

@DaveKendallPho1 @Trebornotrub @tescomobile O2 is the answer to your question. I was with them but changed to Lebara who piggyback onto Vodafone. The signal is so much better. Text messages come through straight away. Sometimes I would have to wait for up to an hour with O2. I also pay about 70% less.
