  Word of advice. Never transfer your phone contract over to @tescomobile Now wonder it’s a cheap contract. Service is horrendous. What a way to treat new customers.

  @tescomobile Hello unless I make a call via WhatsApp my phone is unusable due to breaking up/poor network. I have been with Tesco many years and always lived in the HU8 area. Is there a network problem? Thanks

  @BarbaraSutton15 @tescomobile They couldn’t fix a mast where we live , took 3 months before we could make a call longer than 3 minutes.or not get cut off . When we phoned Tesco O2 , the woman said try another company 🥴

  @Matthew1542810 @tescomobile I never received any confirmation in any form and in fact when I contacted customer service they told me it didn’t go through… which meant they were helping me be double charged

  @tescomobile bought 4 x SIM only deals. You’ve provided 8 numbers and charged me for 8. Hours waiting on your live chat which is unattended. Went to Tesco mobile shop, guy says only the live chat can fix the problem. Dreadful. Already regretting this decision.

  @tescomobile absolutely rubbish customer care got phone 3 weeks go won't charge and the customer service guy was useless and was mumbling to some one else while I was on the phone said they call me in an hour now they are closed .sort this
