    Word of advice. Never transfer your phone contract over to @tescomobile Now wonder it’s a cheap contract. Service is horrendous. What a way to treat new customers.

    @tescomobile yet another broken promise from Tesco, have waited for call from concerns management team after message left yesterday said they ring today… NO CALL NOT A REAL SURPRISED.

    @blisswords @tescomobile I had my gripes with EE but this experience has made them look phenomenal. Thankfully someone in Tesco customer service has cancelled the transfer (which I was told before wasn’t possible) and sent a PAC code. First job tomorrow is get a new sim!

    @NikitaJGarner @Chrissi25105065 @tescomobile Wow, I was on 10mbps for years and thought that was bad. Now got 74 outs and it is awesome. I think remoteness and hills are still an issue with cabled connection. You have my sympathy.

    @tescomobile Are you having problems with network in PR2 area? Last few weeks keep getting 'mobile network not available' every few days - had nothing but issues with you as a provider.

    @tescomobile shocking customer service. Halfway through a 3 year contract and, for the 2nd time my Nokia 8.3 5g battery is dying (first fix clearly didn't). No ownership. Not in warranty 🤬 Pay £200 to upgrade, no waiver. So what exactly do I use my 12g data/texts/minutes on?

    @NikitaJGarner @tescomobile I have been with Vodafone for many years, since moving to Wales 7 years ago I have had to use Wi-Fi calling in the house because no signal gets up here! Can get 3G outside and spotty signal! No other network works either! So annoying!

    @tescomobile another day passes another broken promise of a call back , now being told there’s no record of requested call back by the person I spoke to last nite. Liars . Voice Mail message saying will ring back Tuesday NO CALL BACK waiting still

    @tescomobile have u reverted back to the “ ignore him he got a problem” approach not just on here but emails direct messages promised phone calls and the worst are there CONCERNS management team showing no concern at all absolutely fuming another wasted day waiting by phone

    @NikitaJGarner @tescomobile Good to know you're getting some help. Belated as it is. Some level of confidence is part of what we buy. I;ve often wondered why I didn't go for a cheap su'mkt deal but this confirm it wouldn't work for me.
