It seems more likely that it is network congestion or speed throttling which is disappointing. And it's definitely not my phone as I get fast speeds when in other part of the country

I was told that O2 refused to put extra support in the area due to the air tattoo which is what normally happens. EE provided this for their customers so not sure why were we left our?

Kerry Canning (@Pig_Maiden) reported@tescomobile @danbrusca Liz, after being told by customer services I could leave Tesco w/o penalty due to issues that TESCO ACCEPTS ARE THEIR FAULT, I now have an early termination fee of almost £300! This despite being told I will owe nothing. No help again on phone today. WHO IS GOING TO RESOLVE THIS?
