    Word of advice. Never transfer your phone contract over to @tescomobile Now wonder it’s a cheap contract. Service is horrendous. What a way to treat new customers.

    @tescomobile ever since I started the process my number switch to Tesco, I’ve lost all mobile data access and it won’t connect to 3G/4G/5G at all, it just shows the signal bars. Why is this?

    @tescomobile Already tested my sim in another phone and the issue is still the same, I’ve wiped the SIM card several times and no Improvement.

    @tescomobile I’ve recently switch to you from EE and since this has happened I’m not getting 4G so can only use my phone when im on Wi-Fi. I have done the usual to get it working but nothing is happening can you help please?

    @tescomobile Yes, Friday. This is unacceptable as I need to access an online service that uses two factor authentication via SMS. I cannot receive that code and cannot wait till 9pm on Friday.

    I have a mobile contract with @tescomobile . This phone is 6 months old into a 3 year contract. The phone regularly cuts out - ‘call failed’ in middle of calls - both personal and business. Tesco mobile help desk keep telling me to wipe the SIM and restart. I have done this and

    @tescomobile I've tried to set up a contract several times. It gets to the credit check page and says its got a troubleshooting problem. So I've gone with Vodafone.

    @tescomobile Hi! Everyone in my household (4) on Tesco Mobile has virtually no signal whatsoever when we normally all get a strong 4G signal. Status Checker says upgrade work is going on but I'm waiting on a 2FA code and can't get it because of this. Help!!
