Word of advice. Never transfer your phone contract over to @tescomobile Now wonder it’s a cheap contract. Service is horrendous. What a way to treat new customers.

Hi @MoneySavingExp are you aware of the abysmal service from @tescomobile with migrating numbers on a new contract. It's already been 11days since I issued them with a PAC and I'm still waiting! No one can call me on my number! #Disaster

@tescomobile @TrussellTrust Except if you tell them it's vital you keep your existing number. Then they just sign you up and take your money knowing full well they can't deliver.....and cost you vital contact with customers and loss of income in the process, but don't give a damn.

@tescomobile Spoke to customer service about returning faulty device and must have said to call handler over ten times 'but before you do this can you guarantee we'll be able to put sim with old no in another device. Answered yes on every occasion. Now business number inaccessible.

@tescomobile @TrussellTrust Was told to go to Tesco Shop start and another contract to get old number on new phone's SIM. Did that then spent ages on phone to Tesco trying to get this done. Now have message to phone Tesco because there are issues! FIASCO.

@tescomobile I even signed up to Equifax to double check. No issues. Yet the only answer I can get from your sales team is ‘try again in 24 hours, the problem is at your end’. There’s no problem my end - I’ve triple checked everything…

@KrispymooScott @tescomobile You still don’t get response even after I emailed CEO! Best way is to go through ofcom as your paying for a service that’s not providing! @Ofcom only way I ever got response to my 7 complaints! Even tho was still poor response

@tescomobile Would not recommend Tesco mobile. Unable resolve basic issues and absolutely everyone you speak to has a different story. Husband now has no access to business phone number. Thanks Tesco!

12 months of no signal/data, 8 weeks of emails, calls and the worst customer service I have ever received (laughed at, no callback, no care for customers) @tescomobile agreed to stop my tariff 🎉 👋 bye👋 Now am part of @EE and already signal and data is 100 times better!
