    Word of advice. Never transfer your phone contract over to @tescomobile Now wonder it’s a cheap contract. Service is horrendous. What a way to treat new customers.

    @tescomobile My first tweet! Just spent approx 1.5 hours on the phone trying to resolve a billing issue. Had to speak to 2 advisors after being cut off after being transferred. I asked to speak to a manager - no managers available! Your customer service use to be impressive!

    @tescomobile £0 as I don’t have a mobile network anymore seeing o2 and other mobile networks don’t give a good signal in my area

    @tescomobile I tried to buy bananas at your high street store but the self service till would not let me scan them and they're were NO staff around to help and I had to get my son so I ended up just taking them. Sort it out or you will lose out on more banana profits I am sure if it 😡

    @nimal_patel @tescomobile @EE You get 5 to 30% off of everything as a long standing EE customer. Plus whatever deals they have on at that time.

    @tescomobile It really is the last time i buy anything from Tesco. I won't shop at your supermarkets or buy petrol at your garages. I'm shocked and fuming that you won't do anything with a defective phone that obviosuly has a defective battery and it's not even paid off. Shameful service.

    @tescomobile I'll lodge a complaint with the Financial Ombudsman. You've basically sold me a defective product as the battery should reasonably be expected to still function after less than two years. I'm quite sure you'd be unhappy if you bought a new phone and the battery died so soon.

    @tescomobile I only tried to cancel the data plan to pay the cost of the phone after 30 days or so as i was busy. I already had a Sky plan with my old number so really didn't need to pay overpriced mobile plan that it was with Tesco. But it was advertised as rolling when it wasn't.
