Word of advice. Never transfer your phone contract over to @tescomobile Now wonder it’s a cheap contract. Service is horrendous. What a way to treat new customers.

@tescomobile Yes, but you are just buying airtime/data from them under a wholesale agreement, so there is only so much you can do when it comes to pricing. That is because you have no network of your own! Tesco Mobile is a vanity brand/ white label.

@tescomobile Tesco are taking the pistachio themselves offering PAYG credit that expires after 30 days. Three, on the other hand, offer PAYG credit that doesn't expire. Much better for the customer. MUCH better.

@tescomobile Love the lack of info of what the duration the question is asking and where they got the info. Plus from what I see people are getting bad connection and like usual bad companies Tesco seem to blame it on your phone or sim and does not realise they are not a good network company.

@tescomobile @Bricktoppp When will the signal issue be sorted please? We’ve had no signal for a whole week. Can’t make calls / texts and stopping me from doing my job. No update either

@neily_boy72 @_Jumphrey @tescomobile The firms network is 02 & work all over, O2 is great of you want to make a call, rarely without a 2/3G signal. But as a 4/5G data network it’s poor, generally have to tether to my personal phone, or find a hotspot to use my IT. From my experience, Josh isn’t far wrong.

@Alan_E_Hewlett @tescomobile Go with Three. £35 a month PAYG (or £90 for 90 days) with absolutely Unlimited texts, minutes and data and I do mean Unlimited. They also have no issue with tethering. I average about 500gb+ a month especially on torrents. Three don't bat an eyelid.
