  @tescomobile Well what to say... Husband's phone broken.. Under guarantee.. Void due to some sort of misuse... Excuse me in our mid 70s mega careful do not know how to get into the phone... Offered Tesco vouchers (thank you)... Replacing the mobile would be more appropriate..🤔

  @tescomobile Hi, looking for some help. My daughter can't get verification codes from things like Whatsapp. She gets a message that the carrier won't allow them through. Any ideas how to fix that?

  @tescomobile bought 4 x SIM only deals. You’ve provided 8 numbers and charged me for 8. Hours waiting on your live chat which is unattended. Went to Tesco mobile shop, guy says only the live chat can fix the problem. Dreadful. Already regretting this decision.

  @tescomobile seems to be saying its fine but its not. 30mile journey from one town to another and getting terrible to no signal the whole journey. when it is showing 5g and 2-4 bars Internet still not loading. also zero bars on phone signal.

  Hey @tescomobile, what happened? Me and wife used to get perfect signal at home (LN6 Lincoln) - but now 1 bar and unable to make any calls. Having to use WhatsApp over wi-fi. Why? Not able to make calls until back on the A46. #withamsthughs #tescomobile
