Excuse me in our mid 70s mega careful do not know how to get into the phone... Offered Tesco vouchers (thank you)... Replacing the mobile would be more appropriate..🤔

Ali. Me (@AlisonWagstaff3) reported@tescomobile on Wednesday I called your customer service as very rare for me, I had a message saying my data had almost gone. I had added, through your app, a £3.00 500mb bundle. Still no data, I rang CS told me it hadn't worked gave me £3 plus the £5 buffer back.

I've mentioned it before, others have mentioned it before but you don't invest in it or improve it. Coverage is awful but many other networks in UK also poor. Just try and make it better. jason mcneilly (@jaymcneilly) reported@tescomobile seems to be saying its fine but its not. 30mile journey from one town to another and getting terrible to no signal the whole journey. when it is showing 5g and 2-4 bars Internet still not loading. also zero bars on phone signal.
