  @tescomobile Well what to say... Husband's phone broken.. Under guarantee.. Void due to some sort of misuse... Excuse me in our mid 70s mega careful do not know how to get into the phone... Offered Tesco vouchers (thank you)... Replacing the mobile would be more appropriate..🤔

  @AbsolutelyVexed @tescomobile Ai gets it wrong. Doesn't help that it refers to the company blogs, and how to guides, which gives the impression you can do these things, when in fact with a lot, you can't. O2 business was who I was with before, but they sucked for various reasons.

  @tescomobile I’ve been left completely without service since late May after trying to port my business number (07483354922) from Lebara. Lebara confirmed the number is with you, but my Tesco SIM won't activate. Your customer service has been zero help and keeps cutting me off. I am losing clients and money every single day because of this mismanagement.   @tescomobile hello, my phone is saying emergency calls only and not registered on network, ive restarted, done a network reset etc. I cant receive a text to verify my tesco mobile app and this number im calling from teams doesnt work 03450330000 please help
