@tescomobile Well what to say... Husband's phone broken.. Under guarantee.. Void due to some sort of misuse... Excuse me in our mid 70s mega careful do not know how to get into the phone... Offered Tesco vouchers (thank you)... Replacing the mobile would be more appropriate..🤔

@tescomobile been a customer for 7 years. for the last 3 weeks I haven't been able to access my account. Nor can i to speak to anyone & have an order sorted out. Where are the staff.?? Also. the phone I'm ordering is £26 per month.. but with 'EE' it's half that price. As for 2 years not 3.

@tescomobile My point here is I have had my debit blocked due to this, it could have been worse, and I wanted to escalate it to Tesco toincrease awareness... Possibly help to reduce the risk to other customers experiencing this hassle....

@tescomobile been a customer for 6 years with no problems but now, I've paid to upgrade my phone early and my phone payment has been took today with my bill when I was told I would only pay for my usage amount as I've already paid my old phone off. Are you trying to scam me?

@tescomobile The @O2 4G network can't cope with demand in some areas. My Mum was getting 1mbps in a good O2 4G area. Switched it to 3G+ and it's 15mbps now. Telling people to turn their phone off and on and wiping the sim isn't good technical support.
