You have switched off number which I have had for over 7 years and today, I was told to cancel contract with Tesco as ‘we don’t know how to fix it’ so best way is to cancel it!

Doesn't help that it refers to the company blogs, and how to guides, which gives the impression you can do these things, when in fact with a lot, you can't. From trying to place the order multiple times that failed at their end for unknown reasons, then running multiple credit searches, basic features missing, speaking to people with an accent so strong I struggle...

Went from superb coverage (on 3/4G) to abysmal within weeks of the change. Now get a meagre -124dB signal from a 5G cell less than 0.3miles away! 🤯
