@tescomobile Why should I remove my number from the public if this number was completely destroyed by you? You have switched off number which I have had for over 7 years and today, I was told to cancel contract with Tesco as β€˜we don’t know how to fix it’ so best way is to cancel it!

@AbsolutelyVexed @tescomobile Ai gets it wrong. Doesn't help that it refers to the company blogs, and how to guides, which gives the impression you can do these things, when in fact with a lot, you can't. O2 business was who I was with before, but they sucked for various reasons.

@tescomobile For any prospective customers. Every aspect of this has been awful. From trying to place the order multiple times that failed at their end for unknown reasons, then running multiple credit searches, basic features missing, speaking to people with an accent so strong I struggle...

@tescomobile Why is the network coverage in my home town so utterly diabolical since you (O2) 'upgraded' the local cells to 5G?? Went from superb coverage (on 3/4G) to abysmal within weeks of the change. Now get a meagre -124dB signal from a 5G cell less than 0.3miles away! 🀯

@socoolrobyna @tescomobile happily promoted their mobile service in their Sthelens store but you can’t get 3G in there, let alone 4G
