    @tescomobile Trying to get through to talk to you lot is like trying to talk to GOD for £6 a minute. Lunacy. I have 3 phones on your network (at the moment) i have a question. How the hell do i contact you to talk to someone for less than £6 a minute ?

    @tescomobile It is not a faulty SIM card. We have had 2 SIM cards and neither have worked. Looking at options to move back to previous provider as Tesco unable to provide a service

    @tescomobile @crisis_uk @tescomobile why is my signal so bad for months now .... getting 2/3 bars signal if I’m lucky! #Hertsmere 3 people in the house all experiencing the same. Sort it out #fedup

    @O2 @SkyHelpTeam @tescomobile this has been like it now for 3/4wks. Your sites show no mast/signal issues, but something has happened to cause this issue...who is taking responsibility to identify & fix the issue? You have customers who can’t make or receive contact with anyone!!

    @tescomobile @crisis_uk Tesco is so concerned about this issue that with all its wealth it decides not to just give every homeless person a sim and/or a phone, yeah good one

    .@tescomobile I need to take my complaint further. I’ve had no contact from your fraud team (despite the customer service officer telling me I would). I’ve had no confirmation letter stating that the fraudulent account has been closed & my credit file updated. Your service is 💩
