    @iromg So @tescomobile say if I call them tomorrow they'll give me the number of phone thats gone missing So I can call it and find it tonight They said if their bosses trusted internet advisors to same level as landline ones itd be reasy to help me

    @tescomobile Love the lack of info of what the duration the question is asking and where they got the info. Plus from what I see people are getting bad connection and like usual bad companies Tesco seem to blame it on your phone or sim and does not realise they are not a good network company.

    @tescomobile if there's any network issue detected or maintenance will i get notified like i used to on my old network? if so is this automatic or do i need to sign up for alerts?

    @tescomobile Uses the O2 network but Tesco aren’t allowed to advertise that fact.

    @tescomobile As I said - disgraceful. Most carriers including the network you use (O2) waive the charge. You just keep the money.

    @_Jeevster @tescomobile They're an MVNO operating on O2's network. Better ask them, and tell your friend to do as bit of research so they don't look like such an arse
