    @tescomobile No I made an offer of payment you refused it. You sent me away. I’m not in a position to use an excuse line payment as explained in person and electronically. I offered cash you refused. No longer my problem.

    @tescomobile OH that old chestnut! @tescomobile used that as an ongoing excuse to delay and frustrate those who complain. Ombudsman will rule in my favour. "CEO team" 10 days to sort it ticking down!

    @SBarrettBar @tescomobile I'm with tesco mobile and have been for years, i have never needed a pac code, surely though they can't keep it from you, don't you need it to switch companies.
