Have had one of the worst customer experiences of my life with @tescomobile over the course of the last month. Don't upgrade, just leave and go somewhere else.

@tescomobile But this was an offer emailed to me about my contract upgrade. If my contract had already ended/renewed I accept I would be out of time but it is due to change in a weeks time. If I wait another week does the offer come back again?What a terrible way to treat customers.

@tescomobile 1/2 I’m trying to cancel an insurance policy on a mobile which was returned within days of being taken out on behalf of my dad who is very ill. I was given an email address to contact but nobody has replied. I’ve just spoken to someone on the phone
