Hi @tescomobile , I took out a new contract with you guys on Sunday in my local store ,supplied a pac code and all relevant info had phone on Tuesday all set up and working yet switch over from old network still not happened is this ok ?

@tescomobile has the issue regarding customers who have switched networks with yourselves and kept the same number been resolved. My 4g is still not working. It’s been 2 weeks now..

@tescomobile poor show. Tried to sign up for new contract at 21.30. Deal ended at midnight. You needed me to verify but not open until today. Agent said no deal now. V annoyed.

Great service from @tescomobile trailed myself and 2 kids to get a new phone from Bellshill tesco mobile. Shops shut at 4pm today even though it says 7pm online . Thanks for the hour long round trip with 2 toddlers in tow for nothing 😒😒
