@RoidyRandy @tescomobile Inbox me I can help you retrieve back your hacked, disabled, banned, suspended account.

  • AndalusianIrish Andy McKinney (@AndalusianIrish) reported

@tescomobile 1) Contacted you with a billing query and the agent talked over the top of me, gave me inaccurate information and answered a question I did not ask. I left one of your major competitors after 20 years because of a decline in their customer service.

I've been on contract with tescomobile for years, took over my parents accounts and paying them with no issues, yet I try and move to iD and I can't, nor can I get in contact with iD because I'm not a customer, make that make sense?

  • DarrenSummers17 Darren Summers (@DarrenSummers17) reported

@tescomobile I'm still waiting for a nano SIM I ordered for a new phone last Thursday. My present SIM was cut off on Saturday, day 5 of no service. Postman has just been and no new SIM card. Day five of no service. What do you suggest I do now? This is massively inconvenient.

@tescomobile @RABCJ Hi I'm having the same issue. Any idea how to fix ?

  • RoidyRandy Randy (@RoidyRandy) reported

@tescomobile Is there something going on with your network? I’m unable to receive OTP’s from Amazon which means I can’t access my account for Customer Service reasons, what is going on?

  • KarenRoss2 Karen Ross (@KarenRoss2) reported

@tescomobile your service is absolutely tragic! My son was mugged in London on Monday, I reported it straight away. Five days later we still haven't received a New sim and your insurance still haven't processed my claim!

  • DarrenSummers17 Darren Summers (@DarrenSummers17) reported

@tescomobile I will send a PM, but what happens to the new SIM if/when I receive it? The customer services operatives I spoke to said it's not possible to use my old SIM once the new one is sent in the post? It means I still have an usuasable new phone.

@tescomobile my phone signal, data and WiFi been dropping out this week, apparently due to work on line in #Banbury? There is no problem with my WiFi unit as husbands phone picks it up fine on a different network. I work from home self employed so will I be reimbursed income lost?
