    @tescomobile Dad changed from other network Mon:promised by agent old number would be transferred no later than Wed AM. Old number dead and STILL not transferred. He receives cancer treatment and calls regarding it and awaiting call for heart surgery and no1 is doing nothing-help

    @tescomobile just received two contract SIM cards and neither seems to have any signal in two different iPhones although O2 coverage checker says it’s good indoors and out here.

    Between @tescomobile and @SamsungMobile the s22 is the worst decision I ever made! Nothing but grief since day 1! I can't even make calls today so if somebody could get in touch that would be great!

    @tescomobile why does no one phone you back no signal for over a year you moved mast and still wantme to pay for another year. Now going to take legal advice want the whole contract and money back and other expenses

    @tescomobile telling me they would ring me 24-48 hours… no missed calls on my phone and no voicemails left when they said they have? This customer service is shambles. This is a joke.
