    @tescomobile 3 days off from today (dreading Wednesday 😔) and have been ill since Saturday it's a bad week all round so far . Hope it gets better soon

    @tescomobile this is not my complaint. I can only top up multiples of £5, instead of rounding up my balance to a multiple of 5 (£15,which is the cost of the bundle i want), so my balance is virtually useless. Shameful trick by tesco.

    @tescomobile been in your store 3 times to sort and contacted call centre and chat for the past 4 days, still nothing just told it’s being looked into. This is a truly awful service and nobody seems to know what’s going on. It’s never been this difficult with other providers!

    @tescomobile disgusted with your costumer service this week after my mum reported my nephew being groomed online on a phone number she pays for 3 days later it is still active and you can’t tell us when it will be disconnected. Keep your kids and grandkids away from @tescomobile

    @tescomobile Hi, i did and she was so unhelpful. Apparently a manager was going to call me back in 30 mins but I'm still waiting. She just said there was an issue with monzo cards, i asked if she could waive the charge or put it on my bill but she just said no!!!

    @tescomobile AGAIN! About the time of update, there is another problem with my phone. Last update I couldn't charge my phone whilst turned on, this update my headphones won't work on most videos except adverts. WHY?

    @tescomobile absolutely fuming reported fraud happening yesterday, possible sim swap. No action taken and lost number today. Customer service denying conversation yesterday and said will just have to wait for fraud to phone back. Presumably on number no longer have.

    @tescomobile Im try to get wifi calling to work, I can't find any help on your website. I have a Samsung A32 and I have enabled VoLTE which I understand is what I enable but nothing. Do I need to do something else.
