    @davinamcm @tescomobile Surely you can still honor the deal for a long standing customer. People have lots going on trying to budget with the inflation challenges and don't stop to check addresses on everything as most use email now. Also did you guys not check? Come on Tescos do the right thing here

    @tescomobile hi, is there a problem with your telephone customer service? Twice I’ve called to speak to someone (I can’t get the response I need through chat), and after about 6 minutes the hold music is interrupted by a beep, then I can hear background noise but no one speaks.

    @tescomobile having a nightmare with your network. Have had not been able to make any calls since 10am, no network coverage. This is a new contract. Went on tesco mobile chat earlier. Told to turn off, then turn on phone after 6pm and all would be well. Its not. Shambles.

    @tescomobile Yep it dose show they is a problem and I have been using my wife’s hot spot to get on to internet when around my home town indoors and out doors . Luckily for me she is with EE and has had no issues. Can’t wait to leave this contract

    @tescomobile What is the criteria for selection for the 3 month Disney+ TV trial. I'm a long standing customer and have not received any information.
