    @tescomobile I spent 90mins talking to them yesterday and they told me it was #tesco policy not to talk about T&cs while selling the phones. I was sold an insurance policy that I would never entered into if I had the correct information

    @tescomobile I left a long time ago due to poor customer service, just one account to take elsewhere. False economy overcharging for a service thats been paid up, but you can keep the £32. Won't be getting anymore.

    @tescomobile 2/2 ...choices are about paying or upgrading.Cannot speak to a human being.What kind of customer service is that? My only option is to go to a Tesco store and try and find someone to help me.

    @tescomobile It's obvious to every1 nowadays that it is the case Companies have no emphasis on providing a great service because of the steady flow of customers joining/leaving; every1's just a number Doesn't matter what you put in the link I've still got no signal in most rooms in the house

    @tescomobile My mobile phone is not receiving or making calls.Unable to send or receive texts.Its saying not connected to network.Tesco customer service is inadequate. Call the helpline...recording offers 2 choices...pay by voucher or pay by card.Try online help.all choices 1 /3

    @tescomobile No thanks I've just been told by your "customer services" cheek if I've dcdt heard one. There is nothing you can do unless I buy out the contract at nearly £150

    @tescomobile Daughter got a new Iphone from (Tesco) Santa at Christmas however the front facing camera is not working. We’ve tried a factory reset, but no joy- are we able to take this to a shop as it was bought online? Thanks

    @tescomobile having issues transferring a number from one Tesco mobile to another. Help!
