⫩ ⫩ TTG3⫩ ⫩ (@tt_gill) reportedOver a month of trying to upgrade with @ee and it’s actually painful. Never get the same price twice, the website never works properly, but they’re quick to send “threatening “ messages as soon as you request your PAC number…..Time to go to @tescomobile

Chris (@geordiechris48) reported@tescomobile When are you going to give your customers Visual Voicemail (if ever)? You use O2’s network and they provide this service, so why don’t you?
-
Rhys 🦢🦢 (@RhysSCFC_) reportedBest thing I ever done was bin @tescomobile off. The whole network is a sham, using O2 masts. Have had issues for years and nothing seems to improve just get worse. Changed to @EE today and literally had 5G everywhere I go where normally I couldn’t read an email before.

Julie Gorski (@gorski_jul22122) reported@tescomobile Are you kidding, I’m paying for a phone I never ever received and you confirm DPD returned it to you. Phone ordered 04/01/2026. I’ve done 12 messages/emails/calls and an in store visit. Each time being told it will be sorted out. Still have n my account. Pathetic service.
