@tescomobile I spent 90mins talking to them yesterday and they told me it was #tesco policy not to talk about T&cs while selling the phones. I was sold an insurance policy that I would never entered into if I had the correct information

@tescomobile Your service is very poor. Not only has it taken nearly 2 weeks to collect a return and countless calls from myself (your team got the address wrong and also failed to log it on one occasion) but now you have just tried to deliver an item I did not even order.

@tescomobile I can’t keep on trying, I’m working. I submitted the complaint details by email to avoid this, why can an email not be replied to with more than a useless ID reference!? Not only were we given false information, we now can’t get a reply in a timely manor.

@tescomobile I cannot screenshot a button not working. It won’t allow me to “log in” to upgrade. Your website hasn’t worked properly now for MONTHS.

@tescomobile The new SIM card has already been checked when I spoke to customer services on Tuesday and they told me it was a pay as you go sim and that it was the wrong sim and another had to be sent

@tescomobile I telephoned to cancel within 30 minutes of placing an online order. I don’t understand why I can’t get a refund on an order that was never shipped! It’s really frustrating because it’s not a small amount and it’s causing me difficulty!

@tescomobile Of course it's registered with royal mail. How would I be receiving mail at these years? The problem is with your address lookup - it's a UI limitation. I'd happily explain it if your weren't so keen to fob me off with non-answers. What happened to customer service?
