@tescomobile I spent 90mins talking to them yesterday and they told me it was #tesco policy not to talk about T&cs while selling the phones. I was sold an insurance policy that I would never entered into if I had the correct information

@tescomobile It’s just a shame your network is trash. I was with you bought a new phone (iPhone 13 pro max ) went on sim only and I was getting call drops daily my friends also had same issue with Tesco. I called up customer support and they told me there was an issue with my brand new phone

@tescomobile I may have missed something so raising the question, has anyone else not had 4g for a while. I have no network outside the house. Bills paid up to date never paid late?!

  • DisabilityBy Stop Disability Hate (@DisabilityBy) reported

@tescomobile any idea when the network problems are going to be resolved? Impossible to send or receive texts for at least 4 days now.

  • AnnReyn75876642 Ann Reynolds (@AnnReyn75876642) reported

@tescomobile It says a local.mast is not working as it should. But this signal here is hit and miss all the time. Every day.

  • timbovoebo Little Timmy Voe (@timbovoebo) reported

@tescomobile Last time I checked you're an MVNO on O2's network so you're still contributing to their profits.

  • gemmax22 Gem (@gemmax22) reported

@alexjk117 @tescomobile Had the same issue. Other providers let you change tariff and still continue with the contract. For this reason, I won’t be coming back to tesco. I’m now stuck paying £50 a month for a plan with an add on that they give other customers for £20 less per month.

  • Charcoils ITRL (@Charcoils) reported

@tescomobile How much do you think Tesco made while all independent shops were forcibly shut down for a year?

  • AnnReyn75876642 Ann Reynolds (@AnnReyn75876642) reported

@tescomobile Personally I'd rather you spent some of your profits on more masts so I could at least rely on a decent signal strength more often.

  • ginsoakedbloke1 ginsoakedbloke (@ginsoakedbloke1) reported

@tescomobile 1p mobile. Cheapest around and OK. service Let's hope they last

  • Peter14229846 Peter (@Peter14229846) reported

@tescomobile Haha no chance. I moved to EE had no issues since it’s a little more expensive but I am fine with paying extra for a better experience
