  @tescomobile hi I need to speak to Someone urgently. I was told on your chat yesterday I had until 24 April to cancel within cooling off period however when requesting my pac code I’ve been informed I’ll be charged £220 to terminate the contract!!

  @tescomobile Day 5 with no phone after you made a mistake porting my wife's number. Your global escalation team has informed your customer service team that my phone will not be restored until 13th May!! Nobody prepared to speak with me about a resolution. Disgraceful. @Ofcom

  @tescomobile absolutely fuming reported fraud happening yesterday, possible sim swap. No action taken and lost number today. Customer service denying conversation yesterday and said will just have to wait for fraud to phone back. Presumably on number no longer have.

  @adzk80 @tescomobile I gave up she's been told all week the SIM will be activated in 24 hours, yesterday live chat tried saying the mast in the area was down (rubbish as my phone was fine)and then reverted to will be active in 24 hours, this was too much for an 80 year old so boxed it up .....
