    @tescomobile Until they take £70 from you and then do everything they can to avoid paying it back. Never a manager available when you phone to sort our a problem. Highway robbers!

    @williamshankly @tescomobile @Tesco I hear you, but it has taken me over a year to cancel. I didn’t expect anything from them, just thought it might be nice since they can easily see from records that Dad, 87, has been paying for a service that has been totally unused since mam died.

    @samsung Z Flip3 is by far the worst phone ive ever owned. The battery is absolutely shocking. Charging it 3/4 times a day. Can't wait to get out this contract with @tescomobile 😵‍💫😒

    @tescomobile Haven't been able to get any signal for the last 2-3 hours, normally it's fine where I am (Truro, Cornwall) - is there an issue in my area, or just something up with my phone? Thanks!

    @tescomobile I’m finding that when I have Wi-Fi turned on but not connected when I’m out my mobile data won’t work, so I have to switch to airplane mode for 10 secs to ‘reset’ it. Only happening since I switched to you guys, any idea on a long term fix?

    @tescomobile I’m not impressed with your customer service dept. My mother took her phone to one of your outlets as it wasn’t working there was a problem with the SIM card so i#t was swapped for a new one. They said it would take 48hours to update. After the 48 I called your CS.

    @tescomobile worst customer service I have ever experienced! Faulty phone only replaced with a grade A replacement after being sent for repair 3 times (not a new phone, yet still under warranty) the replacement we received doesn't work neither 😡 shocking experience

    @Tesco @tescomobile Secondly… tesco mobile says they give me unlimited internet but everywhere I go I only get 3G or EDGE… am i living in 1995 or something? It’s just terrible even people the desert uploading videos get better connection than me 🤦🏽
