  @HarrietSergeant @O2 I wonder if it is something to do with their systems? I am with @tescomobile and they piggyback on the O2 network and it is much more difficult than it used to be to top up.

  @tescomobile I have been trying to arrange for a new iphone 17 to be exchanged using your customer services in South Africa. The service is absolutely terrible. I’ve been cut off twice by them just because my questions have gone off script. Please can somebody contact me asap

  @tescomobile why does 5G with full bars mean **** ALL. Very frustrating when phonecalls are constantly cutting off or not even connecting in the first place.
