@tescomobile hey! Please help. I don't think my phone works correctly. I get literally no internet signal most places I go and when I get a phone call, the other person, no matter where or who it is can't hear me, the signal is terrible.

@tescomobile Can you confirm you will not take any money and will refund my initial payment? It’s starting to feel like you are making it impossible to cancel and return the phones.

@landunnn @tescomobile @BeckAdlington I, too, would like a DM as my valid card can't be used to pay my bill. (It's a payment site issue, has been for weeks.)

@tescomobile hi, I would like to change the tariff I’m currently on. Do I need to call your customer services?
-

@tescomobile Ok I'll DM but I'd also like to know why 4455 cuts off after exactly 5 minutes now. It's nothing to do with signal, it happens every time at precisely 5 minutes.

@tescomobile Yes and I don’t mind this, but I’ve asked to cancel my minutes contract and just pay my device by direct debit but this isn’t possible. So the contact for minutes may as well be 30 months too because I can’t get out of it?

@tescomobile Could help by providing the ******* service I’m paying for.
