  @tescomobile Yes this always happens a lot in this area as send messages to people and they never receive them also. It also because you have same signal here as O2 as well which is unreliable too

  @JohnStable24816 @tescomobile Worst ever provider to deal with when you leave them. British law says transferring mobile numbers should be easy, and done straight away. It took two months for Tesco to release my son’s number. No phone for a teenage, life was hell at the time.

  @tescomobile bought 4 x SIM only deals. You’ve provided 8 numbers and charged me for 8. Hours waiting on your live chat which is unattended. Went to Tesco mobile shop, guy says only the live chat can fix the problem. Dreadful. Already regretting this decision.

  @tescomobile is your web system and uncaring customer care line really set up to prevent formal complaints from being raised. Concerns regarding fraud, GDPR and account security being fobbed off with 'fill in an online form', isn't acceptable
