@tescomobile Trying to reset password ALL morning. I ALWAYS get the same problem logging in ALWAYS tells me my password is wrong even though it’s not and I have to go through the same reset process. However, this reset is not coming through and I am trying to make a purchase.

@Ofcom @tlaindon1 @tescomobile If it all comes under one contract, and it does say 36months... otherwise soon it'll be broken up to handset/airtime/warranty/accessories/data seperately for 60months.

@tescomobile I'm sure they are. It's just such a disaster to have a phone that you cannot rely on. O2 direct customers in the area have had very generous credits put on their account to reflect the ongoing issue with the mast round here. All I want is to receive a damn phone call.
