    @tescomobile I’ve had a new sim too.. I think it’s purely down to the network being far weaker than EE which I’m used to with 5G pretty much every where.. tesco /02 down to 3G 🤬 my colleagues and friends on tesco02 have said the same.

    @tescomobile The multi supermarkets are steadily stealing our money. They were not hit by the pandemic. As shown in many cases where massive queues as people were panic buying. At one time the prices rose by a few pence. Now it is in increments of 25p/50p. Be ashamed you robbers of the poor.

    @tescomobile @156v6 @O2 I can second that. I've been with Tescos for years (mainly because its a 15 minute walk from my house if I need to speak to someone about my phone) and my contracts have never changed. Even when my contract was finished I was still about to stay on it for a bit until i wanted to-

    @tescomobile Your not exactly a great network yourselves to be shaming others on here!!!! I regret taking out a contract with you soo much!!! Soo many problems that you don't give a sh@t about and your customer service is crap now!!!!

    @tescomobile 1/2 Thanks Rob. It was very distressing last night, we called to explain we wished to serve notice we were leaving, the advisor carried out an immediate cancel of the services leaving us with no active service. We wanted to escalate as the agent was offering no resolution

    @tescomobile you are a scandalous company , charging me 149 pounds upon arrival at the airport in Johannesburg before switching off my roaming data and after calling you just now you hide behind some well versed script from an employee whom has little knowledge - never again

    @tescomobile 2/2 to our problem of not being able to make calls. They then cut us off. My wife called back and spoke to another helpful agent who has now put us on pay as you go. The whole experience left us dissatisfied, that’s why we wanted to speak to a manager.
