    @tescomobile I’ve had a new sim too.. I think it’s purely down to the network being far weaker than EE which I’m used to with 5G pretty much every where.. tesco /02 down to 3G 🤬 my colleagues and friends on tesco02 have said the same.

    @tescomobile I was sent the wrong SIM 10 days ago when I ordered a new phone, pay as you go instead of pay monthly. Still not received it despite several calls to Customer Service. Not topping up when I have monthly account. Can you sort it so I can finally use my phone fully?

    @tescomobile any idea on how much longer the mast is going to be down in PR2 area? Been nearly 2 weeks now since I first asked - message on your service checker just says the same thing. Appreciate weather is awful but can’t make/receive calls or texts.

    @tescomobile What are you on about ? I want to connect 2 x devices to my Tesco phone Hotspot. It only allows 1 device at a time! What's hard to comprehend about that ? Does APN restrict hotspot connections to one ? Where is your Tech Support ? And book phone in where exactly, a Tesco store ?!

    @tescomobile @lxstresort_ I have exactly this problem today on two different phones. Both fully up to date. Reinstalling the app did not resolve. Was working ok yesterday

    @tescomobile When I call out it still has the temporary number I got with the sim, my old phone has been disconnected now. I did the transfer with a PAC code from o2 to transfer to your network.

    @tescomobile is there a problem with the network ? My messages aren’t sending and when they do they send they send 5the save message 5 or 6 times 😬😬😬

    @tescomobile My number was supposed to be ported by 18:00 hrs today but you still have not ported the number. You have also disabled the original sim midday today hence no one could reach me for the last six hours. Thanks for the excellent customer service.
