@tescomobile I’ve had a new sim too.. I think it’s purely down to the network being far weaker than EE which I’m used to with 5G pretty much every where.. tesco /02 down to 3G 🤬 my colleagues and friends on tesco02 have said the same.

I would beg ANYONE to steer clear from @tescomobile I’ve received the most shocking customer service. What was supposed to be a simple new SIM card sending out. Has turned into me cancelling my contract 7months in. Don’t go there…

@tescomobile telling me they would ring me 24-48 hours… no missed calls on my phone and no voicemails left when they said they have? This customer service is shambles. This is a joke.

@tescomobile @Tesco pretending they have called me when they haven’t. Not to mention how serious the call is since they’ve been taking money from a contract that was cancelled and they never bothered to cancel it and continued to take the money out.

What is the point of 3G data @tescomobile ? It’s worse than having a signal! It’s the hope of being able to use a service that kills you! @tesco #TimeToChangeProvider

@tescomobile waiting 6wks+, 3 replacement sims, many many hours of trying to solve why my mobile data is still not working! Its a known problem and cs agent also agrees it's unacceptable! Absolutely shocking! Plus, paying for svc I'm not receiving! I have 6 accounts, not for long

@tescomobile @WhichUK Day 23 of my mobile number not working. Daily phone calls have produced nothing but promises. Was told had escalated to highest team and would work today. Was just told another 24 hours. @Whichuk how can you recommend them?
