    @tescomobile I’ve had a new sim too.. I think it’s purely down to the network being far weaker than EE which I’m used to with 5G pretty much every where.. tesco /02 down to 3G 🤬 my colleagues and friends on tesco02 have said the same.

    @tescomobile your service is absolutely terrible. We have a family bereavement. We have changed my dad’s phone to pay as you go and it’s not working and he need the phone to make all the arrangements. Your call centres are useless!

    @tescomobile your delivery service is a joke. Apparently I have missed my delivery but having been in all day why didn't the door go? My phone has been broken for weeks and you haven't replaced it. Angry is not the word

    @tescomobile is there an issue with the app ? I am only getting a white screen and have tried offloaded and reloading the app but issue remains

    @tescomobile Predicted.. you need to revisit that and be truthful about POOR coverage then. You’re selling coverage when you don’t actually have it. Literal scam

    Tesco once again boasting about signal in this area but I cannot load anything unless on wifi.. avoid using Tesco mobile at all costs people. Scam artists. @tescomobile

    @tescomobile Now after all of that time, I spoke to someone for 2 mins and they are now transferring me back to customer support - do you have an email?

    @tescomobile been in your store 3 times to sort and contacted call centre and chat for the past 4 days, still nothing just told it’s being looked into. This is a truly awful service and nobody seems to know what’s going on. It’s never been this difficult with other providers!
