    @tescomobile I’ve had a new sim too.. I think it’s purely down to the network being far weaker than EE which I’m used to with 5G pretty much every where.. tesco /02 down to 3G 🤬 my colleagues and friends on tesco02 have said the same.

    @Janice_1968 @tescomobile If I'd known I'd never have moved. Almost 2 weeks of major inconvenience for my business and I have no clue when I'll be able to get things done. I can't believe how much this is affecting me. My only telephone communications have been with call centres in Africa. Infuriating!

    @tescomobile @TrussellTrust Massive scam on merging sunrise numbers. I have inside knowledge from someone in their customer service team. They are lying to customers. Report to watchdog and newspapers

    @PhanpyFit @tescomobile My location have broken mast for month now...tesco doing big nothing...for past 2 weeks i can hear that engineer is fixing the problem... connection jumping from full bar to no network, also cant use data at all...

    @tescomobile I've tried to log on to my tesco mobile account and you've sent me an email with a one time code but the email hasn't come through. I've waited 30 mins. Is there a problem? 😕

    @tescomobile Hi Emily, Twitter wants to verify my account by sending a code to my mobile number which I obviously won’t receive due to not having a service. Is this another way to send you the info you require privately?

    @Skreamies @EE @tescomobile sounds like a sim card issue. This happened on my mom's phone and Spectrum had to reprovision the sim card

    @tescomobile Oh well, O2 operate off the same network and can offer this facility... Hate to say it but I may well switch after 10+ years with you.

    @tescomobile what is going on with your business SIM cards? Moved multiple business SIMS from O2 to Tesco Mobile. Every call received showing as NO CALLER ID. Multiple calls to Customer Service who have finally admitted it is a known issue but no fix. How is this acceptable?

    @tescomobile Update on signal issues. Been out to where I know there’s a good mast. 5g and three bars…4g and full bars. I think we can exclude the sim, the iOS update and the phone. We’re back to the mast which @O2 say is fixed.
