@tescomobile I’ve had a new sim too.. I think it’s purely down to the network being far weaker than EE which I’m used to with 5G pretty much every where.. tesco /02 down to 3G 🤬 my colleagues and friends on tesco02 have said the same.

@tescomobile So, I am confused! I didn't know Tesco Mobile was its own network! Are you really your own network? You are not Telefonica, Vodafone, Three or EE/BT? Where are your mobile phone masts?

  • funktifeyeno Derek Smith (@funktifeyeno) reported

@tescomobile I have 3 mobiles with you and all are suffering slow internet speeds in the last week. Usually quite fast, but has really slowed down, sometimes pages not loading. Are there any ongoing issues????

  • Insomniac_LIVE Zombieac (@Insomniac_LIVE) reported

@tescomobile No ***. My contract is capped yet it still seems to go over. Funny how I cant even get a decent amount of data and I'm apparently stuck on this **** contract that I pay £50. Nope. Id rather get unlimited data and pay less and clearly Tescos can't do it as they're always..

  • CaolanMahon 𝙲𝚊𝚘𝚕𝚊𝚗 𝙼𝚊𝚑𝚘𝚗 (@CaolanMahon) reported

Marketing vs Reality .@Tescomobile: we’re the network that won’t increase your charges Also @tescomobile: we will charge you for a month’s service even if our network is down for the entire month... it’s in our TCs after all

  • CaolanMahon 𝙲𝚊𝚘𝚕𝚊𝚗 𝙼𝚊𝚑𝚘𝚗 (@CaolanMahon) reported

@tescomobile Don’t worry about feeding back. I’d rather you just didn’t charge me for a service I haven’t received.

  • Insomniac_LIVE Zombieac (@Insomniac_LIVE) reported

@tescomobile It's fine. I suggest people leave tesco mobile anyways. Not only do they **** about with your prices. They give you the SHITTEST deals and data contracts compared to everyone else. Cya Tescos. Been with ya 10 years and even your crap "loyalty program" doesn't keep people.

  • LapovOnor Tony Cannon (@LapovOnor) reported

@tescomobile Callum, I would suggest you read the thread and try again. Also, given many other organisations can quote for a repair even through Google I am sure you can quote. Or are you trying to avoid writing down the rather excessive figure we have already been given?

  • quintonblues VINNI3 (@quintonblues) reported

@tescomobile My only option is to pay phone off and return to my old provider. Not a great business service.

  • ToGreeks Greek to the Greeks (@ToGreeks) reported

@tescomobile Tesco Mobile would be a lot more attractive if it allowed Wifi Calling. For those in poor signal areas it's a key factor in which mobile provider to select.

  • quintonblues VINNI3 (@quintonblues) reported

@tescomobile Thanks for your advice regarding contacting customer service. Unfortunately you’re advisors didn’t have a clue what I was on about and just said we don’t provide it. Working from home as a business customer is an issue if there are signal problems. 1of 2
