Jay (@JayGran45091653) reported from Pilton, England@tescomobile I’ve had a new sim too.. I think it’s purely down to the network being far weaker than EE which I’m used to with 5G pretty much every where.. tesco /02 down to 3G 🤬 my colleagues and friends on tesco02 have said the same.

Why not scrap it & use the money it costs to make things cheaper for EVERYONE? Even people who can't use APPS & the poor.

Richard Would (@richwould) reported@tescomobile Incorrect, it is sold as a 2 year contract for service, 3 year for phone. But I cannot change the service contract despite it having run out due to the 3 year phone contract.
