@tescomobile I’ve had a new sim too.. I think it’s purely down to the network being far weaker than EE which I’m used to with 5G pretty much every where.. tesco /02 down to 3G 🤬 my colleagues and friends on tesco02 have said the same.

@tescomobile Interesting tactic you are using but shame you are using 02 network which is rubbish. oh by the way my current contract is with VM and I haven't had a price rise since my contract started 3+ years ago. Still paying £10 for 8GB data 5k minutes, unlimited texts.

  • BeeryBeard Will (@BeeryBeard) reported

@tescomobile @O2 is terrible for this.

  • realirish The Irish starvation 🇮🇪🇪🇺 (@realirish) reported

@tescomobile If only you were a mobile network, but you are just an MVNO (Mobile Virtual Network Operator) using O2.

  • porcinesludge hello human (@porcinesludge) reported

@AEWMike @tescomobile @EE If they change your contract they are breaching your contract and you can cancel. I was with them and they upped my picture message cost, so I told them I wanted out, also because they breached I got to keep the phone. Then I went sim only and bought a phone outright.

  • sarahharrison86 Sarah Harrison (@sarahharrison86) reported

@StarWalf @tescomobile I wouldn’t recommend Vodafone to anyone. Totally garbage network and customer service. I moved to @EE and haven’t looked back.

  • JamesBrannagan9 James Brannagan (@JamesBrannagan9) reported

@tescomobile Hey @tescomobile I have been with you since I had a phone and when I go with the cheapest plan because I’m having financial problems you have to make my service and data plan bad your website said that I could get 30GB of data 5000 texts 5000 calls and you did the bait and switch

  • nametolast JF (@nametolast) reported

@Kirstie_x_Marie @StarWalf @tescomobile All companies mess up and have horror stories. Don't even get me started with three. Never ******** again.

  • SB4jtim sosh (@SB4jtim) reported

@tescomobile I have been with Tesco Mobile for about 8 -10 years. I haven't yet had a mobile price increase during contract. Quite happy with the company. The staff at retail outlets always been helpful and knowledgeable. The odd reception problem no different to other providers.

  • KxQSlayer ... (@KxQSlayer) reported

@tescomobile @EE and @bt_uk got some explaining to do, the pair of you. Especially when I was promised a price and you’ve inflated it. You didn’t have to, you just did. How about you sell you services and not join crowd? Keep the price down

  • lemoncurdbutty Stuart (@lemoncurdbutty) reported

@tescomobile Don’t you use O2’s network?... the company which Ofcom fined £10.5m last month after billing errors meant it overcharged customers who left the company.
