    @tescomobile I’ve had a new sim too.. I think it’s purely down to the network being far weaker than EE which I’m used to with 5G pretty much every where.. tesco /02 down to 3G 🤬 my colleagues and friends on tesco02 have said the same.

    @tescomobile It's not an error. There is a drop-down "Phone Manufacturer", but the list of manufacturers only includes "Apple, Samsung, Motorola". The form can't be submitted without choosing one of those.

    @tescomobile Hello, How do I cancel my contract if I do not know the phone number concerned? Phone bought for mother who no longer uses same. I pay £7.50 on direct debit each month.

    . @tescomobile completely useless payg phone for my dad which cannot be topped up online or on your automatic phone system. Ring you for help and you’re closed. So he’s stuck in a care home unable to make calls. Wish I had never bought it.

    @O2 you've removed a mast in the m38 area yesterday, nobody has any signal. Can you tell me it will be replaced? We have phones with @tescomobile and @giffgaff and yourself directly all using the mast.
