    @tescomobile I’ve had a new sim too.. I think it’s purely down to the network being far weaker than EE which I’m used to with 5G pretty much every where.. tesco /02 down to 3G 🤬 my colleagues and friends on tesco02 have said the same.

    @tescomobile I was looking to upgrade but sadly with your lack of competitive prices especially on Samsung phones will have to change network

    @tescomobile It's absolutely impossible to get through to your customer services. My contract has finished and I need to speak with someone about upgrade options. Have you fired all your customer services people? Where are they???

    Thanks to @tescomobile for totally feckin me over. I've been a loyal customer for years and because I decide to leave, you mark my credit record as contract cancelled due to non payment!!!! Thanks a bunch

    @tescomobile Why am I being automatically cut off when speaking to customer service 4455 after 5 minutes? It takes that long to hold and I'm speaking to the person that answers go through security and 5 minutes is up and I'm cut off. This isn't good.

    @tescomobile I have a phone locked to your network, trying to unlock it. I requested codes but none work, and I can't get through on the phone since I don't have a Tesco mobile number. Please advise.

    @tescomobile how can your company turn a web order for a sim only contract for an expiring contract into a mess where I want to move all my families mobile devices to another provider? Awful customer service!
