@tescomobile I’ve had a new sim too.. I think it’s purely down to the network being far weaker than EE which I’m used to with 5G pretty much every where.. tesco /02 down to 3G 🤬 my colleagues and friends on tesco02 have said the same.

@tescomobile Thanks but still no solution. Been without a phone for days now. No one can call me and I can't use anything that requires phone authentication. Just disgraceful

@tescomobile What a load of rubbish. Help! You scrapped the double points for using your Clubcard points to pay your bills. Just over a month after I’d taken out a new contract. Was fuming as that’s the only reason I stayed loyal. Won’t be renewing down the line

@tescomobile when adding a clubcard partner voucher on a purchase of a new phone at what point do you add it. I tried to add at voucher and it said no entity so Tesco replaced it, but it still doesn't work so they said to ask you. Any ideas?

@tescomobile Issue is still not resolved. I have asked simply to have my number changed whilst keeping the same monthly contract which I have had for years. The old number is now inactive but the new number was wrongly assigned to a pay&go contract.

@tescomobile It WOULD feel good if prices did actually go down...

@tescomobile I ran out of data at an electric car charger & could not connect to the network. I used 4488 to get a top up, popped on £5 and it only added credit to my account. The automated phone service is rubbish & your guy on chat is not helping. How do I get a refund?

@tescomobile But the prices never go down at Tesco. You are increasing prices almost every two weeks. The only price go down is the petrol price at your garages.

@tescomobile No, it feels good when profits go down. A sure fire indicator that pricing reflects costs. It suggests your suppliers and customers are getting a fair deal. Capitalism hates this post.
