@tescomobile I’ve had a new sim too.. I think it’s purely down to the network being far weaker than EE which I’m used to with 5G pretty much every where.. tesco /02 down to 3G 🤬 my colleagues and friends on tesco02 have said the same.

@tescomobile why do you offer a 24 month usage contract with a 36month handset contract if you can’t change your usage after 24months? Oh you can change it if you want it to go up but not down? So really you don’t offer a 24month usage contract in actual fact it’s 36months!

@tescomobile Thanks for the advice. Just spent 25 mins to be told that the dep't I need doesn't work weekends. So not getting sorted till Mon...possibly. Hardly impressive customer service.

@tescomobile my iphoneSE is a few months old and the battery becomes exhausted very quickly now. I am shutting apps down and doing less than pre-Covid usual. It is not good. What can you do?

@tescomobile Thank you, just turned out my slot for the sim card itself was ***** from when I had gotten the sim nearly 2 years ago! Hopefully the issue won't happen again if it does I'll have to look at getting a replacement. Thanks for your help Rob! -Sakura
