@tescomobile I’ve had a new sim too.. I think it’s purely down to the network being far weaker than EE which I’m used to with 5G pretty much every where.. tesco /02 down to 3G 🤬 my colleagues and friends on tesco02 have said the same.

@tescomobile Just tried to speak to Sam in Customer Service about an issue that's been going on since 18th February, clearly didn't want to listen to the tale as the call was still running but no acknowledgement from the other end...RUDE!!!!

Made a complaint a week ago about the delays and lack of communication, today I've had to make a SECOND complaint because in the past week there have been delays and a lack of communication 😭 I've actually been robbed paying insurance @tescomobile

@tescomobile It's a shame you rely so heavily on Apple & Samsung. I currently have a Samsung, contract ends shortly, which has an appalling phone signal, the worst of any phone I've owned & won't have another. I won't have Apple. I'd like to see a good range of Google, Sony and Nokia phones.
