@tescomobile please place on record I requested today 11/05/2023 that an agent cancel my SIM in line with your peace of mind guarantee but was told I couldnt for 24hrs. Surely this is a breach of your own policy's. #CowBoys

@tescomobile They were given new SIM cards as neither phone was working. The new sims have been in for 60 hours and their phones still don’t work. The Tesco customer services team are unhelpful and haven’t done anything for them. We can no longer phone them as their phones don’t work!

@tescomobile Your app has not been unusable for days. It keeps crashing. I have been unable to add data. As a result I cannot use my phone on this long holiday weekend. It seems that every time I need to top up my data your app suspiciously doesn't work.

Do not join @tescomobile shocking customer service and technical incompetence. If you are already with them DO NOT LOSE YOUR PHONE, they make it impossible to get your number back

@tescomobile I cannot connect as I am getting “no signal”. Post code SP3, previously OK. Your web pages are designed to make it impossible to contact you. How do I get in touch with you, don’t tell me to use your app I want a telephone number for my landline.
