    @SirianSto @tescomobile They outsourced their customer services to Capita. That's the problem. I've been with Tesco for years and it used to be so much better. time to move on now as the level of service is going down the pan.

    @tescomobile I’m astonished to hear this. Maybe because you can’t get people up and running to test the network/service?!? Wasted hours trying to get our accounts. Gave up and now happy with Giffgaff.

    @tescomobile Yeah put my postcode in and for the 10 time het the same currently busy in your area and speeds will be greatly reduced try using hot spots. So now I have to plan my day around where I can het signal not really mobile then what a great company lol do they reduce the cost NOPE
