    @tescomobile Firstly copying and pasting what is already biased website content isn’t going to work. Why has this been installed on our phones with absolutely no prior warning. Might I add the National Health Service is governmental too. Tell the truth.

    @tescomobile hi I just got a new phone with you but I've only had 5G in one tiny part of my town centre, calls always drop to 3G and the speeds are super slow whereas my friend on Three had 5G all around here and 4G on calls. Should've gone with a different network 😒

    @tescomobile @EE Maria I believe it’s going ahead in the next 24hrs. Badly informed by Watford, he had no idea how to access his phone, very poor phone handover, I’m not at all impressed

    Absolutely appalled at the service my daughter has received from @tescomobile trying to take out a phone contract… 5 people all saying different things and still no phone contract after 4 days of trying.. so much for the recommendation 😡

    @tescomobile Thanks Callum - Looks like a nearby phone mast isn’t working as it should, sorry. Our engineers are likely to be on the case already, and your service might come and go until we fix it

    @tescomobile i honestly don’t think this can get sorted. We’ve constantly been back and forth with support via live chat and calls. I swore once as a general comment not even being aggressive and a colleague threatened to get my calls and texts investigated. It was at the situation not him.

    @tescomobile @EE I’ve just spent an hour of my time explaining to my 90-year-old father porting means. Nobody explain to him what was going to happen at Tesco’s in Watford, he didn’t understand how to use his new phone, I am really unhappy with the service I’ve had from Tesco’s today.

    @tescomobile i’m supposed to have 4-5g unlimited data but it’s alwasy on 3g i’ve tried everything to try and fix it but nothings worked? why is this?
