@tescomobile I am trying since early in the morning to contact someone from your customer service. Impossible. On Facebook they answer to me after 45 minutes and basically I can't do nothing. Can someone help me with an issue with my contract with Tesco Mobile please?

@tescomobile @DPDgroup_news trying to find out when my phone will be delivered. Meant to arrive Saturday 26th. Would gladly pick it up from dpd depot but cant get through to them shocking service. Do not use Tesco mobile if they continue with this delivery company

If you’re thinking of switching mobile networks, do not switch to @tescomobile. The coverage is non existent and customer services will not help you

@salliejane9 @Ohholycow @tescomobile Not sure if you meant myself or the other tweet but for me, yes and no. They never amended anything during the dates from my problem to recently when my bill was due. It simply reset back to zero gb and I was not bombarded by tesco for ‘excessive use’.

@tescomobile absolute shocking customer service. Wasn’t aware I had missed a payment for my daughters phone in September as payments in October & November continued as normal. That missed payment has been made but you have disconnected the phone and want me to pay £268 ???????
