pretty sure a company like @tescomobile has a duty to provide decent customer care. I have been failed by them and they have lost 2 of my legal documents they requested as proofs !! @TradeStandards surely companies cannot get away with failing to provide adequate service

@tescomobile will only provide you with customer support if you shell out the rest of your contract, or you’re still within your 14 days where you can sack them off. Fantastic customer service before I put pen to paper. Disgusting, fool me once.

@bt_uk why is your mobile reception so appalling bad in the BS7 region of Bristol..? It doesn't matter what you're coverage graphic shows as that doesn't represent the actuality... really poor 3G/4G signal indoors or outdoors. I regret switching from @tescomobile

@tescomobile I would suggest changing your contract terms to allow your current customers to easily change from a 4g plan to a 5g plan given their phone has 5g capabilities. Just been told I would have to pay off my existing contract to be able to use 5g on your network.

@tescomobile Hi, I was expecting a delivery from you Tuesday via DPD. It hasn't arrived. DPD told me on Tuesday it would be delayed for 24 hours and they would update me. They haven't and I cannot find anyway to contact them for further info. Are you able to help at all?
