pretty sure a company like @tescomobile has a duty to provide decent customer care. I have been failed by them and they have lost 2 of my legal documents they requested as proofs !! @TradeStandards surely companies cannot get away with failing to provide adequate service

  • cazatmacs Carol Johnson 🐝 (@cazatmacs) reported from Middleton, England

@Cheryllee64 @O2 @tescomobile No people are having problems here with them too, I’m going to try @ThreeUK

  • traywilkinson Tracey Rowles ❤ (@traywilkinson) reported from Stockport, England

once again @tescomobile you never fail to seriously disappoint me with the shittest service i have ever known. You as a company are incapable of keeping your side of a contract and your staff are incapable of carrying out their jobs to even a satisfactory standard.

@tescomobile I've been with @SMARTYMobileUK on a rolling monthly contract for 18mth. I pay £10pm and for that I get 30gb data, unlimited calls and texts. In fact, they've just boosted my data to 60gb for free for 12mth. They don't even raise their tarrifs and coverage is via 3 network.

  • blueballoon99 mark naylor (@blueballoon99) reported

@Albman55 @tescomobile You've bought in to the marketing hype. Tesco use the o2 network. I changed from o2 last year. Saved 40% on my bill and coverage is exactly the same. Customer service is great too. Its a no brainer.

  • diamond_dogs_65 Marcus Howard (@diamond_dogs_65) reported

@tescomobile Don't you run on one of those big networks, leeching like Tesco normally do, not paying for the network infrastructure? Oh and employ people in your shops instead of making everyone self serve. I bloody hate Tesco.

  • Liverdrawer Pinky Liverdrawer (@Liverdrawer) reported

@tescomobile Enable wifi calling and I’d happily use Tesco Mobile; the signal’s not good enough at home to be able to give that up.

  • oceanicestorm ✌️ (@oceanicestorm) reported

@cookiris14 @Adywebb @tescomobile His phone not working abroad, more than likely because he didn’t set it up, is absolutely not discriminatory at all. Not even slightly.

  • blueballoon99 mark naylor (@blueballoon99) reported

@Albman55 @tescomobile You've bought in yo the marketing hype. Tesco use the o2 network. I changed from o2 , saved nearly 40% on my bill and the coverage I have is exactly the same . Customer service is great you.

  • carolineerclark Caroline Clark (@carolineerclark) reported

@tescomobile Since 2013, how much do you think Tesco PLC has made from raising the cost of everyday food items? (In spite of now we’re in the worst cost of living crisis in 30 years)

  • mark_oc M (@mark_oc) reported

@tescomobile Pretty sure you’re on the O2 network though and its appalling. I tried it for 1 week with Sky and had to go back to EE.

  • limetreeprint Limetree printing (@limetreeprint) reported

@tescomobile My daughter is with Tesco mobile (not our choice)and her network connection is absolutely awful! I have told her never to go with Tesco again. As a parent we need to be sure that our children have the best possible network coverage but Tesco’s is terrible! Can only speak for us.

  • steven_ncl Steven NCL (@steven_ncl) reported

@Albman55 @tescomobile Tesco coverage is exactly the same as 02 If you'd prefer to pay more for customer services you never use then that's great but EE wanted £55/month off me for an iPhone13 including 3 GB data. Bought phone direct from Apple for £32/month plus £8 Giffgaff Sim Saving £360 over 2yrs
