    Just added 'one off data bundle' to my @tescomobile and the app just added what I'd paid for to the 'used data'... WTF??

    @tescomobile I’ve been with Tesco mobile for nearly six years paying 23.99 a month on iPhone SE 2nd generation & I get 2 gig data included & prices never gone up only if I go over Safety buffer but can upgrade 6.2023 my only gripe is Shop Staff are not tech savvy enough they don’t know much👍

    pretty sure a company like @tescomobile has a duty to provide decent customer care. I have been failed by them and they have lost 2 of my legal documents they requested as proofs !! @TradeStandards surely companies cannot get away with failing to provide adequate service

    @Fazpat23 @tescomobile Have you made any progress? My family members have the same issue and there has been no resolution. For over 2 weeks 3 phones cannot make calls, one can’t receive calls either or access data.

    @laurenngoodall @tescomobile Hi Lauren , no nothing has been sorted and it’s ridiculous that a company like Tesco cannot help and it’s taking this long. They say their tech company is based in the UK and nothing sorted. No calls from management or anything!

    @tescomobile @eddilowe I have also had this problem, I have tried 12 times at different points last night and twice this morning. There is more than enough on the card and no details on the card have changed. At one point it did £10 but I need £20.
