@tescomobile I upgraded one of our phones and was given free 6mth tesco clubcard+ and double data, I’ve been trying to get this activated and been passed from pillar to post the code has now expired!!! And I would like the benefits, please help. Wendy

@tescomobile Please thank Megan at the Mickleover store for being a great help ordering and sorting my new phone. Little disappointed that I couldn't claim the ear buds she showed me as the promotion only applied if I bought the phone before October 31

@O2 I’m in BT9, Boucher area, Belfast. I’m a @tescomobile customer but I believe they piggy back of @O2 , apparently I have a 5G signal. I shouldn’t need to have Wi-Fi for calls, that’s why they call it a mobile.

@tescomobile Utter crap, this was NOT a customer care issue it was a serious security issue. It should be possible to report a lost or stolen phone easily at ANY TIME.

@tescomobile any chance of compensation for my TWO phones that have been without service? I'm thinking of moving service providers seeing its my 3rd day of no connection. Costs me enough on my contract with you guys.

A couple of weeks back @tescomobile PAYG signal stopped working in my house. Multiple devices, same behaviour. It works 500m away. Tesco Mobile monthly contract works just fine though. Anyone any ideas?!

@EilidhCreates @tescomobile They have “ accidentally disconnected a number of customers” I’ve got the same issue i spent hours on the phone. Please demand compensation they won’t admit this fault without being pushed

@tescomobile Still same issues btw. Sim in a different phone All of the suggestions I did receive a text saying I'm disconnected for 48 hours so that's 3 days of being disconnected. Its not great. Considering I have two phones with you I may look elsewhere

@tescomobile Nope, it didn't do that. It said it was closed. Not acceptable. The reporting line should be separate from customer care. Reporting a stolen device is NOT a customer service issue, it is security and URGENT.

@tescomobile So, if my phone were stolen at midnight you don't give a ****. I have FOUr phones from you. Maybe I need to get a new mobile phone supplier who is less crap.
