@tescomobile I upgraded one of our phones and was given free 6mth tesco clubcard+ and double data, I’ve been trying to get this activated and been passed from pillar to post the code has now expired!!! And I would like the benefits, please help. Wendy

@tescomobile Hey Tesco, quick q am an existing customer- have been for years now. My current sim only monthly plan finishes in summer 2022, however I need unlimited data. Do I really need to wait that long for it? Also sort us out a better deal please. You can do better than £20

the @tescomobile customer with number ending 194 who got a free £10 top up last night, it was me, i was topping up my dads phone so that he could keep in touch with us as he is not allowed visitors in hospital, i made a mistake and got 1 digit wrong when putting his number in😔

@tescomobile I've had no network connectivity all day. Data has been abysmal too lately. A month or 2 after I upgraded. Wondering if I've made a big mistake now. In the past its always been fine up until lately. I said I think it's the phone. Tesco chat said 'Wait until the masts fixed'?

@tescomobile I have now been lied to twice by your operators, and for the 4th day in a row you’ve been unable to take my old mobile number over, and no-one seems to be able to tell me why this is. Is this your standard customer service?
