@tescomobile hi someone opened an account in my name. I contacted customer service last week and was informed someone from the fraud team would get to me in 5 days. My credit has gone down and I’m still waiting for the fraud team. It’s poor that I can’t contact themselves. Help

@tescomobile Thanks for that. It now seems that I will have continued disruption to my service until Friday 17th December. No-one can phone or text me, I can't make any phonecalls and have no connection to the internet unless I'm connected to WiFi. Merry Christmas 👎

@tescomobile Hi what is the telephone number for your department that deals with scams? I have unauthorised premium texts on my bill & no one at your customer care seems to be able to help except to block the number. I wish it to be investigated.

@tescomobile I would like someone 2 investigate how this happened. That a premium rate text service can just start charging a person & TESCO bill their customer. When that customer (me) has had no contact, no texts & did not subscribe to the service. Does Tesco billing have a security issue?

@tescomobile Yeah the problem is the master number needs to be my number but alas I'm not with Tesco. Don't worry Rob managed to log in and get PAC codes sent to relevant phones. They in turn will text them to me!

@tescomobile How can I be billed? Is there a security issue with Tesco billing?

@tescomobile Hi I'm a Tesco Mobile customer. I have received a text saying as a loyal customer I have received a £5 e voucher. Can you tell me if this is legit. I called customer service but the guy wasn't very professional and was vague. Worried its a scam

@tescomobile Yeah after looking into it, I don’t think you can force 3G on iPhone 12 - they might support it in the background but you can’t limit them to it exclusively. Pretty sure they don’t even support 2G any more.
