@tescomobile I’ve had no 4G all day today. No known faults or issues showing on the postcode checker. Have wiped my sim and rebooted my phone. Still only a (poor) 3G, sometimes dropping all the way to E.

@tescomobile How much have you made? Also if O2 didn't make as much could they subsidise the cost to allow your network to run?

@tescomobile you are a scandalous company , charging me 149 pounds upon arrival at the airport in Johannesburg before switching off my roaming data and after calling you just now you hide behind some well versed script from an employee whom has little knowledge - never again

@tescomobile 2/2 to our problem of not being able to make calls. They then cut us off. My wife called back and spoke to another helpful agent who has now put us on pay as you go. The whole experience left us dissatisfied, that’s why we wanted to speak to a manager.

@tescomobile Hope you're not increasing your prices as much as @O2 are at 7.8% which is disgusting and profiteering par excellence. Disgusting, I will as a new customer of O2, not be staying with them 1min longer than I'm contracted for.

@officialnucky @freedoom_79 @tescomobile Actually if they rise beyond RPI your entitled to cancel.

@tescomobile And seems you don’t even want new customers. Can’t even be bothered to answer my tweet. Doesn’t hold well for if you need customer services at a later date.

@freedoom_79 @tescomobile However if you cancel before RPI increase, you will not have to pay for the rise in inflation as you won’t pay tax on a service you haven’t used yet.
