    @tescomobile Wow.. this proves my point I said originally passed from pillar to post, even before the 4th July this is how it was.. just rubbish I work in CS & would never treat a customer like this shame on you Tesco!

    @tescomobile I upgraded one of our phones and was given free 6mth tesco clubcard+ and double data, I’ve been trying to get this activated and been passed from pillar to post the code has now expired!!! And I would like the benefits, please help. Wendy

    @tescomobile There is an issue porting my number from O2 its been over 2 weeks and all I get is emails saying "this case has already been escalated to our dedicated technical team and they’re working to get it resolved as soon as possible"

    @tescomobile appalling "service". Been waiting since 2nd Feb for a PAC code & despite 11 calla to you, been told another 3 days before it might be resolved. Shocking. Will be cancelling my contract.

    @tescomobile None of us can go out due to having our phones cut off because we can't keep in touch with dad and he can't keep in touch with us. Cutting people's phone off and causing endless problems is not good enough when the bill was paid at the weekend.
