@tescomobile Firstly copying and pasting what is already biased website content isn’t going to work. Why has this been installed on our phones with absolutely no prior warning. Might I add the National Health Service is governmental too. Tell the truth.

Just when I thought things could not get worse with @tescomobile they failed to enclose a packing slip so have to wait 14 days plus for £180 refund. Appalling service.

@TescoMobile I’m disappointed with the service I’ve received. I have been a customer for 2months &my contract hasn’t worked since I purchased it. I’ve contacted customer service many times &have not reached a resolution. I expect better from a major company. #disappointed

@tescomobile I’ve requested to speak to a manager but the manager refused to come the phone. How am I supposed to complain about the staff not doing their jobs properly? I’ve been trying to sort out this issue for an entire week!

My husband has a contract with @tescomobile, and his signal seems to have steadily gotten worse over the past few months. He can not receive calls now, as they automatically go to voicemail. It's affecting his work, as he works from home. Why is it so bad in the Glossop area?
